I must be blind, but it still looks like one HUGE accident. The guy was trying to slap the wall in celebration, and he accidently hit Sheff.
-
I give the fan credit, he didn't get punked out when Sheff fake punched him.
-
These YES announcers are retarded. Is it me, or was the guy just trying to slap his hand on the padding in celebration?
-
WHO IS THIS MAN, AND WHAT HAS HE DONE WITH RANDY JOHNSON? ugh.
-
This RJ performance so har has been frustrating. He defintley has good stuff tonight, just two huge mistakes. Has he always been HR happy?
-
Red Sox fans have no right to complain about the phantom tag in the 99 ACLS ever again.
-
I can't believe I'm happy the Mets won, but GOOOO WILLIE~!
-
THAT A WAY MO! EDIT: Though probably a coincidence, Joe comes out a genious tonight with the revised lineup.
-
Mos problem is the same as Jarrets. His inside fastball keeps coming over the middle of the plate.
-
Please Mo, finish this quick!
-
San Diego, St. Louis, Philly twice obviously, Vikings, Seattle, Denver, and KC. Christ, thats an ouch schedule.
-
I wish Giambi could listen to the YES announcers. Even though he just went deep, they are basically BEGGING him to just tap it the opposite way. And who knew Jarret Wright would be the new Kaz Ishii, if not for only one inning.
-
The Yankees refuse to lead for more than an inning. I can't even remember the last time.
-
Compare that to the Yankees, who haven't had a starter go more than 6 1/3rd innings.

WERE ALL FUCKED. Great episode.

While true, it'd be better to have five. Hell, look what happened in the ALCS.

Yankees: No one's hurt yet. Correction: Kevin Brown Positive? Tanyon Sturtze beside yesterday. Correction: No one important in a critical series during the playoffs is hurt. Unless you want Chien-Ming Wang or Jorge DePaula starting a combined 30 games this year, I'd say hes pretty important.

How bad was Mussina today? And was A-Rods error that lead to THREE runs a bad error?
-
The funny thing about Kay is that hes two faced. When hes announcing games on YES, hes a total 100%Yankee fan, and won't critisize a single thing they do. But when it comes to his ESPN radio show, he has no problems bashing them. I'm not sure if thats him being two faced, or if its him just trying to keep his job at the station the NY papers refer to as Al Yankazera.

I wasn't trying to say that. Obviously the Cubs have had heartbreak a lot more than Yankee fans, but regardless. Just because we've won it 26 times, I'm not allowed to be pisses and saddened and in total shock after watching the Yanks lose games four and five to the Sox last year? Maybe its just me, but I don't think games six and seven of the ALCS are comparable to games 4 and 5 from the 04 ALCS. game six defintley, you were four outs away. But we blew the lead twice, in consecutive days, going through the torture of 13 and 14 innings respectivley.

They got killed?
-
Don't doubt the power of SWEETNESS. I can't believe they won. They might as well lose every single game to get a better lottery pick.

I guess you forgot about the 2003 NLCS. One game, lot shorter.
