I would perfer Mickie but she doesn't really fit with Cena unless they wanted to do a "Mickie drives Cena insane" angle which could be potential gold but Maria is the easy way out and she already has established history with Cena. Yeah, that's what I was going for there.

I'd do Carlito/Edge... something fresh... have Carlito win the Rumble, and come close to beating Edge... I mean really put him over. Cena can win the MITB, or have a feud with someone new, and win the blowoff match.

This feud could have been decent if it was Orton going after Brooke and being his good ol creepy self. It just turned into a generic young guy vs old guy feud with the generic young guy vs old guy insults.
