go to the Lavasoft website and download AdAware. It will clean out registry keys left by some sites/progs etc. Then get AdShield popup blocker. Hope that helps you out at all.

install it > open > set up your usernick etc > set up your desired shared folder > got to the room list in the bottom right > right click, refresh list > go into "Wrestling, SNL,..." The rest is fairly SE. Hope that helps you at all.
