And after Warrior left, Nitro didn't win any nights while Raw won all 11. Warrior did help boost Nitro's ratings. The first 6 weeks Warrior did help boost the ratings (5.0), to Raw's 4.4 (4 weeks because it was pre-empted). The final 5 weeks, Nitro and Raw's ratings average was the same (4.6). From these numbers it would seem that Warrior only boosted ratings for a short time, and his appeal was lost. Plus the fact that Warrior didn't boost buyrates when he was headlining them, WCW made more money off of PPVs than Nitro. I don't remember how much money they paid Warrior, but he wasn't really a ratings success and was just a big waste. Not to mention he couldn't wrestle for his life and his hidden doors only caused wrestlers to be injured.

Raw was one hour long back then too, I believe. And I googled and yahooed and I couldn't find any results for that date.

Looking at this, I have a few questions. What made that ratings shoot up so high? Were all of those after a PPV? Off the top of my head I'd guess that the April and May jumps were due to Nitro being pre-empted on TNT for NBA Basketball. I actually got un-lazy and looked it up. Nitro Ratings April 8th, there was no Nitro. May 6th, there was a Nitro and it got a 1.9. And it wasn't a Raw after a PPV, so I have no idea why it was so high. July 21st, Nitro was on Tuesday and got a 2.6. So does anyone know why Raw killed Nitro on May 6th 1996?

Office Space. It's too bad the movie didn't do better in the theaters. But since there weren't anyone line jokes, it was hard to market it in the trailers. It has become a cult hit though.

I was actually thinking about being invisible last night and how cool it would be. But I was wondering if I wore clothes people would see me, like in "Memoirs of an Invisible Man," or no matter what I wore people couldn't see me. I would choose invisibility because I'd like to see a girls naked that I've never seen naked.

Atleast it's in the hands of Speilberg, who might not be my favorite director or the best like a lot of people rave, but he is a damn good film maker. Since Wells' work is so damn respected, I am sure he won't kill his book.

Should we expect another Raw/SD lottery? Leading up to WM and afterwards, I was really into the product. Now I never watch Smackdown and half-ass pay attention to Raw.

Black was great during the "I Love the 80s," but he tried WAY to hard for "I Love the 90s." I remember when VH1 was the "adult" music channel and MTV was the younger audience. Whatever happened to that?

10 Things I Hate About You - C+ Once again, I liked this movie when I was younger. But now I had trouble watching it. I beg, BEG that someone makes a romantic comedy that is different. The Farrelly brothers atleast made them a little more interesting, but their movies even have fallen into the romantic comdey formula. My sister tells me that Intolerable Cruelty is different, so I'll have to check that out. If I am fouled, I will ban romantic comedies forever. Unless it is with a chick or Lohan is in it.

If you think TNA is mishandling AJ, just think what WWE would be doing with him. There is NO WAY he would get a ME push or anything close to it. He would be stuck on Velocity just about every week.

My friend Kobi is a real estate agent in NYC and he showed the President of Atari some apartments yesterday. While he was showing him some apartments, he gave him an idea about LAX Video Game. He was telling him how LAX is growing sport in America and how a video game would be a good idea, to get into the un-tapped market. The President said that Acclaim is going out of business and they have the rights to the Pro LAX League (w/e it is called). Either Atari is going to buy the rights from them, buy Acclaim or they arlready do, I am not sure what he said. Basically, the guy liked the idea and will look into it. My question is, how come no one has made a game LAX game yet?
