Of course they aren't "immortal." No matter how well you take care of them, they still will get a scratch or two on them. Plus it depends on what brand of CDs and DVDs you are using, if you burn them.

I never thought about that, but it could be true. It doesn't help when parents allow some 12 year olds to wear clothes that barely fit their body. That is another discussion though...

I'll be seeing it tomorrow. And from what the critics said, I bet they are right. This is written and directed by Stephen Sommers, who wrote/directed the Mummy and the Mummy Returns. The Mummies are the generic action movies, so I am not expecting an Oscar type movie out of it, unlike Troy. I'm there for the action and Kate.

It isn't hard at all. Usually the second step up from rookie in most games is a little difficult, but it isn't at all in MVP. After the All-Star break I'm going to switch to all-star mode.

Yeah, that was pretty cheesy. Then again, what else can be told about those four? The important events have already been told, so they can only do so much with them. I did like the black and white 60's short flashback of Spike and Dru.

It was pulling 3s around "Smile Time." I'll look it up later. Now that I think about it, this is the worst episode with a flashback scene in it, well that I can remember.

And Angel got a 2.7 this week.

Yeah, I hear ya. I understand everything you said and I've known that for a long time. I just hate really hate Friends, that's all. I can't even say that Angel is liked more by the critics because well, it isn't. The critics like Angel, but they also like Friends. Plus the fact that Friends won Emmys and Golden Globes while Angel just got nixed all together. If Angel was on HBO/FX/Hell even Fox, they might have gotten some GG nods, maybe even Emmy nods. They defiently should have, atleast. One thing that I think is funny, is that a lot of people who like Friends had watched Buffy before. But it got "stupid" when they went to college, ie season 4, so they stopped watching it. Of course the season hit its peak in season 5, but that is a different story.

You know, I was in my friend's room and they were watching the montage of Friends before the series finale. And everyone in the room was getting all sad and shit. I personally hate Friends with a passion and could care less if the show is gone or not. But it pisses me off that the show gets soo much press. I know the show is more popular and appeals to the casual audience more than Angel does, but it still pisses me off. Granted, I don't watch the show, but I am willing to bet that Angel has A LOT more emotion to it, has gone deeper and has a better mythology to it. People just push it aside because it is about a vampire and is a "sci-fi/horror" show. I am not a sci-fi fan but I fell in love with this show. People just don't understand how good the show is and that is one of the reasons why it is getting canned. If the casual audience excepted Angel, they would fall in love with it just like Friends and Angel would get the same amount of press Friends did. Sorry, I had to rant.

So what is the Immortal?

Well...neither did the week before...except for the last 2-3 minutes. We learned more about Illyria and her loosing her powers, that advanced the story.

Blah, necessary or not it didn't advance THE Apacolypse storyline that much. That is what I am disapointed in.

Well, they did advance the Wes/Illyria story a little bit, but that is it. Gunn? Lorne? Lindsay? Hamilton? Eve? Senior Partners? Very, very disapointed right now.

It wasn't too much of ratings stunt because when a star returns to a show, the WB usually markets it. They would market the shit out of SMG returning to the WB.

I can poke plenty of holes, but the season is just sooo good. This season isn't as good as it could have been, just like season 7 of Buffy. I still like season 4 of Angel more than this season. These next two episodes better be crazy, or I'll be one pissed off Mole. Well when Buffy ended on May 20th,the Buffy thread was only on 81 . The Buffy thread reached 100 pages on June 22nd, so I think we will get to 100 pages. It would have been hard to do it without Tara dieing. But I'd have to go with that guy, forgot his name, who gets her high on magic to put too much in her. Or he puts some sort of spell on her and she "falls for him" and works for him or something. Are those books any good? I saw them at the bookstore the other day about Buffy going to another dimension and having to save her friends or something. It looked interesting. But if anything, I blame the WB for this episode. They wanted stand alone episodes and we basically got that this season. We also got that tonight, so whatever.

Eh, this episode disapointed me big time. It was funny and everything, but it didn't advance the story that much. This whole Apacolypse thing that Lindsay was talking about, WHERE THE FUCK IS IT??? So they are going to tell the Apacolypse story in just two episodes? Nope, that is stupid. RRR this season is NO where near as good as season 5 of Buffy. By this time during season 5 of Buffy, Glory nabbed Dawn and Buffy goes into a coma. What do we get with this episode? Angel and Spike chase Buffy down. Since I am so disapointed to where this season is going, I am not even going to give my thoughts on the episodes with the lists. They had SO MUCH going ever since "You're Welcome" and they just went downhill.

Hmm, I've never thought about that before. You got some of the overlapping stories wrong. Season FourThe Return of Cordy/The Beast & Angelus & Evil Cordy/Jasmine. Season FiveGhost Spike/Lindsay/Illyria and The Apocalypse. The return of Cordy and Andrew were only one shot episodes, so they have nothing to do with the overall story. The three big stories of season 5 are what I wrote above, well the way I look at it.

Yeah but Connor could KICK SOME FUCKIN ASS. From Buffy.nu, this is what Joss had planned for the Angel season 6. A little bit of a spoiler bout the finale. Jeff Bell told already, that Joss planned to bring Seth back in season 6, for the role of Oz. It makes sense, because due to the fact that there is this werewolf girl Nina, Oz would be perfect to be her helper, because he knows how to handle his little secret. Nina, for herself, seems to be alone, after this season..anywhere on a beach vacation with her sister. But hey, this is not everything, that was coming up about Season 6. There were rumors about Willow, returning to Angel, and ’whooosch’...Jeff also told, that she was planned. I’m quite sure, Willow was planned, for Illyria, cause in another interview Amy said, it was planned to split Illyria and Fred, so Amy was going to play a double role on Angel...very interesting thing. At least, they even planned to play in another dimension, for the first episodes, after or during the fight against the dragon of the lawyer firm Wolfram & Hart.

Wow, this thread almost fell off the first page. But not on my watch. I've been watching season 5 on FX and it is amazing how good this season is. That is why I don't see Angel season 5 being as good as it....
