Well I am from CT, but I got to school in NY. I am home for spring break right now. Cigs usually cost $4.47 and candy bars are about $1. So it was 50% off of the candy bar. Good deal for here. At school, there is a Indian reservation so cigs only cost $3.00. EDIT: IDRM, I have the poster in my room that is in your sig. Ha.

Oh, it won't do well at all. Universal SAYS they have faith in it, but they move it to a SEPTEMBER release date. The month that has the lowest box-office numbers. The movie will do well IF the critics like it and from word of mouth. But the movie will make atleast $15 million opening weekend for all of the Whedon geeks out there. Okay that might be stretching it, BUT I CAN HOPE.

It doesn't really bother me since he does more overacting than acting. He doesn't want to take that title away from Jim Carrey.

You have to include worldwide numbers because if his movies do well overseas, then he is still going to get jobs. Overseas = money. For example, Waterworld cost around $175 million to make and only grossed $90 million in the US. However, it made $165 overseas so I'd call it a success in one way or another. The critics might hate him, but he is making a couple bucks and still is a draw.

The Grudge scared you? I'm sorry... Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Old) is the only movie that comes to mind that scared me recently. As a kid, I was scared by everything.

I've been to a few festivals and it isn't that bad. They only last for 3 days or so. But this was an awesome episode.

I read that script and he got almost exactly what he deserved. Course, that was a bad project to begin with and the director didn't help him. But Joss deserves just as much bad credit for that stinker as everyone else. You got your hands on the original script, before it was ripped apart? Where did you get this? And people have to remember when Whedon wrote Alien Resurrection, probably in 96 since the movie came out in 97, he wasn't as good as a writer. This was even before Buffy and he has grown since then, especially with Angel and Firefly coming out. Once again, I am biased.

I'm 5 out of 8 because I made some stupid picks, IE Penn over BC. I also had Iowa over Cinn. because Iowa had been doing well while Cinn wasn't. Fuck.
