He's a terrible babyface. His mic work, while adequate, is delivered with all the passion of a eunuch on his wedding night. He keeps doing that gay ass pose all the time. His wrestling attire makes him look like he's come straight out of a Suck 'n' Cum Wrestling home video. He does nothing bad in the ring, but he also does nothing at all that draws my attention. He has all the charisma of a tree. He's just 'there'. I don't hate him, but I have zero desire to ever see him wrestle, no matter how many times they have him RKO washed up crack heads or stick figures with breasts that look like flea bites.

Knowing Vince, he'll bring Warlord in under that name, and then bring in a character mocking the UN in some way, and having him go after Warlord.

As well as some hints that Aunt May might have figured it out. She knows. They may as well have displayed a big neon sign proclaiming that she knows.

A little off the track, but I'll ask it here anyway, but did anyone else have their interest in the series damaged with the handling of Spiderman and of the Spiderman-Mary Jane relationship in the second film ? You have people left and right it seems seeing Spidey without the mask, including a villian, and then Mary Jane finds out Spiderman is Peter as well. I don't know about anyone else, but I lost all interest in the series after that.

The problem with HHH burying people in promo's is that he does it by telling the truth about the weaknesses of whoever he's talking about. Heels shouldn't be telling the truth as it is, but they especially shouldn't be telling the truth about the various weaknesses of the rest of the roster. When a heel puts down someone, he shouldn't be doing it in a manner that can cause people to say, "You know, he's right about that." He should be saying it in a manner where people respond to it with, "You know, he's talking out of his ass."

Hunter was injured. Though it's a fair bet that politics got him out of doing a clean singles loss to Owen; there was nothing really stopping them having Owen win at least one of their PPV matches in March and April.

Luger got the countout win because he bragged he was going to win the title beforehnad and one of the newspapers got wind of it so the WWF decided to change the outcome of the bout. Pretty sure on that. Luger getting the count out win at SummerSlam was always the planned finish. Bret Hart's dropping of the IC Title had nothing to do with his wanting to go to WCW. It was done purely to set up a babyface v babyface match with Roddy Piper.

A two year old program that ended with a clean finish? Desperate people do desperate things. They could have even brought Jarrett in to get revenge on Chyna to give a storyline exit for her.

I never said he'd have been brought back as a ME guy, but Vince might have tried it if he was desperate. If Chyna hadn't grown a huge ego, she might have been around long enough that they could have gone back to her and Jarrett's program.

They'd have to pray real hard for that to happen.

Jarrett would have been brought back eventually, as Vince went through each and every name he could get to try and make some kind of impact.

The original plan with Bret and Luger winning the Rumble was for Luger to come out of WM X with the WWF Title. But the reaction to his announced winning of the Rumble was so negative that that idea was dropped. If Luger had come out of WM X with the WWF Title, he was tentatively set to drop it to Bret at Summerslam of that year.

I've never said that Jarrett is deliberately burying the company to make himself a star. It just happens to be a by-product of his relentless desire to push himself as the number one star of the promotion, which even TNA's own fans are rejecting. Do either of you two even realise that ? TNA's own fans are rejecting the neverending push of Jarrett, and he still keeps pushing himself as the star of the company. No wonder there isn't anybody in a position to take Jarrett's place.

Austin was never going to win the Fatal Four Way at the Final Four PPV. Bret was always going to win it. Before Vince panicked, and Bret v Shawn for the WWF Title was going to headline WM XIII, Bret would win the FFW to get his title match against Shawn. When Vince decided to go with Sid v Undertaker for the title as the WM XIII main even instead, Bret would win the vacant WWF Title in the FFW, and drop it to Sid the next night. And yes, Luger was going to win the WWF Title at WM X, but that changed the night of the 1994 Rumble, and his announced Rumble win saw him get booed out of the building.

When I saw this thread title, I thought it said that Judy Bagwell was suspected of using steroids.
