Lego Star Wars is a fun little rental and has pretty cool multiplayer.

I thought the idea of building a dam in Arkansas was pretty good.

A) In theory this is a tough question given how Plummer put up better numbers last year than Hasselbeck, but in all honesty I don't like Plummer. He was so bad for so long, that I just don't have a lot of faith in starting him. I would start Hasselbeck there without thinking twice. B) You have to start Wayne & Johnson. Don't let Baltimore worry you. Very rarely should you let a team defense dictate your schedule (something like the 2002 Bucs where they just tore apart opposing QBs) and certainly not in a case where the offense is as good as Indy's and your starter is such a big upgrade over the backup. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks man.

Nevermind. HAHAHAHAHA Ron Mexico t-shirts http://www.cafepress.com/ronmexico Also, the new Blitz game (no NFL license) has a Falcons ripoff team (the Redhawks) with a QB named Ron Mexico. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/3832438 And the NFL won't let fans make personalized Mexico jerseys. http://msnbc.msn.com/id/7504682

Ugh. Kinda wish Michael Moore would just, I dunno, *leave*.

Alright, all I'm saying is that he's saying things from behind the keyboard that he probably wouldn't say in mixed company.

BTW... Thanks to you and your fellow fans at UK, smitty. That took an absolute disaster of a game by Marcus Randall and made it a freakin' highlight of his career. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> haha, that sucked...but we've long since gotten used to such things here

Don't be fucking disingenous. No one would have thought that - no one who was even remotely paying attention to his argument or the context in which the ebonics parody was made. I think it far more likely that Czech's just poked huge, gaping holes in Kanye's bullshit and in the rather sad excuses of those who have been trying to defend him, and the best any of you can come up with to counter those arguments is "uh....well, you know I could construe you as a racist..." To quote the late Ol' Dirty Bastard: nigga please. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Dude, a lot of the things Czech said came off as racist. Several people commented on this--even non-CE "liberal" people. And, again, if he said that type of shit around black people, it woudn't go over well. Just like you wouldn't say "nigga please" around black people.

Today's Louisville/Kentucky game was Kentucky football personified. I'm a grad student at UK and I've been watching UK football the past several years. Today, Woodson, our QB, fumbled on UL's 2 yard line when we were down by 7 in the 4th after a huge comeback. You don't know how many times things like this have happened in UK football history. So many *almost* upsets. I was one of the douchebags on the field when LSU threw that hail mary that was the ESPY play of the year. I was there when our fat, lovable QB Jared Lorenzen threw the INT against Florida in the 4th. I stayed up late and watched the super-long, multi-overtime game--I think it was the longest game ever--which we lost to Arkansas. This is life as a UK football fan. It ain't glamorous, but there's something noble about it.

I quite frankly think you're an asshole for saying that I should not be able to discuss music because I think The Chronic is the best rap album of all time. No wait, I don't think you're an asshole, I fucking know you're an asshole by your attitude toward me and everyone else who doesn't agree with, you son of a bitch. Go to hell. I hope you and your fucking mother dies for giving birth to such a hateful little bastard. God forbid we have different tastes in music, you fucking self obsessed asshole. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Dang.

One man's "fair qualified" is another man's "raging judicial activist."

How is Thomas perceived to have betrayed the party? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think he does the whole Antonin Scalia Constitution-uber-alles thing, where if he has to betray his party in order to make a fair ruling, so be it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ah.

Point taken (Czech).

He just assumed Kanye was foul-mouthed and spoke ebonics which he isn't and doesn't. And I guarantee you he wouldn't pull that "GUBMINT, MAH PEOPLE" stuff in front of a black person. *edit* also, I'm not saying that Czech is a raging racist, just that some of the things he said might be construed that way--I like Czech and think he's funny, I just disagree with him sometimes

It's a picture of Paul Mooney from "Ask A Black Dude" on Chappelle.

But if they have this innate respect for each other, and these shared experiences that make them like brothers, why wouldn't they...not kill each other? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't think it's some magical, mythical bond--it's just that people tend to identify with groups. Again, family members are closer to one another than anyone else, yet they are also more likely to murder each other than anyone else.
-
I dunno, ask a black dude.

I'm waiting <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's a silly red herring, Slayer. Violence within minority groups probably happens at a high rate because *gasp* they live and act in close proximity to each other! A husband is much more likely to kill his wife than a stranger, but that doesn't mean that the stranger is somehow "closer" to the wife.
