Public Version of Saddam's Capture Faked?
Big Ol' Smitty replied to Skywarp!'s topic in Current Events
So you support removing every oppressive regime in the world from power? Even our allies? If it was up to me than (sic) Yes. Okay, then where do you draw the line? Russia? China? What's your standard for invasion? -

Dude I hate to be nice to you seeing as how you hate on me all the time--but you're pretty hilarious. Some of your posts make me LOL2005. You should be able to pull some tail based on sense of humor alone. There are so many fish in the sea it's ri-goddamn-diculous. -

Dan Rather Farewell from the Liddy & Hill Show
Big Ol' Smitty replied to teke184's topic in Current Events
Good point. I didn't really care about what the guys did 30 years ago either. I just hate how the guy who actually volunteered and went got shat upon by the MSM (via SBVT coverage) for his record (which wasn't perfect, but it seems like he did what he thought was right in protesting the war--and who *can* protest a war if not someone who served in it?) while the chickenhawk, because of Rather & Co's ineptitude, got a free pass. The Vietnam question didn't matter to me, but it probably mattered to a lot of voters. And after Rather was cowed by the administration no other organization was going to touch Bush's record with a ten foot pole. Kerry was a rich ass kid who probably could have used family connections to get out of serving, but he didn't. Also, I think Kerry trying to use his service as a tool to get elected was stupid and kind of tacky. -

This documentary looks pretty interesting. I just heard about it recently. I'm kind of excited about seeing it if it comes to my podunk town. www.gunnerpalace.com *edit* oops, looks like it doesn't come out until Mar. 11

"With or Without You" rules. And I love how some message board hacks get off on on calling people they don't even know morons.

Yeah, *that's* what I said. Please don't put words in my mouth. I was just clarifying what you said about 18 yr. olds. And pinnacle just received the business end of a good ol' fashioned pwning.

You can get credit cards prior to age 18.

Don't worry, though, the bankruptcy bill has a nice little loophole for the super rich. http://www.nytimes.com/2005/03/02/business...print&position= And it's not gonna touch corporations in the slightest bit. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/artic...9-2005Mar2.html
-
Yep, they are.
-
Then you should oppose this bankruptcy bill, since the majority of personal bankruptcies occur for medical reasons.
-
Oh they're selective alright. They target dumb irresponsible teenagers and college students. MNBA America Bank (one of the top three credit card issuers in the US) is also pretty selective with its funds. After all, it was the single largest corporate donor to the Bush/Cheney campaign.
-
Most individuals who file for bankruptcy do so because of serious medical problems (i.e. a battle w/ cancer). These people are now fucked.

There's gotta be some ways that you can get free food or mooch.

Dianne Feinstein? Rob. Wait, were you being sarcastic? Most on this board aren't wrestling fans anymore so I don't know. No I wasn't. I don't know who that is--I'm not a wrestling fan.

Dianne Feinstein?

Aw, c'mon, I'm pretty terrifying.
