That's even worse!

Why was Bruiser ever banned to begin with? Fuck whoever banned Bruiser.
-
How can someone be more of a hack than the guy who wrote this? No, thanks.
-
Wow. This is a subject on which I can finally agree wholeheartedly with the liberals. Hey, we both don't like Andrew Sullivan, too.
-
You didn't make this clear. From the way you said it, I thought you were going to use an "unpatriotic" quote from each to show that his "group" was unpatriotic. My bad!

What does a fine accomplish? Just make more people broke? Do you put the pregnant woman in jail? What happens to the baby when born? And yes, that mugshot makes him look like quite the degenerate! We should cut off his penis! Bob Barron would be fucked over six ways from Sunday if we used this criterion!

And a Jew, Jews are unpatriotic! Also, he's white! Whites are unpatriotic! And a Catholic! Catholics are unpatriotic! And a male! Males are unpatriotic! And a Protestant! Et al ad infinitum

No, Marney! Don't do it!

We already had this thread.

No, I think McCain is going to pick Gov. Sanford to be his running mate. Yeah, I was just kidding.
-
No, that's not what he means.
-
Hey, I posted that guy before.

Being angry about a female president?

Basically, Ripper, in my opinion, you are hugely distorting Obama's policy positions. I don't wanna do a MikeSC-style line by line breakdown because I don't really feel like it and you probably don't feel like reading it. But, for example, on health care, the plan is much more complex than, "everybody gets free health care" (and you know that). It has cost containment mechanisms & employer contributions on the funding front. And you act as if the Iraq plan is a Kucinich-esque "just pull out" plan rather than phased withdrawal coupled with intensified regional diplomacy. You also completely ignore the fact that Obama would roll back Bush's tax cuts in the top brackets, which would be a major source of new funding (not to mention his desire to institute "pay as you go" spending, ending tax loopholes, & his good governance proposals for pork barrel spending reform & the like on the fiscal front).

I love this. I have been listening to Lou Dobbs' (the real one, not the TSM one) radio show and he is still going on about this despite the fact that it doesn't exist.
-
Ripper, I don't really feel like responding to every point, but your credibility on this is greatly diminished by this: Please explain how Edwards' policy positions were superior to Obama's, if you will. The only two differences I can think of off the top of my head (as someone who wasn't able to decide between Edwards & Obama while Edwards was still in): a.) Edwards' universal health care plan was slightly different b.) Edwards jettisoned the "War on Terror" ® brand name

UK Law is "1st tier", but it's pretty cheap, so even if I have to take out loans, they will be manageable. Also, I might not even go to law school. My first year will be in the diplomacy/intl commerce program and if, when I finish that, I decide I just want to get that degree and get a job, I can skip law school and only be out a $100 deposit.

So, I'm sorta sick of teaching and thinking about going back to school (as long as someone else pays for it). I'm trying to choose between law school, public policy, or diplomacy/international commerce. Any advice? I'm looking at you, Carlito Brigante.
-
I think that would offend a lot of people's delicate sensibilities.
-
Or maybe loans with an academic scholarship. I've also heard that if you do well in law school (like top 10-15% of your class) you can pretty much pay for tuition with the money you make during the summer for big firms.
-
I am currently a high school teacher, so I thought I'd start selling pot to my students. Then once I become a lawyer I would be able to defend myself in the criminal case.
-
So, I'm doing a joint MA/JD program--law mixed in with a little diplomacy & international commerce.

Wait, we have to count how many sentences there are there, right?
