Being able to outbox him wouldn't prove that you were more fit, or that your "fitness goal is superior" (whatever the hell that means). I could outbox any female Olympic gymnast--doesn't mean I'm a better athlete.

Actually, it will. And that's coming from a long distance runner who has dabbled in strength training for about five years. I cannot put on any significant amount of muscle when my mileage is in the 30-40 miles per week range. The only time I have been able to get my bench press up to 225 was when I significantly cut my mileage back (under 30 miles per week). There definitely is an inverse relationship between significant cardiovascular exercise & significant muscle gain. That being said, I would recommend a certain level of cardiovascular activity for everyone, even skinny fucks like Matt, if for nothing else than heart health & not losing your breath when you walk up the stairs. My ratio of cardio to strength training is high (much more cardio) but I've found that this makes me feel good, and I am more inclined to being an endurance athlete than a hulking mass of muscle. Everyone's different, though.

It's not surprising that you don't know any mainlines. "Mainline" Protestantism is withering. These denominations are shrinking quite rapidly. Evangelical Protestantism is, from my understanding, the most rapidly expanding religious leaning on the planet--particulary Pentencostalism (the denomination that believes in certain religious phenomena, such as speaking in tongues, levitation, etc.) Recovering Evangelical Protestant here (Southern Baptist). I'll take a Catholic over an Evangelical any day of the week (no offense, fundamentalists). My finocee was raised Catholic.

I don't even get MSNBC & I rarely watch Fox (or CNN) for that matter, so I can't objectively compare.

You can find exact casualty figures at icasualty. One weird thing that I've read is that a lot of the "coalition of the willing" countries basically just sent symbolic forces. For example, I think I read that the Japanese troops wouldn't even leave bases or get out of their vehicles. I'll see if I can confirm this.

Oddly, after hours of seeing Wiis go for upward of $400 on ebay, I somehow just got one for the store price off of it using the "Buy it Now" thing instead of bidding. Weird. It better get here soon.
