OOOOHHHHH SHIT, SON!!
-
I won't say it blows them out the water but it is right up there with them in awsomeness. I do kinda wish they would stop kicking Tommy in the balls though. I mean goddamn.
-
Wait.....are you suggesting that this is the MOTY when including other north american companies? Fuck that, including TNA? WHOA now....that is a stretch.

I personally don't think that Gerry Curl wearing guys that wore leather gloves and jackets in the middle of hot ass LA are the people you want to go to for race relations. And actually, didn't they sue those white boys for coming out with a remake if Boyz In The Hood? I remember Yella being quite pissed off about them using the N word. He was taken off his busy schedule of producing Porn movies to file the lawsuit. SOmebody didn't get skeeted on that day because of some goddamn white people using the word. I hope you are all happy. I personally would just punch any non black in the face for saying it just to be safe. You never know what they meant.

He sure did put your balls in a vice grip with that one.

What ever. Trotter crossed the half field line and pushed him, and mathis punched him, and trotter emphatically grabbed his face mask, which I guess looked like a punch to the refs. There were no goons. And seriously, the Falcons almost lost Hartwell, Brooking, Demario Williams, Hall, and Duckett in the scuffle and the one when the Eagles players were stomping the falcon symbol in the middle of the field and the falcons players came back out on the field. So unless you are saying that the goon work that Mathis did was to get rid of the entire starting Linebacking corps, the best defensive back and the back up running back, it doesn't make sense. And I think you are agreeing with me, but yeah, Corey Simon is really key to Trotter being able to do what he does. He would go untouched last year and would just cause havok on the running game because Corey would take up so much space and so many people at his tackle position. Noone was there to meet Trotter in the hole, because Simon would occupy them. Not saying Trotter isn't a damn good linebacker, but they had a hell of a tackle down there doing that dirty work that often gets overlooked. Plus on all of Atlantas big runs, they had 3-4 blockers to spare. This was just a case of opening night and lack of execution on the part of the Eagles. I don't think the Falcons would have won playing like this in week, lets say, 4, but this was two opening night teams and they both made mistakes. Philly just made more. One thing that did impress me about the Falcons last night was that the first guy made the play everytime. Solid tackling. And Demario Williams is going to be a freak of nature at that linebacker position.

You bunch of titty having racist. Ripper - Thinks "titty" is a pretty goddamned funny word

But they obviously are discussing "in the WWE". They are discussing "No one has been better..." or "... is the best", in the WWE should be obviously added to the end.
-
no he wouldn't have. I don't think people realize what Corey Simon did for him.
-
eh. Your opinon is yours I guess. But if Billy Gunn and Visera stepped in the ring and pulled off a match like that, I would praise it, because it was a damn good match(to me). I personally didn't care for the MITB match, outside of a few nice spots from Shelton. WWE has for the most part really disappointed me this year match wise. I mean the shows have been crap for a few years, but dammit you could expect some good matches to be broken out at least every month.

I do want to add that I hate the ACLU. "Here you have police officers on the front line whose reputations have been horribly tarnished, if not destroyed, and who are out of a job because of a drug test that may have identified them for being guilty of nothing more than the color of their skin" NO. The color of their HAIR, you not reading the report and seeing that at least one of the officers was a white guy son-ova bitch.
-
Angle/Michaels I really don't think anyone could pull out a better match in the WWE this year. how....sad...
-
The thing is, I actually was turning through and caught the end on the first run(I only saw the hospital scene) so I knew HOW it was going to end. I watched the replay on Sunday and was still caught off guard. Leary's face when he walked around the car to see what happend was more emotional than the scenes following to me.

They still haven't fallen off from that year. They almost made the playoffs last year and they lost each and everyone of their offensive weapons except the QB. They have a monster Defense, a very good passing offense....they are just a good team. And nl5xsk1, they are the best teams in the NFC. I personally think those 4 teams are head and shoulders above the rest of the conference.

I still think the rapidfire aspect comes hand and hand with 3 way matches. there are three people and while one is selling, another is getting done selling the move he took earlier and it rotates. I mean, take a match like the London/Styles/Low-Ki three way in ROH (I am just pulling this one because I watched it last night). Even though it was in ROH, it still is quite rapidfire. This 3 way was very structured if you ask me. Once you accept the fact that some things are the nature of the match type itself, they had a extremely tight and well worked match out there. -
Big mental win for the Falcons. They beat the team that has taken them away from their super bowl berths the last two times in the playoffs, so they could definately be over the hump now. It was a defensive struggle just as I thought, and Atlanta's D looks great. And anyone that says "what was up with Philly" in this lost is ignoring that Atlanta just has a great D. 2 of their touchdowns in last years NFC Championship game were caused by the offense, not given up by the D. This Defense is what atlanta is going to have to ride this season and its a damn nice D to ride. Atlantas offense...it looked pretty good. The O-line did a great job save a few safety blitzs and thats just bad read jobs. The running game looked great, although I am still baffled by the constant flating of TJ Duckett that people have. Its going to be another no pass catching year for the Falcons recievers, Special teams looked great as usual...I am walking away quite positive for this game, although I do realize that it is week 1 and this is noway indicitive of how the season will work out. I still say the NFC will consist of Atlanta, Tampa Bay, Philly, and Carolina all going at it for the Bowl birth. People claim that Kevin Mathis "did that on purpose" before the game...seroiusly people. Did he quantum leap into Trotters body and make him meet himself for a confrontation. i don't think either one of them should have been kicked out honestly, but nither guy was more or less at fault.

10? I can think of 5-6...or...well...okay...I could see you saying 10. But still. I could see someone ranking this in the top 5 and wouldn't really argue. -
Its hard to be overrated when half of the movie going population calls you overrated.

No doubt, but at the same time, I still suggest that Puder was able to do what he did because in noway in Angles mind did he think this kid would be stupid enough to put him in a manuver to hurt him, and Angle, being the guy he is, wasn't trying to fuck the kid up either. Puder on the other hand saw it as a chance to make a name for himself and went all out while Angle didn't. Not saying Angle would 100% win in mat work or anything, but this "Puder schooled Angle" stuff is a bit much. He might even take Angle if they were both going full notch, but using that as a barameter is a little unfair.
-
I just saw "Happy" last night and I am really looking forward to tommorrow nights season finale. Happy...all my years of Whedon watching prepared me for the truth that no episode named "Happy" would be happy. And goddamn did that come out of nowhere.
-
Okay, here is the thing. I seriously doubt that Angle expected to get put in a potentially dangerous move and I seriously doubt that he was attempting to put Puder in one. I will not call it a "shoot" when it was obvious that one guy wasn't going all out. He can take that moment all he wants, but for real, how many of you wouldn't put your money on Angle if they really took it to the mat?

I can still see myself playing alot of my dreamcast games 4 years from now. That machine was absolutlely one of the greatest things ever created. I never got into the PSX/PS2 hype. I was a N64 man. But dreamcast...HMMM...that will go down as the greatest console I have ever owned.

I am thinking of hosting a bad movie fest and if I do I will invite most of the people from this forum. I have noticed the "of all time" tag thrown around alot. Like Kevin Smith or not, nothing he has ever done is close to being shodiest of all time. People are constantly saying X is one of the worst movies of all time, when people....I can show you bad. ANd not MST so bad they are funny. Just fucking bad...bad.
