I just want to know WHAT he tested positive for. Cause there are cases, like in the NFL where players test positive for illegal substances, and it was some obscure suppliment that was way at the bottom of the huge list of stuff you can't take. I highly doubt he was roiding up. I would put my money on some over the counter suppliment and he got a positive test. The fact he originally appealed before saying "Oh...yeah...okay...I accept the penalty then" sounds like that.

Well, I say that Stephen Jacksons was completely different. Stephen was a free agent that no one wanted. The Spurs offered him something really REALLY low so he went shopping and found out there was no market for him. So he signed a 2 year contract with Atlanta (the second year was a player option) and went on to score 20+ points a night, and earning a damn good contract in his sign and trade with Indiana. Joe Johnson wants to play the point guard in the NBA and he told Suns ownership to not match the Atlanta offer so he could get that chance. Plus there are all these stories about him not liking all the attention Nash, Marion, and Stoudimire get and he gets left in the cold. Honestly, as much as the Suns needed him to win this year, he is still just showing he is the same bitch he was back when I was talking about how much of a bitch Joe Johnson is.

You guys haven't seen Jason Williams play in a few years outside of their horrid mismatches in the playoffs. The guy is legitimately one of the top 5 point guards in the league. Williams/Wade/Posey/Haslim/Shaq would be a damn good starting lineup.

Bad news bears is a family movie with a campain that makes parents not want to take their kids. The "you end up in prison" joke makes it sound like Billy Bob is cursing. What parent is going to take their child to that? I blame the marketing campain. The movie, as it is being marketed is more for teenagers and most of them will head to the R-rated films than a obvious family picture.

People want the rating system enforced. you keep saying that parents will buy the game anyway, but that is definately not always the case. PLENTY of parents will not allow their kids to play MA games and they should be able to know that their kid can't just walk in a store and buy it without their permission. IF the stores suffer no reprecussions to selling a MA game to kids, they are going to do it. I mean seriously, they have to choose between following the supposed wishes of some kid they don't know or making 50 bucks, they are going to say fuck that parent and sell the game. Yes the video gaming industry did their part by putting the ratings on games, but that is as far as they can possibly take it. Precautions mean nothing without penalties for breaking said precautions. That is what the government is doing here. Its against the law to sell porn to a child. The porn industry have done their part by putting the warnings, and the ratings on the boxes. Hardly. The blame goes to the large guaranteed contracts that were given to everyone, the crappy house shows, and a downturn in wrestling in general. WCW was never a money maker. The major stars would only work PPV's and Nitro. The wrestlers ran the show, and it ran it straight into the ground. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> WCW was a money maker for about a 2-3 year period in the 90s, cmon now. Lanny Poffo was making 300,000 a year when WCW closed. I want you to stop and think about that one. LANNY fucking POFFO was making 300,000 a year from WCW for sitting on his ass. For all the bad booking, all the bad decisions, if it weren't for money mismanagement, WCW would still be on right now.

Austins "RUN at the TOP" was not all Austin. Just because the Rock didn't have the title on his shoulder didn't mean people weren't tuning in for him. Honestly, the Rock was more known before Scorpian King than Austin has ever been. He could talk just as well or better than Hogan and Austin, he was/is better looking (brings in da LAYDEES) and save a couple of heel runs by Austin, he was the superior worker in the ring. People were there for the Rock just as Much as Austin, but Austin gets all the credit.

So my girl friend is giving me a ride to work this morning and as we are driving this little kitten runs in the road. She slams on the brakes and the thing runs under the car. This is a very busy road, and people go pissed but I don't give a shit, it was a cute kitty and we weren't going to run it over. So I get out and look under the car, and the freaking thing has gotten... and its hard to explain this...but in the freakin tire. Like where the tire is attached to the car, the space on the rim. He was just sitting there scared shitless. So i get down and try to get him out but I can't really reach. and he is just getting more afraid and trying to scratch me with his little claws and trying to make the hiss sound but it sounds like a pop so I start laughing at him. By now we have shut down a entire lane of Ashford Dunwoody at rush our. So then a fire and rescue guy comes up to find out the problem and I tell him and he starts trying to get the cat. But because of where the car is and the fact we can't roll, its so close to the other lane that you might get hit trying to get the cat. So when a fire truck pulls up, they shut off the other lane. So now, a entire street is shut off...at rush hour to get a kitten from the tire of our car. eventually, he gets under the car and gets it and I find all this hilarious. I wanted to keep the lil fella, but since I was on my way to work and my girl is a asshole when it comes to animals, the firemen took it. It was still trying to fight us all when we got it out. It was all of 4-5 weeks old tops. I was suprised it could walk well, let alone run under a car. So I was a hour late and have oil spots all over me for a freaking cat that I don't even get to keep. And caused a major street to get shut down by a fire truck. For a kitten.... I had a interesting morning.

I disagree with the expecting more out of Harrington thing. He was a consistant scorer, rebounder and at the end of the year, playmaker for them. They would be stupid if they expected more than the 18 and 8 harrington averaged for the year, and I KNOW they don't think they are going to get those numbers out of Marvin Williams. Its all about hype. Now they have a flashy team with Josh Smith, Marvin Williams, and Salim Stoudimire out on the floor, and they want to get rid of there least spectacular player (who happens to also be the best player). They are going to enter next year with 7 players with 3 years of less experience in the NBA. Al harrington is the odd man out in this youth movement...which is strange for a 25 year old to be the old guy.
