So the government is telling these people that they have to go and take those painkillers that build they build dependencys on, get addicted to, and have horrible side effects when they can get the same results from weed. They said she swung on the cop, but that is pretty much physically impossible if you watch the video. He hit her in the left forearm with the probe, so if she was swinging at the cop on the passneger side of the car while holding the phone with her right hand....I think you see the point here. She was obviously still sitting upright when she was hit. And the officer was standing there for the whole damn call. If she said "bring your gun" then okay, but she made what sounded like the equivilant of calling a lawyer (telling the officers name, telling the situation, and giving a play by play of the situation.) Plus she was charged with resisting arrest without violence, dispite their report(swinging at a officer counts as violence) meaning that part is pretty was either a: untrue or b: not provable

Man please. The only thing more certain in life than a Barry Bonds is an asshole story is a person saying ANYTHING to get a book press. Plus the fact that he basically floats in on a cloud, humbly takes his Halo off to simply as Barry "Please sir...help the kids" and evil Barry screams "Fuck you WHITEY" makes the whole thing suspects. 99% of the time when someone says a person was a asshole to them for no reason, there was a perfectly good reason for the person to be a asshole to them.

She was being dangerous with her cell phone use? It was a fucking cell phone. Blah blah blah, she was on her phone. So what. Its not like she was talking about the Lost season finale. She was explaining the situation to someone and telling them she was being arrested. Best course of action? No. Was it putting the officer at danger or posing a potential threat in anyway? No.

If someone warn him to run before he is shot, is that cool? I don't give a fuck how "annoying" a person is, you deal with it, not tasering the fuck out of people on a whim.

It just sounds like one of those stories where people are like "So I was on my from helping the elderly and was driving a little over the speed limit so that I could get the the childrens hospital where I help out....." I'll only say this....if you ever pay for a program that needs a registration key to work fully, its your fault. If you can find the program, you can find the way to unlock it. I won't give specifics, but its a simple Google search. If that is against your morals or whatever, then cool, but it COULD be free is all I am saying.
