But Cassell put up 16 points barely playing in the second half of game one, put up 18 not playing in the second half of game 3. To say he wouldn't make a difference...thats just crazy. I am pinning the Wolves troubles on Darrick Fucking Martin being their starting point guard now. That guy would be hard pressed to find work as a backup in the league. He is replacing a ALL-STAR guard with two title rings, and a backup that is a hell of a shooter and a proven Laker killa. And the "cocky laker fan talk" is coming from the land outside of the computer. Goddamn co workers.

First of all, i am stating that the change of pace is fucked up anyway. I don't care who is getting the advantage. Second, how can you say a teams number 2 scorer and leader in assist "doesn't matter" in a series. Shaq is the Lakers number two scorer. Take away him or Kobe and tell me that doesn't matter, the Lakers should still win. Injuries happen in basketball and thats all well and good, but I am tired of cocky Laker fans acting like they are pummeling the best team in basketball and ther is no other reason than them being a great team. Credit is due, the Lakers are up 3-1 but lets cut the bullshit about Cassell doesn't matter.

The love angle was there all of 4-5 minutes when you really look at the movie. that nausiating scene with animal crackers and him running from the gunshot and the end. Thats about all you got. It wasn't 1 and a half hours of love fest like in Pearl Harbor. The Fuel station blowing up was the one scene I could have done without, but it brought in russian guy so fuck dat...it was worth it.

We are talking about the Lakers here. In all likelihood they are going to come out cocky as hell and lethargic giving the Wolves a chance to pop them one and then win it in 6. By the way, when was the last time the Wolves got a 2 day break? It isn't going to happen in this series even if it goes to 7. WHERE the fuck did this accelerated scedule come from all of a sudden?

Okay, but besides the complete unbelieveablity of the movie, what was wrong. Good little one liners, Steve Bushim...um..you know who I mean...he was Gold~!, Bruce Willis was his grizzled self, got some tear jerking moments out of the LAYDEES with the "I'm about to die...let me talk to my daughter" scene, good action. What were people expecting. It was a pure fun action movie, nothing more, nothing less.

Armageddon did kick ass once you get over the fact that NASA got together and decided their best course of action was to send oil drillers on a meteor. But besides that...damn good movie.

Here is a secret of business - If something consistant sells well, they don't give a shit about the quality. Anytime you hear a company say, "Well, its not important if it made us lots of money...WHAT DID THE REVIEWS SAY?" they are bullshiting. Casual gamers know nothing about this and wills till buy or rent the movie inspired games reguardless. More serious gamers hear this and say "YAY WB is putting its foot down. Their games are probably going to get better because of this." and that will get them a few more sales. That is the purpose of this. If they sale their lisense to a company and they produce a game that sells millions but gets bad reviews, they would still sell the next lisense to them because Millions always > Bad reviews. ALWAYS or you aren't going to be running a business very long.

You are only saying that because you didn't like Fantasia. Look at nights like country night, or Latin night, or plenty of others when they gave Fantasia bad reviews for her perfomances. They were calling John stevens performances okay, a little boring. OOOHHHH. way to rip in to him. Jasmine...they gave her good reviews for mediocre performances alot of weeks. If you actually look at the comments you will see how far off base you are. oh, and Clay - 3 million records sold...pop album. Ruben - 2 million record sold...R&B album. People keep acting like Clay sold a trillion billion albums and Ruben sold 2. Clay released an album in a genre that usually outsells every other. I am suprised he didn't sell more. Rubens 2 million on a R&B album is very impressive.

Because you couldn't go a week without her saying that. You still just sound like you are griping about judges doing what they are supposed to. When they sounded bad, they told them so. When they sounded good, most of the time they told them so. If they felt someone gave a great performace, they said so. Their jobs are to state their opinions on a persons performance. Thats what they did. And america obviously paid it no attention.

i wouldn't call 2 weapons so many. bottom line is everyone on the Twolves are giving exactlly what they should, they are just missing 20 points and 7 assist from the equation. You take away anyteams number 2 scorer and that team is in trouble. I am getting tired of Cocky lakers because they are playing a depleted team that still can give them a run for their money.

No, I know that. I've been vocal about the judges (Randy and Paula in particular) telling America that they've voted "wrong" (this isn't an exam - you can choose poorly, but you can't choose wrong), and maybe Paula should actually try being a bit more critical instead of playing "good cop", but overall they've done what they're supposed to do. Seriously though - either replace Paula with a mannequin, or get another critical judge in there... Well, the first year she liked everyone, the second she probably critisized once or twice really, and this year especially in the tryouts, she wasn't afraid to tell people they sucked. Maybe next year she will be plain evil. Randy has become more and more critical as the years have gone on too.

I think that there is some fining that needs to be done. And yes...Kotz is the original WHOOSH man. I used to do something similar that was alot less easy and funny.

For me, there's only one judge whose opinion means anything - Simon. Since he's going to manage the winner, he has a vested interest in who comes out on top. From her first semifinal performance, he openly pushed for Fantasia to win. He's never really wavered from that and while I don't think that that was a giant factor in Fantasia winning, I DO think that it played a role in why she was in the final 2 and not Jennifer or LaToya. The only flaw in that reasoning is that Simon called Fantasias performances leading up to Latoya and Jennifers ousting Okay, and plain called some of them not so good, while he called Latoyas and Jennifers both great. I think that a great role in Fantasia being there instead of the other two was that she was better than them, but thats my opinon. I just find it ridiculous that people are critisizing he judges for JUDGEING the performances. Not saying you in particular, but they did their jobs.

Man, without Sam Cassell, its just a fruitless battle honestly. If they had Hudson, then maybe they would stand a chance. But they are without their starting and back up point guard and are in the Western Conference finals with a 10day contract guy starting there. Sarcastic or not, Orale is actually right. I am still not following the complaining here. It is a show about the best singer. The judges judge the people with their opinions on their performances. Latoya never received any real critisim...she was voted out. Jennifer was praised heavily the week before she was voted out. John Stevens got bad reviews all the way through and kept remaining.
