i would say Jericho, for such a small guy going from Cruiserweight champ to winning the WCW and WWF title the same night it's a big step up. Plus he has the record for most IC championships, and has won like every title there has been in WCW,WWF multiple times.

It's most popular in the spanish caribbean islands like Cuba, Dominican Republic and some south american ones like Venezuela and Colombia. Like X said it's not really that popular in Mexico since our cultures are really different. ...and it sucks. I'm from Venezuela and i can't stand it, it seems to be dying down around here, but damn for the last year or so it was the ooooonly thing that was played in the radio and everyone liked it and i never understood why. It really sucks....imo of course I used to hate it too man mostly because of the radio....I live in Dominican Republic right next to P.R and it was the only fucking thing on the radio which got me annoyed and started to hate it with a passion but then I started to listen to it on my own and realized this is the best genre of spanish music. just curious, what other genres are you taking into consideration as spanish music?

yeah i mean i've been eating pretty healthy lately(i've always exercised but just know is that i'm starting to watch what i eat), so i was pretty worried i one big meal would throw all the 'work' away.

anyone knows how many calories aprox. are there in a BBQ Ribs plate at a place like Tony Roma's or TGI Friday's? i'm asking because i'm on a diet right now, watching how many calories i eat each day and a friend of mine is going away for a few months so tommorrow they(my friends) all want to go eat bbq ribs for lunch as a goodbye meeting of sorts. So i don't want to eat like 2000 calories or something in just one meal, so i wanna know if i can get out of the diet for this one meal or it's better to eat something else.

so recently i've been using the most recent version of MSN Messenger(7.0) and someone was trying to send me a MP3 song but it keeps saying this: "XXX tried to send you a file (XXX.mp3). This file has been blocked because it is potentially unsafe" is there any way to turn off this 'protection'? it sucks
