Eh, just post it here for now.

I really need to find out who the hell I keepered (if any) in the H2H leage. And yes, I will be partaking in Flik's H2H leage. What I will do is make up a public Virtual GM and Rookie's game on nba.com. I wasn't able to give VGM my utmost attention because my father suffered a stroke at the end of october and that pretty much fucked me in regards to making picks. I feel this year, uninterupted, I can make that damn leaderboard.

Vince is going to run the company until it either goes out of business or he dies. He will not retire. Bank on that. In regards to running the show, who knows. If HHH can keep his mug off the camera and in the back, he'd be the best person. He at least brings someone not brainwashed since birth by Vince mentality to the table. The argument that HHH will only put himself over more is irrelevant since anytime any of the McMahon kids have been on tv, it was to put themselves over. In that respect, HHH is the same, but he has a better sense of what makes wrestling work than Vince's kids do. He just needs a serious injury or something to get him out of the ring and into the gorilla position directing traffic for the talent. Then you would see HHH shine, if that's possible at this point.

RIP, Ray Traylor. If you guys get the chance, you should try to look up some of his work in All Japan in the early '90s. It is easily the best body of in ring work Ray Traylor ever performed. Too bad for all of us.

Actually I just checked and my team is up against a team that hasn't activated it's roster yet, so free win there, but I still need points from my players.

OK, shitty QB dilemma. My QB's suck for my cosg.net league, so I need advice on picking my poison. Rich Gannon Ben Rothlisburger Patrick Ramsey Gannon will probrably be up and down all year, depending on what defense he is up against. Rothlisburger will have the chance to shine in Pitt, but his own linemen are questioning whether he can get the job done. Ramsey has the best potential of all 3 IMO, but is he still shaken by his 3 INT's from last sunday. Who is the less shittiest of these 3?

Even as a Kings and Peja fan, I wouldn't say Peja is overall better than Artest, but right now I'd rather have Peja. While Artest is a better athlete, defender, and rebounder, he still is one of the biggest head cases in the league. Just when everyone thought he had it under control, up comes game 6 of the ECF and Artest reverts back to his old self. Peja right now is the man I'd want (speaking from the Kings standpoint) because he's a top outside shooter, scorer, and while his playoff perfomances have much to be desired, he is pretty clutch in the regular season. Peja is also eons more mature, despite asking for the off season trade. I missed Cold Pizza this morning, so I have no clue on the context of Skip Bayliss's comments. However, as big a moron as Bayliss seems, Paige is ten times worse.

Was it just me or did it look like Heidenreich was raping Michael Cole backstage after he kidnapped him on SD last night? I TiVo'd it and at first couldn't stop laughing at the visual of how the bit looked. Then I went back and actually listened to what Heidenreich was saying to Cole, with stuff about them having desires and giving Cole what he thinks he wants. Maybe it's just me, but that sounds pretty gay. My wife shows up and sees the bit (she does not watch wrestling) and said that it looked pretty damn gay in regards to the tone of the skit. Was that what they were going for? Is this another rib on Heyman since Heidenreich is his guy? WTF is WWE doing? It isn't entertaining me with male on male ass rape (allegedly) in the back, that's for sure.

I was wondering what folks take is on this situation. I am in a fantasy league that starts 3 WR's. 2 of them are Torry Holt and Hines Ward, so those are fine, but I am wrestling with who to start as my 3rd WR. I have Peter Warrick and Muhsin Muhammed. IMO, Warrick is the better of the two because of the age difference and whatnot, but Warrick, while he will probrably play, is listed as questionable because of a lingering preseason knee that is bothering him. Muhammed just got bumped up to #1 WR on the Panthers because of the injury to Steve Smith. Who should I start? Warrick or Muhammed?

They turned Orton too fast. They should've let heat build up to an obvious break up with Orton and Evolution. They hot shotted this turn and it up and bit them in the ass. I think they thought that since Orton was getting favorable reactions vs. Edge that meant they should turn him, but Edge is so not over right now I think I could debut on Raw and get a better reaction than Edge would get. It's just another case of WWE booking based off of fan reactions too much. They sort of did the same thing with Eugene, except with him, they over exposed his character when his character would work way better in limited doses. They put him out there too much and the crowd regurgitated him as a top guy because it's hard for the crowd to get behind an incompetent person. His mentally slow character will get a crowd reaction because it's easy heat, but it doesn't translate to more people tuning in and buying ppv's. It just means there's more noise in the arena they are taping in.

While Rush was wrong for doing what he did, I wouldn't go so far as to call him a member of the mainstream media or press. He is biased and gives you the conservative slant. You are warped if you get your "news" from him.

I certainly hope so. I've got Davis in one of my fantasy leagues and drafted Foster as insurance because Davis NEVER plays a full season.

Pulp Fiction here too. That movie holds up well. When I see it on my premium channels, I usually leave it on as background noise, sort of like how people leave music on and then do housework. Same here except with a movie. That's how good the dialogue was in Pulp Fiction. It's like music to me.

I TiVo ATH and PTI and usually like what I see. I do have some gripes with the shows though. IMax is terrible. Kellerman is awful, but the person I hate the most is the guy who determines the outcome between Kellerman and Holley. If that guy lost an eye, I wouldn't be sad. As for ATH, I like it the most of the 3 believe it or not. I do find Bill Platchke to be very annoying (and quite often wrong) and Jay Marriotti comes off like such a sports elitist it makes me sick. Sports Elitism is my main gripe with PTI. Wilbon is good, minus the race talk, but Kornheiser now annoys me. I used to like him, but when he takes a different stance on something just to be different, you can usually see his arguments being pulled out of his ass. Plus, I'm a big MMA fan and both men have admitted being ignoramus's about it and continue to bash it for it's so called "barbarism", yet will harp on all day about boxing, which is just as barbaric in terms of violence in a sport.

I was considering getting an iPod since I may have to use public transit to get to and from work in the near future and don't want to pull my hair out listening to the convo from Bay Area freaks on the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit for the uninitiated). My thing is I'm not the biggest techie guy in the universe and was wondering if an iPod is worth it or should I consider getting an MP3 player instead? I have a few techie friends and most who have iPods swore by them. They are a tad expensive, but that isn't an issue. Are they worth it?

That is an insult to Bruiser Brody. While Brody's matches aren't great, or even good, Tomko is only half the character that Brody was, if that. wwe.com doesn't know what the fuck they are talking about.

I wouldn't lose sleep over losing Bischoff. His character is mighty stale anyways. I just want to not have a GM figure altogether.

Although the focus of this game will be on Brock Berlin and Frank Gore, I must say that Antrel Rolle is a mutherfucking bad ass!! He should be a top 5 pick easy in this year's draft, but you never know.. He was phenomenal tonight. :: crosses fingers and hopes Antrel Rolle drops to Redskins pick in upcoming draft ::

Correct. He actually performed some songs off of it during one of the All Star breaks and even then, when the stage is for people to kiss the asses of the All Stars, people couldn't stomach the songs. It was awful. I believe that Kobe met his wife at his music video shoot or something for his album. Whatever. She'll be his ex wife in 2-3 years tops.
-
While I don't think he's worth it, he is just making his demands based on his market value. He is a top 3-5 shooting guard in the league and those guys are making demands (and recieving) towards those figures. Still, I'd be skeptical since he just came off major knee surgery last winter. If he can return to All Star form, I would consider it. He is one of the perimeter shooters in the league and that does stand for something in this day and age of hoops.

Although the intent of Vince and MLK's pics side by side is not a comparison, it is a visual that is just wrong for many, many reasons.

The NFL Sunday ticket is the only reason I even have DirectTV realistically. (well that and their cable prices are only a smidge cheaper than Rapecast)

Someone needs to keep basketball ball players out of the recording studio. Not a one of them can flow. At all. Sad thing is as bad a rapper as Shaq is, Kobe is even worse. I've heard 2 songs from his failed album and it's arguably the worse hip hop I've heard in about 10 years. Flowing in Italian a good album does not make, as Yoda would say.
