  1. Man, that is hard. The possibilities are endless. Anyways, I`ll give it a go:

    1. NWA World Heavyweight Title: Sting © vs Samoa Joe

    2. Full Methal Mayhem match for the NWA World Tag Team Titles: AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels © vs Team 3D vs America`s Most Wanted vs LAX

    3. TNA X Division Title: Senshi © vs Austin "Starr" Aries

    4. 10-man Gauntlet for a shot at the NWA World Heavyweight Title: Scott Steiner vs Monty Brown vs Christian Cage vs Ron Killings vs Bobby Roode vs Rhino vs Jeff Hardy vs Lance Hoyt vs Abyss vs Brother Runt

    5. Grudge match: Jeff Jarrett vs Raven

    6. Whoever gets pinned must leave the X Division FOREVER: Chris Sabin/Jay Lethal/Jerry Lynn vs Kevin Nash/Alex Shelley/Johnny Devine

    7. The Naturals vs The James Gang

    8. X Division 4-way elimination match for a shot at the X Division Title: Sonjay Dutt vs Petey Williams vs Puma vs Eric Young

    ______________________________

    9.Pre-Show: Kazarian & Bentley vs The Diamonds in the Rough

    Explainations:

    9 - Just your filler match for the pre-show;

    8 - Pretty much every TNA PPV has one match like that - filler spotfest. So it being a number one contender`s match actually makes it mean *something*. Btw, TNA give Puma a contract already!

    7 - Now this match does not look likely to happen. Anyways, in order for this to work one of the teams has to be turned. I`m thinking it could go both ways. I prefer the James Gang as heels and I really think TNA should turn them soon. However, I could also see this Shane Douglas storyline resulting in a Naturals turn - Douglas keeps on being unsatisfied with his boys, they start using dirty tactics in order to achieve what Douglas expects of them, Douglas being the heel that he is at heart approves their actions and there you have it. Either way, The Naturals pick up an important victory over an established team at TNA`s biggest PPV of the year as they progress toward NWA Tag Team gold;

    6 - First off, I gotta say that the Nash/Shelley/Devine trio is pure awesomeness, comedic gold. Yet, one of those days Nash has got to stop messing around with the X Division and TNA`s biggest show of the year seems like a good time to do it. Nash gets pinned by Lethal or Sabin, gets banned from wrestling in the X Division which in turn could lead to one of two things - Kevin Nash in a non-wrestling role as "coach Nash" for the Shelley/Devine team or Nash going back to the heavyweight division where he can get choked by Joe or some other up-and-comer, or he can leave TNA. What would I prefer? Coach Nash rules!

    5 - After their really fun brawl on Impact I`d really love to seem them going at it again. It was Larry Z. and Jarrett who screwed Raven out of his NWA World Title, and since he already took care of Larry, now it`s time to settle the score with Jarrett. Arguably one of the biggest fued in TNA`s history (Raven vs Jarrett in 2003) sees it`s final chapter closed at TNA`s biggest show to date;

    6. One of the bigger problems I encountered when I tried to do the BFG 2006 card was the number of people that were going to be left off the show. So I came up with the idea for the gauntlet. Basically, lots of guys go on the record how they want a NWA Title shot and put the belt over as the most important thing in the world. Jim Cornette makes this match to determine who deserves the shot. I`m all about giving people second chances so I think this would be a good time to give another chance to Lance Hoyt and Jeff Hardy, especially Hardy. I still think he has something to offer to TNA in terms of recognisability and merchandise sales. The last entrant is Brother Runt mainly because I don`t see him fitting very well in the X Division as he`s at his best when he`s getting beat up by bigger dudes. Anyways, he`s not a dead-set pick by any means. You can easily put somebody else in there;

    7. Your X Division Title match. Two of the new faces of the X Division square off for the belt. Bring "Hard Gay meets Jesse Ventura & Adrian Adonis" Austin Aries back on tv damn it! That gimmick was all kinds of fun;

    8. It`s really beyond me why TNA hasn`t went for this type of a match yet. Everybody knows Full Methal Mayhem is basically a TLC match so I really don`t see why TNA wouldn`t try to do such a match. I honestly think there`s a void for TLC matches since these matches are still one of the most talked about matches whenever I discuss wrestling with some of the more casual viewers. I`m kind of thinking TNA would opt to go with Team 3D vs Styles & Daniels for BFG 2006 but I really prefer my suggestion a lot more. Just think of some way to book AMW into this match since they had their "last shot" at Victory Road (for example: have them attack Styles & Daniels so viciously that Styles & Daniels demand AMW get included in the match just so that they can get their hands on them). AMW & Team 3D have history, Styles/Daniels & AMW have history, LAX & Styles/Daniels would have some history at that point so it`s really one big mix of feuds and storylines. In this match you`d also have guys who can take bumps, you`d have Hernandez looking like a beast throwing people around, you`d have Team 3D being over with the crowd. Basically all the key ingredients for a good TLC match seem to be there;

    9. Sting passes the torch to Joe in a clean fashion, it`s as simple as that. Joe officially becomes DA MAN.

  2. Detailed Impact Taping Spoilers

    Report by Alan Wojcik on 05/29/2006 at 11:56 PM

    Welcome to a Memorial Day marathon Spike TV/TNA Wrestling taping where we will find out the entire roster for the King of the Mountain match at Slammiversary. Three episodes of Impact will be taped today and played over the Thursdays before the June 18th PPV. “X Division Killer” Kevin Nash might make an appearance or two. There are stories that World X Division champion Samoa Joe tore his calf muscle during the last tapings. If this is true I wish him a speedy recovery so he can be on the PPV. On the hard camera was a “Get Well Evan Starsmore” sign. Still no sign of Lance Hoyt, Matt Bentley, Traci Brooks, Austin Aires or Cassidy Riley.

    Hour one features:

    Before the opening match, Jeff Jarrett charged out and demanded who his opponent tonight is. He then brought Scott Steiner who looked like he was going to beat the answer out of Don West. They dragged West into the ring and demanded an answer and also asked for Larry Zbyszko to come to the ring. Instead they got STING!!! Jarrett tired to leave but Raven came out and attacked him. Shockingly we didn’t get an answer to the matches, or did we??

    (1) In a non-title match, NWA World Tag Team champions America’s Most Wanted (“Tennessee Cowboy” James Storm and “Wildcat” Chris Harris w/Gail Kim) defeated former three time champions the Naturals (Chase Stevens and Andy Douglas.)

    The Naturals sported new ring gear and the same desire to kick AMW’s asses. The Naturals had control until Douglas got too close to Harris and was hit with a clothesline as Storm sent Douglas to a corner. AMW and Kim worked over Douglas but couldn’t get the pin. Douglas and Storm collided mid ring and it became a race to the corners to tag out. Stevens looked like victory in hand but Gail Kim got on the apron to use the bayonet. Rudy Charles saw it, so did AJ styles and Christopher Daniels who took it away from Kim. None of them saw Harris deck Douglas with the handcuffs. Charles saw the cuffs and ordered Harris to get rid of them. Daniels offered the bayonet to Stevens but he declined. He should have taken it because he got knocked out by Storm and the infamous beer bottle. After the match AMW cuffed Douglas to the bottom rope and beat down The Naturals.

    Jeremy Borash spoke to Alex Shelley about his involvement with Kevin Nash. Nash joined him and boasted about being Shelley’s new tripod.

    (2) In a King of the Mountain qualifier, Jeff Jarrett (w/Gail Kim) defeated Raven.

    This match began in the crowd and Raven used trash can lids on Jarrett’s head. The action came back to the ring. Jarrett hit Raven with a chair but Raven fired back with punches and the discus clothesline. Again they left the ring and went into the fans, along the barricades. Raven put Jarrett on a table but missed his elbow drop. Jarrett tried to capitalize and used a chair on Raven’s head. The fight went to the concession stand where Jarrett used the dreaded Relish to the eyes maneuver. Raven suplexed Jarrett into a folding table and brawled around to one of the entry ways and finally back towards the ring. Raven grabbed the chair and went to town on Jarrett. Jarrett countered the Raven Effect while Raven countered the Stroke. Raven went for a corner move but Andrews Thomas was pulled in the way by Jarrett. As Thomas lay in the ring, Raven locked Jarrett in a sleeper hold but Jarrett countered. Raven grabbed the guitar and was ready to deck Jarrett but Larry Zbyszko stopped him. Jarrett grabbed the guitar but Zbyszko stopped him too. Raven got control and “accidentally” decked Zbyszko. Jarrett hit Raven with the Stroke and pinned Raven to the crowd’s displeasure.

    (3) Jay Lethal defeated Alex Shelley (w/Kevin Nash.)

    I sensed some animosity (not Ana Mosity) between Lethal and Shelley during the World X Cup matches. So now they can beat each other up legally. Lethal went on the attack with a back suplex for two but Shelley countered a full nelson. Shelley went to work on Shelley’s left arm and shoulder. Shelley stayed in the arm for several minutes but didn’t get a submission. Lethal got on the offensive after avoiding Shelley’s corner splash. Lethal became the “Lethal Weapon” but Shelley hit a kick to the shoulder. He asked Nash to get on the apron. Nash put up his elbow but Lethal sent Shelley into the elbow and rolled up Shelley for the pin. After the match ended Nash and Shelley went to attack Lethal but Chris Sabin came out. To everyone’s surprise Nash ran for his life. Sabin said “he knew Nash would run because his back wasn’t turned.” Sabin called out Nash to wrestle on the PPV.

    Jeremy Borash spoke to Team 3D about the James Gang parody on Impact last week. Things got a little blue and “the Bingo Hall” and “the Arena” were mentioned. Larry Zbyszko listened to AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels ask for a match with AMW at the PPV. “Slick” Mark Johnson came in the office said the new face of TNA might be here before the PPV. Borash tried to speak to the LAX about why the Spanish announcers weren’t working, he was told to leave.

    Hour two features:

    (1) In a King of the Mountain qualifier, Sting defeated “Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner (w/Gail Kim) via DQ.

    Flashback city was the place this match took place in. sting and Steiner traded punches and kicks. Steiner went to the floor and Sting followed. Sting sent Steiner in the barricades and then hit him with a chair. They came back to the ring but Steiner hit Sting in his package. Steiner did the pump up elbow and pushups. Steiner hit a belly to belly suplex and then stretched him on the mat in a modified STF. Sting refused to submit and Steiner hit another suplex. Sting fought out of a superplex and sent Steiner to the mat. Sting came off the top with a clothesline. Both men got to their feet and traded punches. Sting got the offense and after several moves went for the Stinger Splash but Steiner pulled the Hebner brother in front. Gail Kim went to hit Sting with a chair but Sting stopped her. Jarrett hit the ring and Sting with the Stroke but got two on the pin. Several pin attempts and chicanery happened but the referee called for the bell and gave the match to Sting. After the match Steiner and Jarrett went to beat down Sting but Ron Killings ran out. Abyss came out and jumped Killings. They were joined by Christian Cage who sent Jarrett, Steiner and Abyss out of the ring.

    Steiner took the house mic and threw a temper tantrum about losing the match. He called for Larry Zbyszko to come to the ring and held the show hostage. Chasyn Rance came out for his match but Steiner told him to hit the bricks. Instead of Rance, Steiner got NWA World X Division champion Samoa Joe who came out to confront Steiner. The two fought as security tried to break it up. Joe remembered to take his towel with him in the event he needed to hitchhike.

    Konnan left the Spanish table and joined Tenay and West for commentary.

    (2) Sonjay Dutt defeated “Mr. 630” Jerrelle Clark.

    Both men tried to get on the offense but neither could gain total control. Clark caught Dutt on the ropes in a stretch of sorts. Dutt hit a slingshot dropkick Clark right in the face and then hit a springboard legdrop for two. Clark avoided contact and went up for the 630 splash but missed. Dutt got the victory with a standing shooting star press.

    (3) “the Future” Chris Sabin and the James Gang (Kip and BG James) defeated Team Canada members “Showtime” Eric Young, A1 and “Canadian Enforcer” Bobby Roode (w/Scott D’amore in a different workout outfit).

    Kevin Nash and Alex Shelley watched the match from a painter’s lift. Team Canada was on the defensive for several moments until A1 decked Sabin from behind as he looked towards Nash. It also helped the referee was trying to keep Roode out of the ring. Sabin got beat down for several (and I do mean several) minutes until he was able to tag out to Kip James. The James Gang cleaned house on the Canadians while Sabin hit Young with a tope to the floor. Roode hit Kip with an Acecrusher and went to use the hockey stick but Rhino ran out and chased Roode to the back. This left A1 to be hit by the Famouser and then pinned by Sabin.

    Christy Hemme came out and handed Tenay and West another note. West told the fans that the new face of TNA will debut at Slammiversary and announced Steiner vs .Joe for the PPV.

    Hour three features:

    NWA World Heavyweight champion “Captain Charisma” Christian Cage came out to talk to his peeps about the King of the Mountain match. He talked about all of his opponents in mocking fashion. But when he got to Sting, he had to say it to his face as Sting came down to the ring. Sting wanted to tell Cage and the fans his whole purpose to coming to TNA to take out Jeff Jarrett. Cage didn’t believe him and said Sting was lying through his Noxema face paint. Cage and Sting traded verbal shots about the match that need to be heard in person, watch Impact for all the laughs.

    (1) Diamonds in the Rough members “Primetime” Elix Skipper and David Young (w/Simon Diamond) defeated The Naturals (Chase Stevens and Andy Douglas).

    The Naturals and the Diamonds had control of the match at different times but neither established total control. The Naturals hit Young with the Natural Disaster but Simon Diamond slid in and hit Douglas with a chain shot to the neck. After the match ended the Naturals chased Diamond over to the LAX side of town but the LAX fought with the Naturals. “The Franchise” Shane Douglas came out and tossed the Naturals in the ring. Douglas took the house mic and said they have squandered their talent. Douglas brought up the late Chris Candido, who managed the Naturals to their second NWA World Tag Team title reign. He asked them if they wanted his help. As he talked to the Naturals he spoke about some Irish guy and his extreme event. I guess they accepted and Shane Douglas is now the manager of the Naturals.

    As Tenay and West spoke to the home crowd “Slick” Mark Johnson ran out and told them the new face of TNA was here.

    (2) In his X Division debut, Kevin Nash (w/Alex Shelley) defeated Mr. X (a two foot tall wrestler).

    Nash took the mic and said he knew it was Chris Sabin minus the lifts in his shoes. This was a match for the ages, NOT. Nash beat up the little person with help from Shelley. The match finally ended with a mini jack knife power bomb.

    (3) NWA World Tag Team champions America’s Most Wanted (“Tennessee Cowboy” James Storm and “Wildcat” Chris Harris w/Gail Kim), “Alpha Male” Monty Brown and “Canadian Enforcer” Bobby Roode defeated “Phenomenal” AJ Styles, “Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels, Raven and “War Machine” Rhino.

    Some PPV opponents faced off in this encounter that made me feel bad for Mark Johnson. Daniels and friends dominated the match until Storm hit Styles with a Northern Lights Bomb to the corner. AMW, Roode and Brown took turns throwing Styles around the ring. Styles survived and tagged out to Rhino. Everyone got involved and numerous close pins occurred (too much happened to keep up with.) Gail Kim hit Daniels with a tornado DDT and Brown came in for the POUNCE!!!

    The following matches were taped for the syndicated Xplosion show:

    (1) Ron “the Truth” Killings defeated Diamonds in the Rough member “Primetime” Elix Skipper (w/Simon Diamond) when he hit the scissor kick.

    (2) Sonjay Dutt and “the Future” Chris Sabin defeated Team Canada members Petey Williams and “Showtime” Eric Young. Williams went to use powder but Dutt kicked it in his eyes. This caused Williams to hit Young with the Canadian Destroyer. Sabin hit Williams with the Cradle Shock.

    (3) “Alpha Male” Monty Brown defeated Diamonds in the Rough member David Young (w/Simon Diamond) with the POUNCE!!! After the match Brown gave Diamond a POUNCE!!

    Announced matches for Slammiversary on June 18th:

    **In the King of the Mountain Match, NWA World Heavyweight champion “Captain Charisma” Christian Cage vs. Abyss vs. Ron “the Truth” Killings vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Sting

    **NWA World Tag Team champions America’s Most Wanted (“Tennessee Cowboy” James Storm and “Wildcat” Chris Harris w/Gail Kim) vs. “Phenomenal” AJ Styles and “Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels

    **NWA World X Division champion Samoa Joe vs. “Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner

    **In a rematch from Sacrifice, Team 3D vs. the James Gang (Kip and BG James)

    **“War Machine” Rhino vs. Scott D’amore and Bobby Roode

    **Kevin Nash vs. “the Future” Chris Sabin

  3. To change it up...

    Why haven't we seen the "debut" of So Cal Val? I know she does some stuff offscreen at the Impact Zone, and obviously the delicious cameo on Traci's spreads, which I occasionally look at for Val.

    She left PWG for this?

    I know a month ago she used to co-host Xplosion along with JB and actually I think she`s still doing that.

  4. Terry Funk was in TNA already, wasn't he?  I think he wrestled a few hardcore matches and was later part of the Championship committe.  Or am I imagining things?

    No, you`re not. He tagged with Raven a couple of times during his feud with The New Church. I`m not sure if Terry`s still a part of the Championship committe though. I`m sure he was at one point but then Piper got included and I forgot what happened other than Roddy never appearing in TNA again. I think right now it`s either Larry Z/Piper/Funk, Larry Z/Piper/Harley Race or Larry Z/Funk/Race.

  5. I thought that Homicide was going to come in and he and Konnan were going to split off from 4LK? Or was that just a rumor floating around?

    Well it`s not exactly a rumour as Konnan confirmed it on a radio show some time ago. He said he has been pushing for Homicide to get signed and for them to be paired together. Nothing has been confirmed since then but it seems likely. Actually, I`m having my hopes up because two weeks ago on Impact Konnan mentioned something about having somebody to holla back at so I`m guessing he might have been referring to Homicide and his upcoming debut. I`m speculating here but it makes sense.

  6. Paul Heyman - you guys already said what needed to be said, a MUST HAVE for TNA.

    Mistico - TNA could use a guy like that to draw in the Mexican audience. Sadly he`s extremely hard to get. Oh well, I can dream...

    Colt Cabana - entertainment at its best, the heavyweight division could use a guy like that.

    Bryan Danielson - what Dangerous A said. He would really add something different to the X division.

    Low Ki - yes, I do realise he apparently burnt his bridges with TNA but Ki has a unique style that really sets him apart from everybody else on tv right now.

    Jack Evans - He can get over on his gimmick alone!

    Homicide - The guy rocks, I have nothing else to add.

    Teddy Hart - ok, yes I know Teddy`s an asshole but the guy is talanted, end of story.

    Charlie Haas - some spice for the heavyweight divison.

    Matt Morgan - every promotion needs a good big guy. Morgan has great potential.

    I`d also like to see some one shot appearances to spread the feeling of TNA being "the place to be" and "unpredictable": Sandman, Terry Funk, Test, Rikishi, Scott Steiner (ok, more than one apperance here - I wanna see Joe kick his head in. Am I asking for too much? :) ) and Ultimo Dragon.

    Seeing even one of those guys in TNA (again in some of the cases cases) = mark out moment for me.

  7. Everything he gained from the PPV was completely negated on the special. How can a guy overcome half the roster but not 3 guys, even though he did just that less than a week ago? It was stupid booking, and it did more to make Rhino look like a fluke than a credible contender.

    Тhat I can understand. However, Rhino being a former champ certainly sounds more respectable, short reign or not. And again, even though he did overcome the odds at the PPV and couldn`t at the Special that doesn`t exactly mean that he`s now buried or anything. He got cheated out of the belt. He had an off night, whatever :). He`s still not a chump for losing after all the interference.

    That's a lame excuse, by that logic he could just as easily chase. The point of a heel stable is to build a counter face stable that gets over on that heel stable. It's not to run with a heel champ...

    Well yeh, TNA is indeed building that counter face stable (3D/Rhino/3LK and soon Monty I guess) but in order to do that the heels should look as strong as possible. Them having the belts certainly helps their cause a lot. Just you basic wrestling psychology here - heel heat, heel heat, heel heat and then the faces win. Simple yet effective.

    Only none of us really know TNA's plans, we know what they hint at and what they're likely to do. For all we know the long term plan is a Jarret face run in 06. There's no excuse for uselessly toying with one of your biggests names credibility..

    You`re right - we don`t know for certain what TNA`s plans are. If they don`t include some up-and-coming star winning the belt off Jarrett after a long-term storyline I`ll be the first one to blast TNA for that decision. Looking at things it looks pretty obvious to me they`re building Jarrett vs Monty. Let`s hope I`m right ;).

    Not like that, people like clean decisive title wins, we get that bullshit every week on Raw, if TNA is gonna be an alternative, they can't be doing it too. There's a fine line between unpredictable and stupid.

    Agreed to some extent. However, a title change is a title change, even if it`s done in a "repetitive" way. Certainly you must agree that a World title changing hands on free tv is a RARE thing to see nowdays.

    Heel heat is easy to get, it means nothing. You could have Raven go out there and work the stick for 5 minutes, he'd be the biggest heel in the company. You just have to make people not like you. Which is why TNA needs to focus on building up faces, workers that people can get behind, workers that sell a lot of merch, workers that can logically be at autograph signings. It's so much more work to get people behind someone than it is to put people against them. TNA is more focused on "shock!!!!" than having stars to market, and that's a problem.

    While heel heat is somewhat easy to get you cannot deny the fact that Jarrett gets MAJOR heel heat, actually I believe he`s the only one in TNA that does that (well and his associates get some too). That certainly adds to overall feel of the show and Jarrett`s character. Yes, I do agree that TNA needs to build some credible faces but that sort of thing takes time. If nobody cares about your heels why would they cheer the faces who kick the heel`s ass? To me, a wrestling company should first have the villains the people hate and then the heroes appear and save the day. And yes, TNA is somewhat focused on "shock" but they are building up stars too. Stars take time to develop you know, it won`t happen overnight.

    Again, all of that is just my opinion :).

  8. I wrote this for another forum but it fits the discussion so...

    Actually I for one approve of TNA`s decision to give the belt to Rhino and to have him drop it to Jarrett on the Special. Sure the decision does it have its flaws but the positives are definately more than the negatives. Here`s some reasons why I approve the decision:

    = Rhino was NEVER supposed to win and he isn`t a priority for TNA. He`s just an upper-midcared who won the belt only because TNA wanted to make up for Nash not being there by giving the fans a title change that was unexpected. Now, Rhino is more legitimate seen as how he`s a former World Champion and he didn`t lose the belt cleanly on the Special. So it`s not like TNA was gonna build the company around Rhino and plus Rhino isn`t exaclty buried here. He`s still in the fricking main event of the next ppv!

    = When is the last time a WORLD title changed hands on free tv? 2001!!! Having a title change on the Special makes it important and makes TNA seem more like an unpredictable show.

    = You can`t build a TOP heel stable without it`s leader holding the belt. That`s why Hogan held it with the NWO, Flair with the Horsemen, HHH with Evolution, etc. Right now the belt is a must have for Jarrett. And besides why would TNA drop all of their plans by keeping Rhino as champ? Now they`re back to the original plan of having a slow buildup for Monty winning the belt by him going through TNA`s biggest mainstream names (sadly Hardy, Jarrett and probably somebody else).

    = By reading the report it looks like Jarrett`s going to be getting even more heel heat from now on. Now that comes across great on tv especially in an age where lots of heels are cheered. Jarrett would comes across as the most hated guy on the planet!

    The only real argument that I can accept is that Jarrett is winning the title way too much with which I think everybody would agree. However, that statement comes from the perspective of a long-time TNA fan. Right now, TNA has a whole new audience that isn`t fed up with Jarrett as champ so I don`t see where the problem is. Normally I would be against Jarrett as champ but in this case it all makes sense to me. Like it or not Jarrett is one of TNA`s biggest names and it makes sense to have the belt on him at this point. Would you prefered it if Hardy had the belt? Come on!

    Other than that the TNA Special sounds AWESOME! I`m definately watching!

  9. Тhe way I see it Rhino winning the belt even for a short reign is a good thing.

    At BFG what did the whole gauntlet accomplish? It put over the fact that everybody wants the title, it made the belt seem important. Then Rhino in a super-human effort won 3 matches and the belt. Now, I`m staying at home and thinking Rhino is a tough bastard for doing that and I`m happy the PPV ended on a good note.

    Fastforward to the special. Rhino was a last minute decision, he wasnt supposed to get the belt. I remember Tenay saying on WOL that TNA had the next several months booked out and having Rhino as the champ certainly screws up those plans. By having Jarrett beat him (not cleanly mind you, so Rhino isn`t exactly buried and besides he`s not a former world champ and that brings some credibility to the guy) on the Special that would make the special seem important - when is the last time the WWE Title or the World Title changed hands on free television? By having title change the show would feel important. I`m guessing from the special forward we`ll get a several month reign of Jarrett until he drops to Monty which seems to be the long-term plan. At this point, like it or not, Jarrett needs the belt. You can`t be trying to extablish this top stable without it`s leader being the champ just like it would have been stupid not to have Ric Flair as the champ during the time of the Horsemen in the 80s. Not having the belt makes the stable look just as your next stable and not the TOP stable.

    Well, at least that`s my opinion.

  10. To quote Joey Styles: "We (the guys from Hardcore Homecoming) are so extreme that we can`t even say our own name!". I love that quote and it answers the question whether or not they use the letters ECW on the DVD...

    I watched it a while ago and I thought it was pretty good. Had there been some ECW footage it would have easily surpassed the Rise and Fall in terms on quality, at least in my opinion.

  11. I recognize that music Ortiz came out too. Who used to use that?

    That used to be the music used by all the jobbers on FSN :)

    I won`t comment much on the show. I`ll just say that I enjoyed it and thought it had more focus and direction that last week`s show. That`s about it as I`m happy with TNA`s direction.

  12. And rightfully so. Eversince that injury I`ve seen nothing "amazing" out of him. Anywayz, I`m really hyped to see this show, should be a blast.

    Btw, I may sound like a noob here but I`ve always wondered and I`ve never asked or read somehere what it stands for so... What does OAO stand for?
