    And So it Begins

Damn, i didn't know Milton made 9 million last season. I can't see him making that much with the yankees anyways. Looking at his stats he was drafted by the yankees in 1996 (1st round/20th overall). Compare that to the fact Milton is 29 while Randy Johnson is 41. I realize that Randy Johnson is one of the best, but he is making $16.0 million. I guess it comes down to either Randy Johnson or Carlos Beltran. You can only have one or the other. I bet the yanks could sign Milton for 5-6 million a year. Red sox picked up the option on Bill Mueller.

    And So it Begins

Even though Milton has an high era, he still brings in at least 15 wins per season. He couldn't be any worse then Jeff Weaver was with the yankees. I believe David Wells will stay with the Padres for another year, and if the Yankees are going to make a serious run at beltran then they might not have enough money for Randy Johnson. Milton would be the cheaper choice.

TNA to run a bus to Victory Road from Nashville

TNA needs to make money off this ppv somehow.

I can see Omar Vizquel as shortstop for the red sox but Barry Larkin?. A few notes: Cubs exercised their option on Ryan Dempster Red exercised their option on Sean Casey Delgado officially filed for free agency as expected

Usually if you get 500 HR in your career you are assured to be in the HOF. Frank Thomas needs 64 homers for that plateau, if he hadn't got injured last yr then he would have easily reached 500 HR this year.

I can't see the WWE getting angry if austin worked a show for 3PW. If Foley can work with ROH then surely austin can work for 3PW. Both 3PW and ROH are no threat to the WWE and will not be in the near future. If it was TNA, then i could see the wwe having a problem with it.

I can't believe the Sox are not going to keep Magglio Ordonez, considering the White Sox are the only threat in the AL central to the Twins. Anyone know how much the Angels are willing to spend in the free agent market?. I'm sure they will be in the Pedro sweepstakes untill the end. If smoltz does become a starter again, look for the braves to take a stab at Troy Percival.

    Chris Candido Back With WWE?

Since Shawn Michaels is a born again christian do you think he will make amends with chris candido over the shit he and the cliq pulled on him?. That is if Candido makes it and wrestles on the raw roster.

The OAO "Does Booker T have a chance in Hell of

If Booker T is used as a transition champion so that Kurt Angle can win the belt, i'd rather not see book win it at all. I've enjoyed Booker T's run in the WWE, and he can have a decent match with just about anyone on the roster. I still believe Booker T could pull in a good buyrate if he headlined a ppv. With the way things are going it's best to test out different champions to see how they fair ratings wise.

    Chris Candido Back With WWE?

Well if Chris Candido is in great shape, there is hope for tammy to possibly get back to her wwf figure. Does anyone think Vince would pay money for tammy to have lypo if Candido got a wwe contract?. I know Vince paid for show to have lypo when he debuted. IMO you can not have Candido in the WWE w/o tammy. I agree that Simon Dean & Chris Candido as the new bodydonnas would be great.

I could see Jeff Kent getting a 3 yr/$24 million contract I'm thinking the Tigers will sign him. I mean they gave Pudge a 4 yr/$40 million contract, they could easily overpay for Kent.

I would think that the Washington team will make a big splash and dip into the free agent market. I believe Delgado has a good shot at being with the Anaheim Angels next year. I don't see him going to the NL, because he will be spending the rest of his career as a DH.

    And So it Begins

I agree Delgado is gone. He had an interview on the Score, and he was saying something to the effect if Ted Rogers woke up and gave him $25 million that would be great. There is no way anyone will pay Delgado that much. The Jays need pitching, i like the outfield and infield core. Although Eric Hinske is suspect. I could see the Tigers signing jeff kent.

    Todd Gordon answered me

I can't see foley getting mainstream publicity. Austin has worked the Arena back in 95, It wouldn't surprise me to see him show up. I don't think he would work a match, are Austin and Todd Gordon friends?. Hogan would want at least a few million to even work a 3PW match, so i doubt it is him.

Beltran has the same agent as A-rod and Pudge?. If that's the case i'm sure Boras is licking his chops at getting a huge money contract. I believe Boras get texas to sign A-rod to $25 million a year before he got traded to the yanks. Wouldn't surprise me to see the Yankees payroll jumping to $200 million in 05.

    *Impact Spoilers*

The only match on Impact that looks decent is Petey Williams vs Jeff Hardy. TNA should have put the Elix Skipper vs Chris Sabin vs Sonjay Dutt Ultimate X match on Impact.

Debate on the worst PPVs of all time!

That's true, but since this was a free ppv. I would say at least half of the crowd had not seen wcw, and even they did not like the Renegade.

    If Rock returned full-time

If Rock did return full time it should be on Smackdown. I think the Rock would be a big boost to smackdown, and he wouldn't be lost in the shuffle. He could be an ally against Angle's stable. On raw he just gets lost in the shuffle against evolution. Although i wouldn't mind seeing The Rock vs Shawn michaels @ WM 21.

    Triple H's Most Embarassing Loss...

Didn't HHH lose to Pyscho Sid in the first round of the IC title tourny?. How about when Rocky Maivia defeated HHH for the IC title back in 97. I believe the day after the final four ppv Bart Gunn defeated HHH it might have been by DQ though.

Battle Royal At The Albert Hall & UK Rampage 1991 Are those shows any good?. I'm not in the UK, but i always dug those non ppv coliseum videos. Usually you were able to find a gem match on the shows.

Worst show you ever saw live?

A WWE House Show from April of 99. Got this from Cawthon's website Honerable mention goes to Rock Bottom and New Blood Rising. There was also a raw in 2000 which had Kid Rock singing, the Eddie vs Angle and 6 man tag featuring jericho saved the show.

The whole European title tourny would be nice to have on DVD. I know the WWE showed highlights of the tourny on that raw. Does anyone know if they taped all the matches?.

Mr. Perfect vs Ric Flair (Loser Leaves Town Match) Raw 93 Bret Hart vs 1-2-3 Kid (Raw 94) Brainbusters vs Hart Foundation (summerslam 89) Brainbusters vs Rockers ( 2 out of 3 falls) SNME
  24. I enjoyed the Bret Hart vs Ted Dibiase match from WWF Vol 19. For some reason i always enjoyed his matches with the Barbarian when he was defending the WWF IC title.

Debate on the worst PPVs of all time!

    1) Sting vs Meng was easily forgetable, they never clicked in this encounter. To top that off it went 15 min. 2) You follow up that subpar match with a Renegade match. You know your in trouble when the crowd turns on the Renegade and stars cheering Paul Orndorff. 3) The show gets worse after this with an Kamala vs Jim Duggan & Dave Sullvan vs Diamond Dallas Page matches. 4) Harlem Heat vs Nasty Boys have never had a good match, thus wcw puts Regal & Eaton into the mix. This became a Triangle match and it was a clusterfuck from the start. 5) Flair vs Savage couldn't save this ppv. 6) Hogan vs Vader in the cage was horrid. At this point after jobbing to hogan twice on ppv, he was not motivated at all and it showed. It was your usual hogan match, heel dominates throughout then the babyface comes back and climbs out of the cage to win it. Bash at the beach 95 is hands down the worst ppv of all time.
