The Seattle Seahawks are ecstatic to select... Jonathan Stewart, RB, Oregon Scouts.com is a bit down on him, but nfldraftcountdown sees him as the 7th best player in the entire draft. Getting that kind of talent this late is a great coup for Seattle, especially when he's a kid that was born and raised in Washington State. He also has good hands, which is important for Seattle's WCO. This is a no-brainer if he's still on the board, and spells the end of Shaun Alexander's tenure in Seattle.

Get Zombie Benoit to choke out Vickie Guerrero and Rey. Then he can hang himself in the middle of the ring, but of course you can't kill a zombie via hanging. Then they can raise him up a bit and have a Ladder Match for the right's to Benoit's estate...first to pull down the Zombie wins.

What about Byron Leftwich? Sure, he sucked in Atlanta, but the guy had to adjust to a new system and basically came in halfway through the year. I think the Bears wanted to draft him the year he came out, too. Might be slightly better than Rex.

It seems like the Vikings have been looking for a pass rusher forever. Didn't they draft Udeze and Erasmus James in Round 1? It seems to me that they should take a shot on a free agent DE...sure, they might have to break the bank, but at least they'll get a proven player instead of someone that may or may not ever adjust to the NFL.

I don't see Crumpler going somewhere to be a complementary player when he can be the man in a place like Seattle or Carolina. You seem to forget a certain guy by the name Steve Smith... I meant the man at his position. I would never forget Steve Smith. Anyways, I think Crumpler would work pretty well with Smith, as Smith hasn't had a reliable target across from since Keyshawn or maybe Mushin Muhammad.

Right, but that was when UFC business was down. Now they are legit, highlights showing up on Sportscenter and their fighters appearing on talk shows. They can afford to do something better with their presentation now. I'm not saying every fighter should be pulling a Genki Sudo, but the undercard guys have nothing to define them...a clear entrance would do that.

If you want that you can, you know, subscribe to the Observer. Anyways, I think it's interesting that Steph and HHH completely ignore UFC. I think WWE could bring a lot to UFC in terms of presentation...the one thing I've felt UFC is lacking is presentation, especially the fighter entrances. It worked in Japan, I think it would add some impact to UFC shows...make each fight seem more important. When Lesnar came out for his UFC fight, I think they were using strobe lights to make hokey designs in the cage...I mean, WWE could shit a more interesting entrance than that. At the very least, UFC should consider hiring away some of the WWE production guys.
