Yep, still Collins. I dunno about the Minnesota back situation. Though it's a bit clearer with Whizzinator on the bench. As for sleeper TEs, L.J. Smith of the Eagles could have a big year. It's his third year with that offense, he definately has some physical talent at the position, and the Eagles are willing to throw to him in the end zone.

Wow, I have the exact same set. Buffy 1-5, Angel 1-3 and 5. I might pick up Angel 4, and I'll only bother with Buffy if it's super cheap.

You might be disappointed. Half the point of Audition is not knowing it's a horror movie going in. But since you already know, have some fun and invite a bunch of people over to watch this new Japanese romantic comedy you found. I would tell people it was "a romantic comedy with a twist". Makes repeat viewings much fun.

I hear Oldboy is good. Audition is fun, but you have to go into it knowing nothing about the movie. As for this vid, simply awesome. Totally insane, I <3 Miike.

Is the whole "Palpatine hates aliens" thing just an EU theory? In the movie, he definately had alien support and alien lackeys, like his guys that were with him when he created the Empire. Or the idea that he hates aliens was spread by the filthy rebel terrorists.

Darrell Jackson is weird. He'll drop the easiest pass, then follow it up on the next play with a circus catch in double coverage. He's not dependable enough to be a #1, but he's a fairly solid player because he can make those catches. If Jurevicius and Pathon work out for the Seahawks, they could be ok at WR.

Except for Cordy. There is no way you liked Cordy's growth, seeing how it sucked. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh, right, Cordy. Yeah, they screwed up her character good. I was more thinking of the Season 5 crew: Angel, Spike, Wes, Gunn, Fred, Lorne.

Oz was all "I kinda know how you feel" referencing Willow and Xander. Willow said something stupid like "Don't you say that, what you did was so much worse, blah blah blah". Yeah, one night of possible mystic werewolf sex is way worse that carrying on a secret affair for weeks. Stupid Willow, that's when I started to really dislike her character. Man, I think this is why I love Angel and dislike Buffy. By the end of Buffy, I didn't really like any of the main three Scoobies. On Angel, I just became even more of a fan of each character as the seasons progressed.

Luke period messed up his plans. If Anakin didn't knock Padme up, there would be no Luke or Leia; the Rebels wouldn't have had Leia as a diplomat and leader, and the Death Star would have obliterated the Yavin IV along with the Rebels. And the Empire would have ruled in peace. No Senate, no Rebels, no Jedi. Who would have stopped Palpatine after that?

The Trade Federation were extremely powerful, if mostly in an economic sense. Who else could afford to build and maintain giant fleets of battleships and armies of droids? They had to be weakened and eventually subsumed into the Empire, or else they could have put up quite a resistance to Palpatine. Hence his manipulation of them to start a Seperatist movement, deplete their armies/ships/money/power, and slaughter their leaders. Plus the Seperatists were the ones who most wanted change; they didn't want to be part of a bloated Republic and probably wouldn't want to be part of a dictatorial Empire. By taking out the people who were most vocal about their beliefs and willing to rise up against the Republic because of them, Palpatine crushed a huge possible threat to his Empire. By taking out the Seperatists, Trade Federation, and Jedi, there was no real organized resistance. Hence the Rebels being a rag-tag bunch of losers until blowing up the Death Star.

Leia just might have been making shit up to make Luke feel better. Didn't he just watch his Dad die? Leia maybe though saying "Yeah, I have no idea who the slut Vader knocked up is either" would be a faux pas at that juncture.

Whoo hoo, Audition was all kinds of awesome. I hope they market it as a comedy and then turn it into something else halfway through.

Good stuff, Sergio showed why it was silly to bet against him. Same with Alphonso kicking the crap out of Jesse. Why was Jesse the favorite there? The man has no heart, especially compared to Alphonso.

The New Littlest Hobo? Fuck 24, that was the best show ever.

I loved Reloaded. It was great, the highway scene was an amazing action sequence. Matrix 1 is still fun, but I was disappointed with Revolutions.
