Wildly inconsistent? His numbers over the past 4 seasons: 2004 368 carries, 1736 yards, 4.7 ypc, 16 TDs 2003 326 carries, 1435 yards, 4.4 ypc, 14 TDs 2002 295 carries, 1175 yards, 4.0 ypc, 16 TDs 2001 309 carries, 1318 yards, 4.3 ypc, 14 TDs If that's wildly inconsistent I'd hate to see what consistent is. As far as Seattle making out like bandits in the deal, I fail to see how aquiring one of the best running backs in football is such a bad thing. Cedric Benson or whomever Seattle would end up drafting might end up being great, but Alexander already is. I'll take as close to a sure thing as you can get over the crap shoot of the draft any day. I rather have a player who WANTS to be on my team. Maybe. Doesn't mean you got the better end of the deal. Seattle already has a bunch of receivers who can't catch; now they're taking a huge hit at running back. They'll be lucky to get to .500 this year. Of course, that's probably good enough for the first wild-card spot in the NFC anyway. Remember that they're in the worst division in the league. A team like Jacksonville or Buffalo would have wiped the floor with the NFC North (heck, Buffalo destroyed Seattle in the middle of the season, IIRC). As for Alexander's consistency, look at a per-game basis. Some games he was incredible, rushing for 150 yards, catching for another 50, racking up 3+ TDs. Other games, he would go in and rush for 50 with no TDs and a costly fumble. He has inflated games which boost his overall stats, like the game against Carolina where he rushed for 190 yards. Plus in the playoff game against the Rams he did jackshit (40 yards rushing, 2.7 ypc, 1 reception). I'm not saying the guy was a terrible back or anything; at times, he was brilliant. But getting a quality corner and moving up 20 spots in the draft is very good return on the guy.

They'll just draft Cedric Benson to replace Alexander, and run Maurice Morris in the backfield until Benson is ready. The team is more of a passing team anyways, if they ever fix the passing game they might not suck. Surtain and Marcus Trufant give them a solid group of CBs. They still need an end to replace Chike Okeafor, and a TE to replace Itula Mili. Overall though, I think the trade was solid. Alexander is wildly inconsistent, and he pulled some Moss-esque antics by the end of the season ("I was stabbed in the back" etc)

Ah, Romber. So much fun. Bribing everyone in sight. I approve. Also, Amber is still cute. Had to like the "I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Rob" line. No shit Amber, you would have come in 12th place on All-Stars and be out a million if it wasn't for the guy. The grandma is annoying. She was screaming the whole last part of the leg. Ugh. Patrick begging for money with his wilted flower was kinda funny. I kinda like the Other Girls. Deanna and BoloDouche are just kinda there. The POW and his ho are stupid. The Bros are incompetent enough that I think they won't win the race now. Go Romber~

I'll do four rounds as well. My fourth round pick will probably be undrafted, but I like the guy.

You know, last year the two teams everyone picked to be in the Super Bowl actually ended up in the Super Bowl. Usually I buy the old "anything can happen" thing, but the Giants? They suck. ...Now watch them win the next three SBs in a row.

Not BC as a whole, but Vancouver has a sizable amount of cute Asian chicks. It provides for some excellent eye candy. The mild climate doesn't hurt either.

So who else thinks the Colts should trade Edge to Miami? They can get a Patrick Surtain type of player back from the Dolphins, plus a pick; maybe a third round pick? The Colts can grab another RB in the 1st or 2nd round, can fix up their defense a little, and they can ditch Edge's contract.

From the Pats? Someone turned down big money from the freaking Patriots? His wife must have a lot of pull, I'm not sure if there's a lot of players in the league who wouldn't want to play for the Pats, especially if they get 5+ million a year.

Derrick Mason has signed with the Ravens. Major upgrade for them.

C'mon, you had to like him throwing the people's eyebrow up before the race started. The left barbie appears to the Jugg Prime this season.

I was also sad to see the Hillbillies go. They were fun hillbillies. I already hate the POW/Pageant Queen team. I was really hoping for them to lose. I like the Friends/Lesbians/Hippies twosome. The non-bitchy one is cute. Amber is also cute. The Barbie Blondes I didn't see enough of to evaluate. The black wife looks like a cross between Janet Jackson and some kind of gerbil. I find Rob and Amber to be delightful. It's easy to cheer for the team that everyone hates, especially when they're a likable team. The gays are also great. Looks like the Brothers are the team to beat though, the two alpha male teams usually win. Rudo, this is the best idea. Make it happen.

Supposedly Tice asked Williams if he's up for replacing Randy Moss. I don't see the Vikings passing up on Williams unless Edwards is still available. Running a 4.5 40 isn't too bad considering Williams was out of football for a year.

I'm thinking they stick around, if only because they aren't totally useless. Besides, they're a selling point of the show, the producers will probably nudge them in the right direction. The first leg is always a crapshoot, everyone is excited and freaking out and generally going way too fast. I think this is where Rob and Amber could do well, as they're somewhat used to a high pressure challenge or two.

Yeah, play this. Excellent game, maybe the best PS2 RPG. And it has a gay wrestler superhero vampire.

Despite the fact that Angel was cancelled ages ago, the FCC has still managed to get complaints about it. FCC Rejects Complaints about Angel -
There's a glut of backup QBs on the market, I imagine they can still get a Jay Fiedler type without spending too much. The Bears passing offense was terrible last year, they're going to need more than just a rookie WR to help them out. Their O-line needs to be improved, and they could still use some more help at WR (Justin Gage isn't the answer). So they could still draft one of the best WRs (Edwards/Williams) and then look for O-line help elsewhere.
-
Yeah, the Panthers are fine at WR as long as no one goes down to injury. Muhammad is a good WR, but he's aging and not exactly worth $10 million. How many receivers are?
-
The Chefs are just over the cap right now. Think Law would take 4$ million to play for them?

Well, Jasmine did abandon that spider-alien world, right? So she might have brought "peace" to Earth, gotten bored eventually, and moved on. And yeah Ripper, S5 is brilliant. I still enjoy the episodes just as much the 2nd/3rd times as I did the first, which is more than I can say for a lot of Buffy S6/S7.
