    Did they even advertise it?

    Bradshaw's latest Commentary

That was actually pretty interesting, reading about Bradshaw's failed football career. Did anyone else bother reading the prologue?

    Clue

I stumbled onto it on tv quite a few years ago, and I was really suprised at how amusing it was. Did it do well at the box-office?

The One and Only Angel Season 5 Thread

Good ep, I enjoyed it. Loved the interaction between Illyria and Wes...it wasn't central, but it still said a lot about what both characters are going through. And the smurf line was great. Had to love the new opening credits. Illyria is all kinds of awesome, as is Harmony. I was afraid Harm was going to get dusted due to her actually showing up in the credits, but hopefully she's ok. The thing about Angel etc not bothering to stop the apocalypse: aren't there other people who can deal with it? I mean, Buffy seems to stop an apocalypse every year. More slayers = more apocalypse stopping. I suppose they could be dealing with a Eurapocalypse, but there should be a one or two slayers around to deal with the LA one.

Does St Louis need to be in three MNF games? Come on.

    Why ESPN sucks

I can't stand the commentating crew that does Sunday Night Football. They have to be the worst crew on tv, to the point where I would rather have the fake commentators from the ESPN video games on instead.

The Official TSM Mock NFL Draft

With the 51st pick in the 2004 NFL draft, the Minnesota Vikings select.... Marquise Hill, DE, Louisiana State One of the most imposing figures on the Louisiana State team, Hill is a player with all the tools necessary to be a dominating defensive lineman at the next level. He has tremendous size and strength and continues to sharpen fundamentals. Marquise is a powerful pass rusher who simply explodes off the ball...he has a tremendous wing span and frequently bats down passes at the line of scrimmage. Started 24 of 38 games at right defensive end, recording 117 tackles (67 solos) with 10 sacks for minus-75 yards, 19½ stops for losses of 106 yards, 36 quarterback pressures, a fumble recovery, two forced fumbles, an interception and nine pass deflections. DE is a need position for the Vikings. Last round I took the best player available because Tommie Harris is a damn good player and worthy of going much higher than 19. Had to take the DE this time, and I had Hill as a possible first round choice for the Vikes. It's a no-brainer to take him here.

Beautiful goal by Hossa. Go Sens~! Roenick had a nice goal for Philly...say what you will about the guy, but he's playing just as tough as he did before the injury and he's playing without a visor.

    NFL 1st Round picks

In conclusion, Peter King sucks. Vaguely on topic: Wow, the Ravens have drafted pretty well, with the possible exception of Kyle Boller.

    Canadians = Evil?

Do you really think someone in OVW has recently moved to Korea? Yes, because in the real world minorities don't live in Canada. Or the US. What kind of realism are you talking about?

    NFL 1st Round picks

Peter King thought the guy was going to be the best QB to come out of that draft. How funny is that?

The Official TSM Mock NFL Draft

With the nineteenth pick in the 2004 TSM NFL Mock Draft, the Minnesota Vikings select... Tommie Harris, DT - Oklahoma Highly regarded athlete who has garnered national honors since joining the Sooners' program as a freshman. Quiet leader by example who has a blue-collar work-ethic, but a premium resume. Recorded 94 tackles (49 solos) with nine sacks for minus-47 yards, 33 stops for losses of 96 yards, 49 quarterback pressures, four pass deflections, a fumble recovery and a forced fumble while starting 37 of 38 games during his Oklahoma career. The Vikings biggest holes are at DE and OLB. With Smith, Udeze, and DJ Williams all off the board, the Vikes would most likely trade down and still be able to grab a decent DE. However, with someone of the skill level as Harris still on the board, the Vikings might as well take him. He'll complement Chris Hovan and one of the Vikings other two DTs could move over to DE. Harris has been projected as high as 5th overall, so the Vikings see this as a steal.

    U.S Declares War on Porn

Ok. Isn't there a big thing in the States about unemployment? Isn't the porn industry one of the only industries that is booming in the US? Harrassing the porn industry is only going to cause even more jobs to leave the US. If there's one thing that shouldn't be outsourced, it's pornography.

The Official TSM Mock NFL Draft

Not me. Silly Clayton picked Mike Williams before Roy (tisk, tisk) and the Jags decided to snatch a DE. I can definitely see the Jets picking him up. Eh, I don't know about the Jets. They already have two good young receivers in Santana Moss and Justin McCairens. But we'll see what Banky does.

Who knew Roy Williams would drop out of the top 10. I imagine he'll be gone soon enough though. Flyboy - Did you really think Hall would be around at 18?

The Official TSM Mock NFL Draft

Fargas is a decent RB. Him and Wheatley are both young (IIRC), and provide a decent one-two punch. Oakland seems likely to grab Clarrett, especially if he slips down to the third round. I'm not sure if they're going to spend that high second round pick on him.

    High School Grades

Actually most colleges don't really look at your 12th grade year, since the admissions process starts at the beginning of the year, so 11th grade is actually more important Well, up here, apparently, universities just care if you pass the grade 11 courses. Unless my councillers lie, which could very much be so. It you're getting a B average, you'll get into most universities in Canada. Definately UBC and SFU, since a lot more spaces have opened up due to the tuition increases. Getting higher than that is only useful if you want to get early entrance into a department like Comp Sci or Engineering. Are you fucking serious? Everyone over here keeps saying it's next to impossible to get into SFU and UBC now. The recommended average in the science department is something like 85%. I think I may be going somewhere else; like Manitoba or Rhode Island. Maybe then I could get on the swim team because that is next to impossible to do with UBC and SFU too. The entrance requirements for SFU can be brutal, depending on the faculty. Straight up entrance into Comp Sci used to be 95% or something retarded like that. It's easy to get around though. Just apply as an Arts major. Arts has stupidly low requirements, and they always let people in. So just say that you want to major in History or Sociology, and take whatever courses you actuallyt want. Eventually you can internal transfer to the faculty you want, which is usually pretty painless. For example, that 95% Comp Sci entrance drops to a 2.6 GPA, which is a C+.
