Taylor might drop due to those times, though. I could see the Skins grabbing a DE instead. I've seen Taylor all the way down at 17, which is retarded. IMO if the Skins don't grab the guy, the Lions will gobble him up.

Is there anyone who doesn't think this sorry excuse for a human should fry? I'm fairly left leaning, but this woman deserves nothing but death. She's an insane murderer. I mean, what the hell. Only sane ones get killed? It makes no sense.

Actually most colleges don't really look at your 12th grade year, since the admissions process starts at the beginning of the year, so 11th grade is actually more important Well, up here, apparently, universities just care if you pass the grade 11 courses. Unless my councillers lie, which could very much be so. It you're getting a B average, you'll get into most universities in Canada. Definately UBC and SFU, since a lot more spaces have opened up due to the tuition increases. Getting higher than that is only useful if you want to get early entrance into a department like Comp Sci or Engineering.

Booooooooooooooooo. That's garbage. Cancelled after 3 episodes? What, does Fox think critical acclaim = crap or something?

By far the best rule suggested.

I don't think this is Conklin's fault. He was screened on the Morrison goal, Brad May was in the net for the first one, and Mike Keane roofed it on the 3 on 1. The Naslund goal was a little weak though.

It's interesting, looking at the last few years in the NFL. Is a franchise QB really that important? The Ravens won the SB with Trent Dilfer, the Bucs with Brad Johnson, and the Panthers got there with Jake Delhomme. Tom Brady is a good QB, but he was drafted in the 6th round. It seems like you might as well forget about the flashy QB and try and get several guys that can contribute. I hope San Diego trades down for an extra pick, as Brees is at least as good as Dilfer or Delhomme.
-
Maybe you should just PM the top two guys you want to Bravesfan or Flyboy. That way the rest of the draft won't be held up if you're gone.

I am Switzerland. I hereby declare my neutrality on everything. Especially on German invasions of neighboring countries. Plus it's the land of chocolate. -
No fair catch? That isn't a very good rule at all, unless you like seeing injuries. I agree with no touch icing, just because it cuts down on the stupid "race for the puck" that sometimes ends with both players flying at top speed into the boards. It's uneccesary.

I don't understand why some other team doesn't trade for Northcutt and then ship him off to Baltimore. If Cleveland is willing to give him up for a second rounder, any team below the Ravens could then send him to Baltimore for their 2nd round pick and basically move up a few spots for nothing.

So are we starting today then? I think whoever has the Chargers should just pick asap. With a twelve hour grace period, people have plenty of time to see the thread and make their picks.

That shepherd is badass. -
Actually, I'm going to stick with one team...two requires more research.

You don't understand. This will be great. Cena and Bradshaw split the vote, almost 50/50. Bradshaw wins by like 4 votes. Cena demands a recount. Angle overrides the recount using his powers as GM. Everyone hates Bradshaw. It's retarded, which is why I see the WWE doing this.

Ok, I understand the Thrash trade then...a fifth rounder next year isn't a terrible price, as long as Thrash's salary isn't too high. They actually got a 6th today when they traded their FB to the Bears.(source) So, they have four picks now?

"back to wrestlers, sorry, are any of them of even average intelligence, and which one is in real life the most stupid?" Another quality Fark post.
-
That's not a link to Fark. That would be a strange gif.
-
The Redskins are retarded. They traded one of their only picks, a fifth rounder, to Philly for James Thrash. They already have Lav Coles and Rod Gardner, what do they need Thrash for?

In keeping in line with the NHL, he was probably talking about the neck-breaking part, as opposed to the spirit of what Bertuzzi did. Terrible injuries that result from cheapshots are bad. Those who injure are punished. Of course, cheapshots that do not cause injury are perfectly ok! This is why Brad Ference got nothing for an eerily similar cheapshot to Martin Sonnenberg last week.

Nucks beat Dallas in OT, move within a point of the Avs for the Northeast. If they can get past the Avs, it sets up a Colorado/Dallas first round matchup, which would be very interesting.

Not to nitpick, but I'd say more thinking is involved in running those routes than being a RB. I've heard many a times that the easiest position to learn and hardest to play was running back. I'd have to agree. I don't know. An RB needs to be able to block and pick up blitzes, right? Picking up a blitz from Bellichek or Johnson seems pretty tough to me.

Nah, Warner's gonna be the one that gets cut. His cap figure is too large to keep around, and it's pretty questionable whether he'll ever be an effective QB anymore. Bulger has at least shown he's competent, though I doubt they'll go back to the Super Bowl with him. Whoops. I meant Warner. That's why the rest of my post was about which team Warner could play for. Bulger is younger, cheaper, and much less of a risk than Warner. Plus Warner and his wife seem to be going kind of crazy.

I bet there's some messageboard out there where they see you as a hero and have built some sort of statue of you. Perhaps they also have songs. "When can we go to the crappy messageboard where I'm a hero?"

I have to say that I enjoyed Bradshaw's evil Texan persona. The stuff about how "people like him" run industry and government was pretty amusing, and I liked his motivation.
