I didn't know such things existed. I'd say that 28 Days Later is a critically acclaimed horror movie. -

So TSN needs to read the warnings out loud so that blind people can(t) see the violent product? That's an awesome story about Cena. Respect. -
Those two matches depend on each other. If the IC Title match is a three way or even four way, I don't think the US Title match will also be a triple threat. Ultimately, it comes down to who WWE would leave off the card: RVD or Batista. With this, I think it's more likely to see Edge/Jericho/Batista and Cena/Booker. Although, judging by the Smackdown main event tonight, wouldn't a RVD/Booker T match be more logical. Of course, they wouldn't leave Cena off the card, so I digress. The crowd @ Smackdown was white-hot for Cena the last time WWE was in the T-Dot area so Cena vs Booker is the smart bet, though I agree that RVD certainly has a case after the end of last night's SD. I don't think that the WWE would do the Three Way w/ Edge, Jericho and DAVE because of two simple reasons: 1) DAVE is more over then Edge. 2) Jericho is more over then Edge. Even though they're in Toronto Edge has been getting a pretty solid chorus of boos from the crowds lately and Batista is starting to get very over as the badass face type. If Christian was back by now I'd say do a 3 way and substitute him for DAVE. I wonder if WWE will do Kane vs Batista just to test out how strong Batista's face reactions are.

For the first year or so after his debut Rey has quite the PPV losing streak going, IIRC.

Mike sticks his neck out to save us fellow posters each time he posts? Interesting.

If the WWE hasn't given Rey Mysterio the chance to break free of the CW Division and move onto bigger things what the fuck makes people think they'll give Paul London that chance?

Hate to burst your bubble, but Benoit is dropping the title. -
I went to several stores without any luck, but someone told me Sunrise Records on Yonge St. in Toronto had the DVD and that's where I bought my copy. Ditto. Sunrise is the place to go. That Future Shop deal sounds like bullshit to me. They're notorious for holding onto DVD releases for longer then nescessary in order to make dumbass "reserve" lists so that when they finally do release the DVD you'll be first in line to buy it. Hence, why I don't buy DVD's from them anymore.

To all those who said that nothing would come of the Choken One banning......... I give you this thread. Valid questions that deserve answers, I'd say.

The shirt wasn't placed there for fashion discussion, but yeah, it is a really ugly shirt. -
That was delicious. Somebody needs to use the pic of Lil Brudder as their sig, stat.

Benoit can bring the believeability and intensity to his promo's enough to get the crowd into his character, just look at the way he got MSG riled up by shouting "I believe in me". Why isn't he cutting more promo's like that? I have no idea. I have no idea where that shirt came from or what it is doing in this thread. Like I said, I have no idea why Benoit isn't getting more promo time. -

At WrestleMania XX, Chris Benoit made HHH tap out to become the World Champion. Since then he has beaten HHH multiple times, as many have pointed out. So, between the night after RAW when Benoit came out with the title (only after HHH was done cutting a promo, I might add) and now, what has changed? What evolution of his character has occurred? What evolution of HHH's character has occurred? What has happened that has brought justification to the repeated matchups between the two? -
I don't think that even the dumbest of WWE fans would go to those lengths. And no, not all wrestling is art, but like LPYC said, some is.

The only thing that could've made the trailer better was a big "R" rating at the end followed by "For graphic violence". If they're making it dark it sure as shit better bring the death. I'm stoked.

Unless you have a fairly vast knowledge of pro wrestling you might want to choose your words a little more carefully. Wrestling, at it's best, can be one of the most original art forms out there.
-
No Vader? Fuck this retarded-ass poll.
-
This makes no sense. The guy's Canadian. At least wait until an American tries this to see what the outcome is.
-
Short form: Pro wrestling is an art form because it's people using their body language, facial expressions etc. to tell a story and get a point across to an audience. Anybody who's worked in theatre or in musicals would probably consider interpretive dance to be an art form.

FlairBot 3000, now comes with 5 hip new catchphrases that the kids will go nuts for! "That's why you're the champ, brother" "You're HHH! You're the greatest wrestler in the history of this business" "HHH for life, brother" "I've wrestled for 30 years and been a 16 time World Champ" The fifth catchphrase isn't a catchphrase so much as it's just unintelligable jibberish that Flair tends to spout off.
