So, suffice to say, if you worked in television or movies send that resume in cause Vince is hiring! The booking has been terrible as of late, with the show teetering on very dangerous levels. I'm talking Raw is HHH 2002 levels, here. Now, even though Benoit has not been booked like a champ since winning the belt, at least the first few weeks of his reign gave us some decent tag matches. Then the HHH vs Michaels feud started and each week since it's gotten worse to the point of being flat-out retarded (the Kane/Michaels segment comes to mind.) The turning point of this all is the Benoit/Michaels match. That is where it was pointed out, clear as day, that Benoit would not be the focus of Raw. And it got worse. The week after we saw Michaels interfering in the Battle Royale THAT HE WAS NOT EVEN INVOLVED IN and taking HHH out. The week after, we saw the two of them brawl to end the show, which beforehand featured a neat lil segment that showed Bischoff adressing the Raw roster (including Benoit) and telling them basically "These two are running the show". Way to put your champion over. Two weeks later we have Michales in the main event again, then brawling with HHH to end the show. In the two weeks that have passed since Bad Blood it's been all about the HHH.

Greatest review ever. For no doubt The Greatest Book of All Time. This Mike Johnson character must be really talented at typing with one hand.

Well said. Regal has looked great since his return and I find myself being more into him then I have been in a long time. The other day I thought that him and Benoit would make a pretty sweet team. Sure, in the Eugene storyline you get his awesome facials, comedy. etc... but it's how he grew to care for Eugene that's the good stuff. He was giving HHH the staredown of fucking death on Raw and showed some great fire in the opening 20 seconds of his "match" against Kane.

They could do Benoit vs Kane again as Benoit still hasn't tapped Kane out yet. Have Bischoff make the match with the stip that Kane can pin or submit Benoit but Benoit can only win if he submits Kane.

I think the match should end w/ Benoit and HHH doing a double k.o spot and then...get this............Eugene, the rascal, he sneaks into the ring and pins them both! And the ref counts the 3! Genius! Comedy- It sells.

I'm really surprised and dissapointed that one of the many naysayers on this board hasn't made a comment that Eugene will be paired with Benoit because Benoit has no heat. Either way, he's not needed in the match and fuck any and all comedy spots they plan on doing if this takes place.

I dug it for pretty much the same reasons that Rudo listed. Whilst Rudo was giggling just as much as the 8 year old behind us I was more intent on the couple making out in front of us for the reason that the dude kept trying to move in every 4 seconds and the girl was blocking him off. Classic. The nerdy white guy cheerleaders selling of the wrench to the face was the funniest shit EVER.

While their match ruled all kinds of ass I wouldn't exactly call it a "feud", much less a good one. Why exactly did they fight? Because Brock won the KOTR. Did Brock win? Yes. Did they interact or have a rematch after? Nope. Pretty simple. The highlight of the pre-SummerSlam stuff was when Michaels superkicked Brock and I swear that Brock bumped 5 feet backwards and fell out of the ropes. Rock was just playing his usual role of transitional champion and helping put the young guy over.

I'd probably be all for Jericho getting moved back to Smackdown if it meant that John Cena wouldn't bury heel Jericho every week with shitty face raps and have another feud with him. I'd be all for a face Jericho vs heel Cena feud. Jericho's act as a face can get pretty lame, but him ripping on Cena's raps would be good stuff. Just so long as it's nothing like the Cena/Angle feud. I'd say move Jericho to SD, but I don't want that until they blow off his feud with Christian and give us a 20 minute match with him and Benoit. Wasn't the cage match supposed to be the blowoff?

I figured it was about time this forum needed a thread where people could come talk about the undergroun/foreign/other films that they see that don't get the mainstream attention of others. Well, here it is. I'll start us off....... Starring: Val Kilmer, Derek Luke, William H. Macy and Ed O'Neill (yes, THAT Ed O'Neill.) Writen and Directed by David Mamet. I usually don't like Val Kilmer movies. I enjoy Val Kilmer the actor for the most part but I find that his stuff is hit and miss. When he's given a good character to play (Wonderland) he can do well for himself. When he isn't.........well, just rent At First Sight and you'll see. Kilmer should be thanking David Mamet for writing such a crisp and quick movie for him to go with. I've been a fan of Mamet since Glengarry Glen Ross and he hasn't missed a beat. I have discovered, however, that he is a huge fan of the word "fuck. I don't know why, he just is. The plot does a good job of keeping the viewer guessing without bogging things down with confusing details and mindless turns. There are subtle hints all throughout the movie as to what will happen at the end too. Of course, I didn't catch them but if I did I probably wouldn't have had as much fun watching it. The only downside of this film is Macy, who is totally wasted in his role and utters all but 3 sentances in the whole film.

The best part of that match will be when Benoit makes Flair tap and all the rubes in the audience who think there will be a title change (there'll be a lot) will have to cry tears of sorrow. Other then that, good luck to Benoit. It's going to take a miracle to make Flair look anything short of competent in that match.
