What a dreadful movie. I just could not accept the basic premise for this movie and the subsequent aftermath/events that followed. The actors did a superb job and the cinematography was amazing. I simply cannot accept the underlying theme and events of the movie. It just seems far fetched.

I started watching Children of Men last night and am intrigued by it so far. I haven't finished watching it yet I have several questions to post:

Yes, I did see Slither. Killer slugs from a meteor invade a Southern hick town during the Deer Hunting festivites. If this is the same movie, then yes I saw it. It wasn't scary or funny to me. Just ridiculous.

The book was terrible so I wouldn't expect any more from the theatrical adaptation. I couldn't even bring myself to read the second book in the series, Tempest, because I couldn't suffer through any more of Tolkein/Rowling light.

Did someone nominate "Slither" as a top movie of 2006? WTF? A movie about killer slugs from outer space shouldn't be in anyone's top 10 list.

I just finished the haji copy of Dreamgirls. I thought the movie was wonderfully cast and performed. Jennifer Hudson and Eddie Murphy gave stand out performances. Was I imagining things or did the producers lighten Beyonce's skin color? She appears very light skinned in this movie. It could also be my haji disc playing tricks on me. Beyonce was almost unrecognizable. She lost so much weight. She played the demure, naive and slightly stupid diva pretty well. I agree, they should just give Jennifer Hudson her Oscar now and be done with it.

In the spirit of Nancy Kerrigan, WWWWHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?????????????????? Why would either party agree to such a debacle? Trump would appear to pimp the newest season of the Apprentice. But how would an appearance on a wrestling show help Rosie? And why should WWE care? Doesn't the company have more important things to do, like picking up the pieces now that Trips is injured or figuring out the best way to make K-Fed the next champ?

Is anyone as disturbed by this tidbit as I am? What does "talk more jive" mean, anyway? WTH?

The one trend that I hate more than anything is making childrens songs into hip-hop anthems the worse offender of this is "Do your chain hang low". I hate that fucking song. There are only 20 words in the entire song!!!!!!! "Fergalicious" is just a ripped off version of JJ Fad's "Supersonic". "London Bridge" is just a rip on "Hollaback Girl" Fergie truly sucks. Leave the Pussycat dolls alone. I love "Buttons".

When did the Cena begin competing on both brands? I'm really confused about that.

I don't watch wrestling regularly any more as I am deployed to the Middle East. Can someone clarify the following questions for me: 1: Who is MVP and where did he come from? Also, who is Cryme Time and who thought up this stupid gimmick? 2. When did Ron Simmons return to WWE and why? 3. What ever happened to the WWE drug policy? It looks like some people are juicing again. 4. When did some superstars change brands? When/How did Cena change brands? Thanks

I'd appreciate any insight into this matter. A couple of weeks ago, my 30G iPod did not provide audio output for the right earphone. I checked the headphones on other electronic devices to ensure there wasn't a problem with the phones. They worked fine on other devices. I used other headphones on my iPod and the problem continued. This morning the audio output completely disappeared. I do have a four year performance plan with Best Buy. However, I'm currently deployed to Kuwait and can't get it fixed for six more months. I plan to purchase a smaller iPod in the interim. I just don't know what's wrong with the device. I've taken excellent care of it, avoiding dirt/dust (as much as I can in the desert), keeping it in it's armband, storing it in a closed cabinet when not in use, etc. I'm kinda pissed because I love my iPod and I don't know what happened. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Kurt said he hasn't used pain meds for three years? Did anyone's bullshit alarm go off upon reading this? Now, I'm not backstage or know the details of wrestlers' lives. However, I've read from multiple places that Kurt had a nasty pain pill addiction that pretty forced WWE to fire him. Also has Kurt paid any attention to his body at all during the last year? He's lost an ass load of mass due to the WWE drug policy against roids. If half of what Kurt said in this interview is true, then he has a right to be angry. You can't just work people to no end without some consequence. But he won't take any responsibility for his own issues which is sad.

Hi, smarks. I recently purchased this game to keep me occupied while I waste away in the Middle East. I cannot play the game without the disc being inserted into the drive. I thought once you installed the game onto your harddrive, you didn't need the disc any more. The Dell guy told me many new games require the disc to be inserted for continued play. Is this true? Also, while playing the training mission, the system will not allow me to save the game during mid play. Everytime I play I have to start over. What gives? Thanks for your help!

Negative, because 1) the Transporter movies were good action flicks, and 2) Jason Statham is much hotter that Cena could ever be in his wildest dreams.

I purchased a Dell desktop four years ago and it works just fine. I play games (ok, just WoW) and I used to burn CD's until I migrated to MP3. There is actually nothing wrong with my current system. I just purchased a Dell XPS notebook because I need portability.
