I really think Vic overplayed his hand refusing to sign the papers, and this will probably bite him in the end. Vic fails to realize that unlike Corrine, Danny has a spine and we'll go above and beyond to keep him away. The fact that she's now Claudette's # 1 will only make things worse for Vic. Its not just what he did, its how he did it. He grabbed Danny's arm like she was an errant child and arrogantly told her that he's going to do what he wants and she's just going to have to like it. He didn't bother trying to reason with Danny or turn on the charm, he just treated her like some criminal he wanted to get over on. I don't know if Vic is a sociopath but I do agree he does treat his 'loved' ones like possessions, and he'll be happy to turn on them if they do anything to displease them. It's like Rawling said "If your not with Vic Mackey, you're against him" and that will probably lead to his downfall. I think Danny will help bring him down. He just made (another) huge mistake. The irony of the situation with Vic and Danny, is that Danny's new position as Claudette's assistant COULD be of tremendous help to Vic, especially since she now knows about Claudette having lupus. God knows what Vic could do if he ever got ahold of that information as far as blackmailing Claudette but I doubt we will to see that hell unfold if Vic continues to treat Danny like crap.

TMZ has obtained extremely disturbing footage of the former WWF superstar -- and former substance abuse rehab patient -- self-destructing during a live benefit event in Ohio over the weekend. The footage shows a stumbling, overweight, rambling Roberts struggling to form a coherent sentence, while addressing the crowd moments before his match in the Firestorm Pro Wrestling league. But the story behind the scenes is even more tragic. According to several sources, the 53-year-old legend was found passed out backstage moments before he was scheduled to perform. We're told when Snake was woken up, he was aggressive, violent and asking for "an 8-ball." We're also told nearly two dozen empty airplane bottles of vodka were found by his gear. I wish they'd give us some insight as to how Dan convinced April to get her vote. I really thought she'd give it to Memphis because of how much it annoyed Keesha. Maybe she found out that Jerry had turned on Memphis and that her vote wouldn't matter? Her and Ollie's votes really surprised me...but because they came together and April dominates that relationship, I want to know what changed her mind. I think Dan won with one particular answer. He was asked about the replacement nominee roulette. He smoothly replied that he felt he had to piss off the people that were going to the jury or else he'd be afraid Memphis wouldn't take him to F2. (not word for word, but to that effect) That response won over Ollie and Michelle, and for a change April followed... and as expected Jerry went with the majority. You know what cracked me up? Seeing Samm Levine a.k.a. Neal Schweiber from Freaks & Geeks in the audience, front row right behind the Chenbot. Who knew he was such a big BB fan. Such a random sighting. Also did anyone else think Dan & Keesha looked quite cozy standing together at the end & Dan has his arm around her waist, kind of odd with your girlfriend sitting a few feet away!

Yay Dan!! Highlights include Renny calling Jerry a chauvinist pig, I burst out laughing when Jerry came out and the audience applause stopped. I think it's safe to say that the studio audience was not voting Jerry for America's Choice. and Jerry getting shafted for the Jury Prize. The show's attempt to make Jerry not look like an asshole are really annoying and seriously make me wonder how many reality TV alumni are in fact edited to look like assholes when they might not be terrible. Just even listening to the "woe me, I'm the only person not in the cool kids group in the house" edit after weeks of not only being on the opposite side but making personal attacks on three of them (not too sure about Renny) is ridiculous. He just wants to play the victim or old man card when he fails at something. Tool. Anyone who watches the feeds sees Jerry as a creepy, perverted, old man who (as someone else put it) acted like the world's oldest Heather. Chills ran down my spine when he said he wanted to be in the F2 with Keesha.
