These are my thoughts in no particular order... Just how serious is Trish's injury? On the SNE promo she's waving both arms in the air rather freely. Most noteworthy were Magneto -- Sir Ian McKellen's connection to the character (he loathes the idea of a cure just like the character, equating, like Bryan Singer, being a mutant to being a homosexual) -- and Beast & Logan's interactions. Beast: I've been fighting for mutant rights since before you had claws, boy. Wolverine: Okay. Did... he just call me a "boy"?? The pictures for Beast always look incredibly silly, but it's not until you see him walking and talking intelligently that it all comes together. Storm was surprising; she stood up for her beliefs in a believable manner, though some could argue she was over-dramatic. Then again, given the situation...who wouldn't be? I like Rogue being interested in the cure, as that fits her character. They once did that in Ultimate X-Men but chickened out, with she giving the excuse of 'atoning for her sins' or some shit. I especially enjoyed Pyro being the right-hand man of Magneto. His attitude and total badassness (not to mention a new spiderman-esque way of creating fire) shows he's been taught quite well by Magneto. By the way, perhaps this is something known more to the comics group but, what is "Class 3"? I'm guessing it accounts for how dangerous a mutant is, and if so, what are the rest of the classes? Rogue looking for a cure was also used in the 90's animated series, and it makes perfect sense. Who would want powers that prohibit you from touching anyone?
