  1. One thing...who the FUCK casted "Amy", Rudd's ex-girlfriend?  She was horrible looking AND she couldn't speak her lines correctly.  Sounded like she just snorted 5 bags of coke.

I think that was the joke that a good looking guy like Paul Rudd was obsessing over a chick like that for two years. At least that's how I percieved it.

I think the woman who played Amy was one of the writers from Carrell's show, "The Office".

  2. Does anybody think the resistance to Christian (a heel) getting into the main event has anything to do with 4 out of 4 of the most politically powerful guys on the roster are now heels? HHH, JBL, Angle, and HBK (technically a heel) are probably the four guys with the most backstage pull. I'm not usually into conspiracy theories, but this coincidence is a little too striking to ignore.

  3. It seems like whenever someone gets themselves over, the creative team responds by either burying them or giving them nothing to do.  For all the talk of "stepping up" and "working hard", the company only seems to reward people they've (often incorrectly) pre-determined will get over no matter what.

This has been a universal truth since VKM bought the company. The only top guy that I can think of that got over by himself was Steve Austin. I could be persuaded to add Foley, but that's it.

I think you are right. I was just remembering how Cena was made a jobber for most of 2003 after his rapper gimmick took off. You might be able to argue that Rock got himself over, but he had been pushed to the moon before his gimmick change. I think Mankind got a good push at first, since he was in a high profile feud with Undertaker right from the start.

  5. So rather than just grooming another heel for the main event, they decide to drag out a feud nobody cares about? There's last minute, then there's last minute and lazy. I can't beleive this company sometimes. There are people who are paid to do nothing but come up with storylines, and they can't even do that given several days to work with? These people are idiots.

  6. I started a new job about 3 weeks ago but me and my friends are planning a camping trip upstate from next Sunday to Monday. Monday I have work and my co-worker informed me that I can't call in sick until I've worked there at least three months. My friend suggests that I tell them I have a funeral to go to but I don't know if that will work considering I don't like lying about things like thatand I'm afraid I'll get caught inside the lie.

So what do you think I should do? I really wanna go on this trip considering ALL my friends will be there and this could be the best thing to happen all summer.

I do not think they could legally prevent you from calling in sick.
