in reference to the gun - we talked about this for a while and we're all aware of just what a major no-no a gun should be in wrestling, trust me a measure THAT drastic was used for a reason hopefully we can make the pay-off so good that you'll all agree. As for the show, it really was stacked with a good mixture of competitive matches and squash matches *thumbs up* I know that Syndicated was a bit of a mess but it's good to see that the pieces are being picked up and put to good use - other than the effects of the outcome of the elimination tag not being felt at all, hopefully next week? I like the fact that there are several angles that'll lead to major PPV payoff and not just 1 or 2 - it is a shame though that the world title isn't a bigger part of the picture right now. I'd like to ask people what they thought of the "Talent Scout" segment? just like UVX will eventually go somewhere beyond squash matches this segment will lead to me introducing a permanent character or two to the OAOAST roster, it's just a slow burn idea to give me a chance to experiment with various gimmicks.

How many fighters in MMA have come back from breaking their necks? point to one, then compare that one to Austin or Angle instead. or compare Abbot or Shamrock to someone who has NOT broken their necks perhaps? cause you can find extremes in either sport, broken necks are not the rule but the exception in wrestling.

You put your finger on it - the fact that it's less set and organized and more free flow is what really seperates this from the SWF, organization definitly yes One idea is to have whomever opens the thread edit together a card with whatever people book here? So that we can always see at a glance what's on the card and what's not - it can be hard to figure out at times. That way we'd know if there are a couple of matches that'd anchor the show or not and if not maybe it'll inspire us to put one together. Just an idea to make it more organized. As for deadlines, yeah time differences seem to be a pain in the ass - personally I've got very little issue with figuring it out from US Eastern to where I live - if the deadline is the same each week we can even make out a chart that says what the deadline is for those in the US or Australia or whever OAOAST'ers are from. I'd be happy to slap something together that says: "Deadline is X PM EST" and then have the various time zones in question listed below - just copy and paste it from booking thread to booking thread. Problem solved and we are more assured of getting a show at a certain time.
