I wasn’t sure which thread I should put this in and I know it’s been talked to dearth, but this whole RVD-HHH-Cena thing is intriguing. We all know HHH is going over. We all know he’s going to bury both. We all know, however, that there’s a poll that shows the WWE fanbase wants RVD to go over by an astounding 62%. We all say, “what do you expect, Vince?” and “Well, this is just his way of sticking it to the fans, because we don’t know what good wrestling is.” Why in the world would they push a poll on RAW when they know HHH is going to win? Why not fudge the results so HHH wins? They are going to screw RVD. Everyone, including he knows it. But how will they do it? We know that Vince will do anything to recreate the heel heat he got from screwing Bret. Well, maybe he’ll “screw” RVD like he Screwed Bret. He’s thinking he’ll get instant heel heat and RVD’s already made it clear he hates WWE management. I think they’re moving towards more worked shoots to swerve the smarks, which is why I think RVD’s latest comments are worked. Who knows. It’s just a half-baked theory anyway. As for Cena-HHH, I think once HHH busts out that sledgehammer and beats the living crap out of Cena, the crowd will absolutely love it. By the time they start up their feud, the crowd will be turning on Cena again anyway. Even now he’s getting boos again. HHH and Vince will be absolutely astounded that he’s getting face heat, go into panic mode and do what they did to Angle and Orton to get cheap heel heat. I think they will try 3 things. 1) Put Foley in Cena’s corner. They’ve already put major faces in his corner to help his boos. He’s on TV now and maybe they’ll shut off the Edge feud and just use him again with Cena-HHH. They already have a history, so it’s not that far fetched. 2) Put Flair in Cena’s corner, again, using the same logic. And Flair may not be doing anything since they’ve seemingly forgotten about the IC title. Though Shelton may be in line for a feud with Flair. 3) Transfer the Eddie instant heat machine to HHH. This is very likely if they really panic with HHH getting face heat. HHH already planted the seed with Chavo and Rey, and Cena was the one who placed the title on the Eddie shirt at the end of the RAW tribute show, so this is an option. I hope they DON’T do any of these, but HHH seems intent on his ability to heel it up to the point he’ll make Cena a babyface. HHH and Vince are in for a rude awakening. It should be intriguing in coming weeks to see how their feud goes. I think everyone can agree HHH is going be a face.

I believe WWE.com works independently of the McMahons, judging by the fact that HHH did not like the fact that they admitted that he was married to Steph and he wanted the pre-raw pics taken down. Although, I have seen a lot of fluff, mainly interviews with wrestlers that are in kayfabe mode to the point that I really wonder if it's them or just a ghost writer. Then again, they've tried everything to get Orton over, so this may all be part and parcel. Mick may not have been told to "shoot" about the whole situation to drum up heel heat for Orton, but rather he may have just been told to say how he feels, no holds barred, and the staff liked it as is and hoped it incites hatred toward Orton.

If he does, you know they'll find some other company whore to do it.

From what I understand, Murdock was scheduled to win the IC title, but was forgotten when they all went overseas. Goes to show the on-the-fly booking they do.

This could get interesting with Angle and Taker. I originally thought Angle was going to mysteriously turn heel for one ppv match. This'll prob lead to Angle and taker not trusting eachother, then eventually someone turns heel.

That poll should've been gimmicked. Honestly, who do they think is gonna win? This is just another way of Vince sticking to the fans when trips goes over him in the tourny.

During the Carlito/RVD match, I really had a hard time picking my poison. I mean, great match and all, especially after SOMEONE kicked out of the damn fruit roll up. Great action we all haven’t seen in a year, but damn . . . if he wins, the writing is basically on the wall. HHH over RVD. So, I thought, what’s worse, carlito over RVD or HHH over RVD? Yikes.

What kind off heat do they expect Orton to get if/when he beats Angle anyway? It'll be the same heat Cena got -- the "I just beat a legit wrestler with 5 moves of doom after he carried me to a better match than I should've had" heat. If anything, he should beat Rey (like they would ever trust rey with the WHT) for the title to play off the direction they're going in or UT, FINALLY giving him a rub.

So when he wins, who's he gonna feud with? Cena? I doubt HHH will let Cena make any sort of raps that are remotely funny. It'll hurt HHH's image.
