It had me wondering why this match was booked. I guess they wanted to showcase Murdoch and shelton was the only available face. But I swear, there must be a running joke in the the WWE that every heel MUST go over shelton by holding the tights. I really don't understand what's going on here.

While heels and faces can be well defined, I think anomolies should be recognized like rocky. The fans made rocky a heel. The fans are starting to make cena a heel, but the WWE seems to want to distract us from that fact. I think they're booing cena much in the way that both heels and faces got cheered in ECW for putting on a great show with lots of crazy bumps/spots. They recognize talent. I mean, come on, a belly-to-back sit out powerbomb is a rarity today, but every match? I'm sure Cena can do some other moves. Maybe that's why they had him bust out an STF.

Oh, and both Riegns and Bill Demott have used Carlito's finisher. It's a rolling inverted neckbreaker (cutter) and they called it "roll the dice." I think it's on his bio on WWE.com. Nice to see yet another new wrestler whose finisher is a neckbreaker of some sort.

He's already stale, he may as well be a heel as far as merchandise sales are concerned. Heels can't sell that much merchandise can they? With marks getting sick of cena, his sales must be dropping.

I do have to agree though, fans have been crapping all over the "golberg" gimmick ever since the taser incident.

I don't have a prob with monty feuding with christian. Christian is in the ME scene where he should be and Monty losing this feud won't make him a less than believable champ. Hey, it's better than JJ and his convoluted finishes or stupid guitar shots (when that gimmick died when he jumped to WCW). I'd like to see some dueling promos with the two. Christian could say something like "Ohh, look at me, I used to play in the NFL and now I pretend I'm a wild animal from Africa! Grrr!" He could even go so far as to make fun of his pounce and say how weak it looks (he would have to take one, of course, and make it look like he got hit by a truck). Monty could make fun of how he used to play a pretty boy on a soap, stuck in a love triangle in the WWE when he should've been wrestling. TNA has real wrestlers, etc., etc., etc. You're not a real wrestler. Since when does TNA actually have credible champs?

Flair/Savage: Good storytelling with flair messing around with elizabeth Mankind and just about anyone: Hey, kick the living crap out of anyone is enough to gain popularity Bret/Austin: solidified both stars as great MEers. Guys really wanted to destory one anothers' careers.
