So, why don't they just declare the championship title vacated? He IS Vincent Kennedy McMahon, right? He can do anything he wants. I guess that's why I have so much trouble with the whole heel authority figure vs. babyface feuds. I just read too much into it.

lmao... I can see HHH saying now "ok I'll do the job as long as I bury carlito afterwards....twice" Indeed only 2 pages for the raw thread so far? wow things are bad Really, is "bury" the optimal word here? Yeas, HHH has become synonimous with burying, but it's not always the appropriate word.

People arent dumb They could just say John Cena, Sr No, I'm not talking about people getting confused, I'm talking about the flow and delivery of any given promo. Replace "Mr. Cena" with "John Cena, Sr" in Orton's promo in your head.
-
I'm starting to see the reasoning behind using "Mr. Cena." In promos when you're directing your monologue to 2 people named John Cena, it could get confusing.

I don't care what any of the shoot interviews say, this is, indeed, a real test for you Cody

Aww, no hot entrance? Heh, "horny"

Ridiculous. Don't want to argue with the coach about the call? Run off the field.

After reading up on Mesias, it seems he's always played a "monster" with scars on his face. Is that because he actually has scars on his face, because I've seen him and he doesn't really.

That it's such a long time coming kind of ruins the classiness of it. -
I'm probably going to be laughed off the boards for this (not like it would be the first time), but I have a serious question about recruiting in college sports. How do you recruit successfully without breaking all the rules that the NCAA has? Now, I'm a novice when it comes to college sports, but I know a little bit about human nature. If I'm an 18-year-old guy who knows he's very good at what he does, and can go to any college he wants, what do I want? 1) free stuff 2) women 3) the chance to be seen on sportscenter 4) money 5) warm weather Call me a cynic and I know not every recruit would think this way, but how do you wow an 18-year-old without breaking the rules? I honestly don't know. Of course, you do read about colleges getting caught recruiting illegally and kids taking stuff they're not supposed to. But does it happen a lot more?

I read up on wikipedia about it and apparently Hero Quest and the expasnion sets sell for a lot. How much did you get?

Matt really isn't a mark for himself, despite what the undertaker may think

Just watched the recap of the Cena, Sr match. I didn't see the main portion of the match, so I didn't get a sense of Cena not caring, but it seems to me that, he was resigned to what was going to happen, but at the very end, finally figured a way out. I'm surprised the writers thought of that, but then again, it was probably a late add-on by the road agents. I'm glad they had the hand cuffs, though. You knew as soon as Coach announced the match that it was going to end with Cena making the save.

Thorne needs Ariel back. If for nothing else, a mouthpiece. When he talks on the mic, he ruins his mistique a la undertaker when he lost paul bearer. And the rules are really fucked up. Who really wants to win this match? Guys just don't want to lose. And that other poster is right. Why didn't they just triple team 1 guy?

Well, in the kayfabe sense, I think he's pledging alegiance to Iran, the "old country" where his family is from. Of course, let's not forget that he introduced us to Khali, who is from India, both in real life and in kayfabe.

I thought HHH did this to Lashley, not Masters -

Seriously, why would he say that? Any musician worth his salt can't deny that Eric Clapton was successful at what he did. Wow. That has to be one of the most idiotic things I've ever heard. Please expand on this theory. -

The wording of this suggests that there is some disagreement internally in the WWE as to whether or not this is Booker's second failed test. I don't think that is the case, is it? -
Michael Cole acting like Jimmy Wang Yang never appeared on SD before.

Wow, this is getting a lot of coverage. I think I heard the LT sound byte 6 or 7 times. This morning!

I never played DnD in my life, but me and my friends got really into Hero Quest. I think that we were just too lazy to play DnD and Hero Quest was basically the same thing, but easier to understand. Who did you play as? I usually played as either the Dwarf, the Wizard, or both. I don't remember if I prefered anyone specifically. I know I liked the barbarian just because he was the strongest.

So, Orton was named in the drug scandal, but wasn't suspended? I thought he was, or maybe they just nixed plans to give him the title. If he hasn't aldready, more special treatment given to Orton may turn him into Mike Tyson. When he was growing up in Catskill, he could get away with anything because of his talent. If he acted up in school, it was the teacher's fault. Look where that got him. -

Can someone post a link to these chair shots? On another note. I think the Rock's 20 + chairshots on Mankind in thier I quit match were the most brutal I've seen as a whole Search youtube with "chairshot heard round the world." That's what I did. -

That's not the argument. Since they play each other again, it will help them the next game.
