I think it's absurd to declare an athelete, musician or any other celebrity based entity a hero because my definition of hero is probably different then most people. People throw that term around far too much, in the instance of musicians, atheletes and those such, I would classify them as inspirations or idols (more likely) then heroes. I believe heroes to be of different and more respectable status. Role models such as parents, teachers, coaches and those who do significant actions directly towards you are what I classify to be "heroes".
