Give me one good reason why you shouldn't blow work off for the night? Are you going to get fired? Let me make this clear, I'm not trying to be a jerk here. Really. I just can't comprehend putting work ahead of a girl that obviously wants to spend time with you. I love my job, despite the fact it was the last thing I ever expected myself to do. I love my pay, I love the control and I love the satisfaction of seeing a customer feeling like he got his money worth (and it's often ALOT of money invested). I get paid much more then I should be at my age, but thats why not I love the job. Despite all that, I would gladly tell my boss "I'm not working today" if a girl is involved.

What always appealed to me in auto racing is the strategy. The chess game that is played in regards to who will draft with who, when do you pit and what do you do once you get there. The science of getting the right wedge adjustment and the mathmatics of conserving the most fuel while sacrificing minimal speed. Crashing just delays things, go watch a demolition derby if that is what you want. That would apply to F-1 or indy auto racing not to BUSCH/NEXTEL leagues. It applies to all forms of racing, aside from drag racing obviously. There's always strategy involved in every level of auto racing.

Marvin, think about how weak you look for saying "Um, yeah I'd like to see you but I gotta work at my shitty low paying job instead". To her, it's so plain to see that you work a shitty job that you need to work those hours and it tells her "yeah, I lack balls". If you blow a date off for fucking work, you simply don't deserve any sex at all.

Mamaluke/Guido Vs Crazy and Tajiri? I approve. I'm shocked they didn't just reunite Mexi-Cools for it, but I approve a Tajiri return.

Hulk was protecting the business there. He obviously knew that Warrior would be a complete failure, so he popped up quickly to present this as a lucky fluke victory for Warrior. He knew he would have to carry the weight of the wrestling industry on his shoulders again after Warrior failed. He had to keep himself strong, for the good of the business.

I would imagine a newspaper would have statistics to support that statement, did they? Was it a passing remark in a column?
-
That's true what he said. I guess the correct way to say it is that NASCAR is the most watched sporting organization. Which is like saying WWE is the most watched wrestling promotion, because you obviously got other wrestling promotions but none as big like WWE.

Elder High could have stepped in place for Cincy tonight and still smoked him.

The answer is simpler then you think: Homicide is not New Jack. He sees a black guy wearing "gangsta" clothes and assumes they are the same persona. New Jack and Homicide, are worlds apart and if you can't pick up the subtle differences in what makes them so despite the similar appearence and tendency to involve themselves in insane brawls, you never really understood either men.

Auto racing, itself as a whole probably beats soccer since there's all kinds of racing leagues beyond the more well known ones in America. In America, alone there are over 10 major types of auto racing leagues from NASCAR, Outlaw, ARCA, Indy, Sprint and others. Remember how big auto racing is in countries like Italy, England Germany and others. I would say Auto Racing is the closest thing to Soccer in terms of world wide popularity.
-
Here is what happened, your boss heard the correct term of NASCAR being the #1 spectactor sport and interpreted to mean it's the most watched in the world. Obviously, people in Germany aren't watching NASCAR. They got their own racing that they follow. Soccer is HUGE everywhere except this country.
-
Top to bottom, NASCAR draws more spectators then any other sport in America. People always have the misconception that NASCAR is a once a week event at one venue. There's over 350 NASCAR sanctioned events a week across America and some international markets(Mexico City, Japan etc). I don't have the average on my hands, but most crowds generally pack from 5,000 to 250,000(obviously this comes from the Daytona, Tallegeda, Bristol type tracks) and those don't count the additional 5-10,000 in the field. So, 350+ venues drawing the same or bigger crowd then MLB, NBA or NHL does per event in a week...add that up to a season that lasts from mid february to early november. That is why it is refered to as the top spectactor sport in America. Is it the most VIEWED in the world? No, that's obviously soccer.

His age isn't but his body is that of an 90 year old man, or a corpse.

The entire MILESTONE SERIES was just great stuff, even Arena Warfare which was easily the weakest show still had some good stuff. Nothing will top Do-Fixer/Blood Generation this year. Easily the MOTY.

Why would you even spend money buying movie theatre food? $4.50 for a medium popcorn? FUCK THAT. That's why you always go to dinner before the movie or at least sneak the food in.

These shirts would be fine if they didn't plaster them with the wrestlers bodies and faces on them. I bet the Mr. Perfect shirt would be a huge seller if you just kept the logo intact and no image and especially no big W on the back. Same with Simply Ravishing. The Sarge shirt, could pass because it looks like your typical drill sarge yelling, so it wouldn't be out of place with your usual comedy shirts. That being said, the uno cards? that's boss. Who is the moron running the merch department?

I understand where you are coming from but If I would to attend a seminar from a wrestler? Foley. Hands down. Only 3 guys ever had real pull with Vince. Hogan, Hunter and Foley. I don't include Shawn because Hogan trumped him, so he isn't worth mentioning now. So Foley is just as capable at teaching a seminar for making the most money out of using the business to have a credible life after it. Hogan might be a rich dude but he's a joke to general public, Foley is a slightly less rich but more reputable name in general public. Foley would teach part 2 just as well but in addition, he'd teach you how to tell and sell a story. Just like Hogan, Foley has always been a master at playing to the crowd despite serious limitations or need for effort. The best "seminar" I've seen have been the Secrets of the Ring series with Raven. Really great stuff as he breaks down every detail of storytelling from the story itself, the execution and pacing of a match, story and how it all comes together. Spent 3 hours on how NOT to be a babyface.

Thanks to that little pesky quad injury.
-
Which contradicts the old story that Hogan discovered TBS at a Bulls game in 1995.
-
Smackdown just derails any momentum they might have had with tonight's show.
-
Here's a concept. Blow work off. It's work. Big deal. Use a fucking sick day. It's not like you are making big bucks with it anyways.
-
The real ECW would have just made it a 3-way dance with TBS/Cena/Sabu.
-
3 months ago, Sabu was getting through around through tables and barbed wire by Abyss and now he's doing a paint by numbers brawl with John Cena on national tv. Life sure changed around for him.
