Complete lack of professionalism? What you do outside your work life, as long as it's not criminal has no bearing on your ability to perform your job nor your sense of professionalism. In no job, can you be fired for sleeping with a co-worker's wife or girlfriend. Can you be fired for causing internal differences in the company? Yes, as long as they can claim it affected that person's ability to do their job. Edge, only improved upon his ability to go his job by sleeping with Lita.

Why'd they change Randy Ortan's new theme back to his old one?
Hawk 34 replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
They did that with Cena last year, he had the popular intro of "Thugnomics" and two weeks before WM, he debuted "My Time is Now" which has the more dramatic opener and fans were still not used to it by Mania time. -
You can be Chris Jericho. That's low.

The OAO RAW Thread for March 20, 2006
Hawk 34 replied to Open the Muggy Gate's topic in The WWE Folder
The main problem with Mama, isn't that she is a negative stereotype but rather that she is a poorly writen character. That's the problem with the WWE, among alot of other things. The fact that a paint by numbers storyline between two girls is the best storyline that they have is considerably jarring. Instead of using Mama as a chance to be innovative as well as creative or just decent, she plays up stereotypes for no reason other then the fact WWE can't find the time to do that anymore and would rather stick to conventionality and write Mama like she has been written. -

Mama Benjamin, is just another example of what is actually wrong with the company. -
Who will have the balls to whack a current bosses son? As for Buscemi? I was actually disapointed in his character.

This whole show, the concept is horrible and the execution doesnt seem like it's going to improve anything. TigerMask IV/Angel? That's cool but it shouldn't be in a cage. Cages, have historically been built for blood feuds. Not for international "dream" matches and arm-wrestling challenges. Arm-wrestling inside a cage? Stupid. Blind-fold match? really dumb. If they want to use this concept ppv, they should only have 5-6 matches. Matches that have a purpose. I would have done AMW/Dudleyz to finally blow that off, do the war-games styled main event (4 on 4) with Cage, Sting, Killings, Rhino and Vs Jarrett, Brown, Abyss, and Steiner. Joe/Sabu isn't that bad of a move because Sabu can bump and Joe can dish that out and it's different then another 3 way. AJ/Daniels: The final showdown with years of story building to the epic conclusion. LAX vs James Gang (without Konnan or daddy involved). Then a six man mayhem with Lethal, Shelley (who would be involved in the war-games match build up), Dutt, Sabin, Bentley and ? (insert any x worker) That's 2 tag team programs being blown off, a match that would cement Joe in the heavyweight ranks, a blow-off from the long running AJ/Daniels program and a main event with the big stars in a match that's suited for them and saves a couple main events for other shows. You also get your fun spot-fest x match as well.

Why, do I get the feeling that AJ tries to talk Vito or some minor character like Benny into getting him a gun "for protection" and he gets wasted one night and kills someone else instead of Junior and not someone involved with the family?

Heenan, delivers comedy and actually knows Lanza well. JBL, would be forced to break character. Why would a rich self-made man from New York want to spend his time honoring a sleazy texan cowboy? It also reminds people that JBL, was a joke once. They spent alot of time and effort to break away from that perception.

That's another thing, besides the coherant though un-creative structure of this storyline that I enjoy... It's two actual trained wrestlers involved in a in-depth and meaningful storyline at WWE's biggest stage. It's not the tired "Diva does Playboy, other diva gets mad, title match at Mania" or the "One girl called the other a slut". There's a point that is worth something in between two good (in the grand scheme of things) female wrestlers who are capable of making something out of this, which is more then we can say about last year's mess.
-
Don't forget that Lita, would be brining things around as the white trash slut bag she "plays".
-
Bloodying the hot blonde girl at WM? That'd make an good impression. Trish isn't one of the playboy models, Trish actually has a passion or respect for the business, she isn't there just to look good. She made every move to be the best she can. If they can convince her that doing a blade job is worth it, she'd do it. She'll probably get expert advice on how to prevent significant scaring. I think it'd be a good way to take this, because blood on girls in American mainstream wrestling isn't standard and to do something like that at Mania? That'd make it memorable.

Gamecrazy at blockbusters? I thought they were at hollywood video only? Game something, bottom line is that they have that there. Probably under a different name, i never cared enough to investigate it's actual name.

I'm shocked the directors didn't have Katharine and Kellie give Kevin a kiss at the end of the show to play off that stuff Kevin said eariler this year.

THERE IS A GOD!
-
Oh, must they tease us with Kevin being in the bottom three.

Good, dialidol was wrong about Elliot...

Very good close to an overall tremendous season. It wasn't the greatest show ever or the most shocking or anything, just well done.

WWE is really reaching for ad space, as they have ads on AIM and Myspace. (showcasing Cena and oddly enough, Booker T).

Who Gets The Final Money In The Bank Spot?
Hawk 34 replied to Detective Comics's topic in The WWE Folder
Depends on what Batista's state was, if he was still injured? Probably working Orton in the title program. If Batista was healthy, it would have been 'Tisa/Orton. Possibly Shawn as one of the few dream matches left (not sure what the storyline would have been) or probably another rehash with Benoit or Angle. -
I don't mind running commentary, if it's a small audience size and they are responding to it with laughter. It becomes more intimate and can make a shitty movie more enjoyable. I don't care if someone else wants to talk because I can easily tune people out, but bothering other people just isn't cool. I have seen a few incidents like DA mentioned although not with coke splattered girls but the most interesting one was a few months ago, when myself and a friend of mine took her nephew who was 8 to a kids movie in the afternoon. The theater was empty except for us three, a older couple and a teen couple. Obviously, the teens didn't go to see the movie and that was obvious but they made the mistake of not sitting in the back and sat right in the middle. Normally, I wouldn't have minded (good for them) but there was an eight year old right there, so I felt it was not in good taste but the kid wasn't even aware or just didn't care. The older couple? About mid-way through the movie, they got noticably irritated and the older lady, a classic church going goody two-shoes shouts as they were leaving "YOU OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED!". The rest of us (the eight year old included) just burst into laughter.

We might as well close the thread now, because there is no better way to emphasize and express just how completely wasted he would be in the WWE, not even if you wrote a 10,000 word essay on the subject. He doesn't even have the cheerleader look, so he's screwed. Damned to 6 minute internet matches with Funaki

Like I said, even the most die-hard ROH star (Punk, who did more then just wrestle for ROH. As he was a trainer and commentator, and said screw TNA after the RF situation happened) left for WWE. Strong is a loyal servant to Gabe but he isn't dumb. Unless WWE offered him a contract that is significantly less then what he makes as a indy/tna star and he feels he is still young enough to wait, then maybe he might not sign with WWE. He wouldn't be in talks and doing dark matches and KII matches for WWE, if he had no interest.

It was there? Actually, I was negative about his performence last night but that was only because Walk the Line is a favorite song and seeing it changed like that was not pleasant. He actually did a decent job of making it different.

9. I was halfway through with my latest entry...
Hawk 34 commented on a blog entry in Leelee's Blog.
I'm shocked that I am saying this, but I'm turning around on you. You used to annoy me but others are just increasingly frustrating in their worthless attempts to steal attention away. Sure, you like attention but isn't that the main reason most are here anyways? You have boobs. This, makes you a target for these kids. Fight the power, sister.
