Rey needs to untie his bootlaces at one point. And maybe get a clean pin to win it. Ending Wrestlemania with a small package, even if it gets a new champion, doesn't seem right. Put the small package in the second fall (Rey does a desperation drop-toehold and goes for the 619, but Angle evades and grabs Rey's ankle on the follow-through, then gets pulled into a small package), and have the top-rope hurricanrana end with Angle being set up for the 619, which Rey hits, crowd goes wild, etc.

Nope you're not the only one. The song fit the WM22 promp to a T. Makes you wonder why it took them so long to use this song for a WM. Speaking of Peter Gabriel when are they going to make a HHH promo with "Sledgehammer"? I was talking to somebody about that a week or two ago, but pretty much ruled it out as ever happening. Now that I learn the singer is apparently the guy doing the WM22 music, I really want it to happen. I also have that song stuck in my head now.

We do get hot days at other times, but not as regularly as we do during summer. The biggest potential issue with moving it closer to winter is that if you get a bad week, they could be in for a rainy tournament. As for Australia's biggest annual sporting event - that's sort of true. The AFL grand final traditionally draws huge amounts of attention in Victoria (and interstate, if there's a team from somewhere else playing), and in the states north of Victoria there's also rugby to think about, but the Open is our biggest event that involves people from other countries. In other news, I'm going to be watching the Sui/Aus Davis Cup tie for Guccione.

Of course, there's always the other regularly-brought-up point that on-court temperatures during an Australian summer can get a little warm, but the American sports schedule comes ahead of that.

Just give Edge a new finisher, have him debut it tonight and win the title back. Or have him pull out the Edge-ucator to combat the STFU. I'm not saying that will make it all better, or make the crowds happy, or improve ratings, but I'd like to see it anyway.
