I didn't know he cashed it in. I don't read the spoilers. I'm gonna enjoy seeing Edge win it tomorrow night.

That's what I was thinking. It all seemed a bit premature. Like you say, 2 months is nothing for MITB, especially considering Kennedy had already chosen WM24 to cash it in. Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of another Edge title run, but WWE should have left Kennedy with the MITB in order to build him up even more. Even if Kennedy goes over Edge and regains the MITB when he returns, It still doesn't make him look as strong as not losing it in the first place. Anyway, it's great to know Kennedy will be back sooner than expected.

Kennedy/Hardy was great, but Kennedy clearly should have been put over strongly. As always, a great Smackdown tonight.

[ I agree. Aside from the New Breed stuff, the rest of this week's show sucked. Remember when we used to have great matches (like RVD/Test) almost on a weekly basis? I would even go further than you to say that the main event this week was mediocre. Like another poster said, it felt rushed. Mcmahon is so deluded that he believes he's a draw as champ or otherwise. That's just sad.

This sucks. This REALLY sucks! I was absolutely loving Taker's reign as champ. A credit to Mark is the fact that during his match at Backlash, he didn't even look hurt. He managed to work the entire match well.

Edge/Orton was great. Nice heat, considering they're both heels. I was waiting months for this match to finally happen. As much as I hate Khali, I did enjoy the Cena beatdown.

Overall, this was a good PPV. I wish WWE put Taker over ALOT stronger than they did. Great match though. MVP/Benoit was another highlight. Mcmahon as ECW champion is so stupid.

I was at this show. Regal was ALOT more over than it sounded on tv. The original Deuce-Domino segment with Krystal was totally different. WWE edited the "what?" chants MVP was getting from the crowd. I enjoyed the show.

I loved the Foley/Edge interaction.

A great show tonight. I for one am glad that Deuce & Domino are the tag champs. It was a good match aswell. I can't wait to go to Earls Court on Tuesday for Smackdown.

Punk was the best thing about this week's show. The idea of a "rebel in the ranks" of the New Breed could be interesting.

The main-event was pointless. Cena sucks, the crowd knew that. I'm not going to the Raw taping next Monday, but I am going to the Smackdown taping next Tuesday. I can't wait!!

MVP/Benoit was great. Benoit's counter to MVP's suplex was awesome.

At first I thought CM Punk's turn was a double bluff, given that Burke was smiling a bit too early. I still think it's a bad idea for Punk to be a heel, but at least it should be interesting to hear his "reasons" next week.

Agreed. IMO, RVD was the unquestionably the most over guy in the Alliance. Even Austin wasn't as popular(at the time).

The main-event for Backlash could be interesting, but I have a feeling Cena will go over clean. I doubt WWE will give Edge his MUCH deserved title run.

I totally agree. I love King Booker!

The Sharmell turn was entertaining. It'll be interesting to see where this goes. Taker was put over well. I'm really going to enjoy his title run.

The main event was great this week. Awesome finish. I don't think it's a good idea for WWE to even consider turning CM Punk heel by joining the New Breed. Aside from being to early in his career, IMO he's the second most popular face in ECW(after RVD).

I didn't like the order of the matches. Taker/Batista should have been last. I marked-out big-time for Taker winning. Great match!

You mean you already saw it? How? Smackdown is delayed for me until TOMORROW. ;_; I'm in the UK. I always finish watching it before it has even started in the USA.

Booker/Punk was good. JBL was graat on commentary tonight, as always.

Edge was great this week, as usual. WWE should put him in a the title picture after Mania. This time, give him a long run! I would prefer a feud with HBK, NOT Cena. I REALLY hope WWE doesn't cross the line by ending Taker's Mania streak. If they do, there's no going back. I love the streak.

I loved Booker's line to Batista: "I wanna talk to you about this ass whoopin!" I couldn't stop laughing!

Kennedy jobbing to Hardy was shocking, but I think WWE was just trying to put over the idea that anybody in the MITB has a chance of winning it.
