Deal or no Deal is the dumbest show that ever lived. Anything with Nancy Grace - What a crazy lady. I follow crimes and trials and her shows just makes me crazy. Her ignorant remarks about the island of Aruba when the Natalee Holloway case was big news made me want to drop-kick her. Ditto for the Duke case. I hear her show Closing Arguments is going bye-bye. Good. George Lopez - Why is garbage still on the air? George Lopez is not funny & his show is even worse. The Real World: Why is this still on? After 64 seasons you'd think MTV would let. it. die. Every season it's the same people over and over and over and over. The 4400 - What started out as a neat alien abduction show has turned into some really bad writing and storylines. Just let it go. Psych - Good premise, cannot hold out that long - the schtick has to end.

Based on what we learned tonight I am going guess thatCandace is either horribly scarred which is why she always threatens to show someone something that will tear there eyes out or Candace is really some fat Guy. this is perhaps playing to stereotypes nut Candace is a massive comic book nerdas shown tonight. I know for a fact that there are female comic book nerds, BUT... that does seem like kind of a guy thing, stereotypically. Just something to consider !

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter We reported last week that Vince McMahon had instituted a doctrine to present the divas of the company in a classier manner in order to obtain more mainstream sponsorship. It appears as if McMahon has made a 180 on that decision and decided against it since Kevin Dunn was very vocal in saying that it would not work and would wreak havoc on the upcoming Diva Search (which is considered Vince's baby).

Borat: This guy's funny because...? Jackass (both of them): Title fits both the performers AND the audience! American Pie (All of them): A kid fucks a pie and...yeah... Scarface- I seriously dont get it. It's a pretty good gangster movie, but why all the worship by celebs and entertainers? Goodfella's is more realistic and is much much better.

WASHINGTON -- A missing pair of pants has led to one big suit. A customer got so steamed when a dry cleaner lost his trousers that he sued for $65 million. Two years later, he is still pressing his suit. The case has demoralized the South Korean immigrant owners of the mom-and-pop business and brought demands that the customer -- an administrative law judge in Washington -- be disbarred and removed from office for pursuing a frivolous and abusive claim. Jin Nam Chung, Ki Chung and their son, Soo Chung, are considering moving back to Seoul, seven years after they opened their dry-cleaning business in the nation's capital, said their lawyer, Chris Manning. "They're out a lot of money, but more importantly, incredibly disenchanted with the system,'' Manning said. "This has destroyed their lives.'' The customer, Roy Pearson Jr., who has been representing himself, declined to comment. According to court documents, the problem began in May 2005 when Pearson became a judge and brought several suits for alterations to Custom Cleaners in Washington. A pair of pants from one suit was missing when he requested it two days later. Pearson asked the cleaners for the full price of the suit: more than $1,000. But a week later, the Chungs said the pants had been found and refused to pay. Pearson said those were not his pants, and decided to take the Chungs to the cleaners and sue. Manning said the cleaners have made three settlement offers to Pearson: $3,000, then $4,600, then $12,000. But Pearson was not satisfied and expanded his calculations beyond one pair of pants. Because Pearson no longer wanted to use his neighborhood dry cleaner, he asked in his lawsuit for $15,000 -- the cost of renting a car every weekend for 10 years to go to another business. Manning said Pearson somehow thinks he has the right to a dry cleaner within four blocks of his apartment. The bulk of the $65 million demand comes from Pearson's strict interpretation of Washington consumer protection law, which imposes fines of $1,500 per violation, per day. Pearson counted 12 violations over 1,200 days, then multiplied that by three defendants. The case is set for trial June 11. Sherman Joyce, president of the American Tort Reform Association, an organization that fights what it considers abusive lawsuits against small businesses, has asked that Pearson be denied a renewal this week of his 10-year appointment. The association has also offered to buy Pearson the suit of his choice. http://www.dailymail.com/story/News/200705...uit-over-pants/

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter Mr. Kennedy, MVP, Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch are getting marks from some people in management because they are studying 80s tapes of long matches to improve their ring psychology. MVP has shelves full of videos from that era of Eddie Guerrero, Dynamite Kid, Dean Malenko, Tiger Mask and Toshiaki Kawada among others.

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter WWE has approached Arn Anderson about the possibility of him coming out of retirement. Triple H and Stephanie were really pushing for this. The original idea was to have him wrestle one or two TV matches with Flair to help promote the 4 Horsemen DVD. Anderson was all for the idea but due to the legal liabilities with his condition, it would never happen. The chances of him getting injured with his preexisting injuries would be very high. The only way he’d be able to return is through a medical clearance. Several backstage were talking about how he was going to come back as a player/coach type gimmick. Similar to Finlay’s, when he returned.

BLACKSBURG, Va. - The Virginia Tech gunman mailed a package of photographs, video and writings to NBC News in New York before he killed himself in the massacre that left 33 people dead, authorities said Wednesday. NBC said that a time stamp on the package indicated the material was mailed in the two-hour window between the first burst of gunfire in a high-rise dormitory and the second fusillade, at a classroom building. ADVERTISEMENT "This may be a very new, critical component of this investigation. We're in the process right now of attempting to analyze and evaluate its worth," said Col. Steve Flaherty, superintendent of Virginia State Police. He gave no details on the material. NBC said it immediately turned the package — containing what the network described as a "lengthy diatribe" from Cho Seung-Hi — over to authorities on Wednesday. NBC would not disclose the contents beyond characterizing the material as "disturbing." The was sent to NBC News head Steve Capus. If the package was indeed mailed between the first attack and the second, that would help explain where Cho was and what he did during that two-hour window.
