I choose: Mark Messier. I believe he is 3rd of all time in points. He captained two teams to the Stanley Cup. His number is retired in New York and Edmonton. I don't know what else to say. Also, he never ever played in Vancouver...never.

Stern and the owners shouldn't have allowed this. The Sonics have been in Seattle for 40 years. give Bennett an expansion franchise in OKC and add another franchise in the opposing conference. Of course, I don't think that any of the 4 major leagues should expand.

Boy USC and UCLA are going to be pissed. If a NFL team comes here, they'll have a nice stadium and more competition as it comes to the football fanbase here. I guess I could see the Rams coming back because of their connection to So Cal. The Vikings would a long shot but I think their having a problem replacing the Metrodome because the bridge collapse.
