Seattle needs a team. The NHL hardly has any coverage the Northwest according to my former science teacher. I think Detroit needs to be in the Eastern Conference that way the Avs/Wings can play in the finals. That would have huge ratings.

I really don't know because I do not play on the ice there. I think Broduer hated it though and I know Mike Modano hates the ice American Airlines Arena.

Are you stupid? Do the words "ice surface" mean anything to you? And aren't you from ANAHEIM?!? If you're running a league that starts in April, you better have a game with the Anchorage Anchors visiting the Nunavut Minimalists, or you're going to be skating on slush with a super-ball puck. Tampa Bay and Dallas have been maligned for shitty ice surfaces in the beginning of the season and the postseason. The Not-The-Northlands Coliseum, up in Edmonton, is renowned for having a superb ice surface. Likewise, Edmonton is renowned for being pretty fucking cold in the winter. April?!? Come on! This is as "winter sport" as winter sports get! In case you didn't notice, AstroRink hasn't been invented yet, and they're playing on FREAKING ICE. FROZEN WATER. A PHENOMENON THAT TAKES PLACE IN WINTER. CANADIAN CHILDREN PLAY HOCKEY ON FROZEN PONDS, THEN GO INSIDE AND WATCH IT ON TV. Ice hockey in the summer. Don't insult people's intelligence. Well said. If any sport currently played in the winter should be moved to summer its Basketball. I don't know anyone that goes outside when it's snowing to shoot some hoops, but I could be wrong, so edjumacate me. 1. I live close to Anaheim. 2. All the NHL teams play indoors so does it matter what time of the year. 3. The league is screwed if it can't promote itself anyway. I just want to watch hockey again. I went to the California Roller Hockey center today and it was deserted. I hope it opens tomorrow. If I can't watch it then I need to play it again.

The NHL/teams should have marketed/advertised better when they had a season. I know when certain NBA teams and games are being played but rarely do I hear the Ducks @ Red Wings. The NBA, NFL, and MLB have so much national converage and like 2 NHL games a week are being played on national TV. This is going to make some of you mad. What if they change hockey season from starting in October to around April. WHY?!? Because the NHL has to compete with the NFL and the NBA. If they play in the summer and they have to do is compete with baseball. That is a fairer fight.

I have been working at a "Safeway" supermarket since mid-October. Its had its ups and downs. The things that piss me off about the job are the following: 1. The union. I pay 50 cents per week for the union but I do not know what they are doing to help me. I make minimum wage and I thought the unions cared about everyone, that's why they had the big strike. I could try finding a job somewhere else and keep fifty cents a week. 2.The managers. I worked Thursday morning and there were 4 managers in there and most of them are rude to the employees because of the small mistakes we make. I think what I hate about the job is how expendable I am to them. 3. The hours. Supermarket working hours vary especially because of the holidays. Even before the holidays, I would have killed for consistent hours. Now, here is the thing. My 1st semester of college is almost over and during this semester, I was able to be in school during Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I told them I could work the remaining days. Well my next semester is coming soon and I'm in school all 5 days. I told my manager that and he asked if I wanted to still work there and I told him yes.(If I told him no, my mom would have gotten upset.) I'm sorry but I want to grow up and be someone instead of bagging groceries my entire life. I wanted to rant and see if anyone had any similar experiences and here's a bonus. With the semester ending, there is a girl I like. I would talk to her but: 1) She tends to arrive at class 5 to 15 minutes late. 2) Leaves during class. 3) Is on her cell phone a lot. I saw her after class and I was going to talk to her but she was on it. (She's a commuter student so I can't go to her dorm room.) What should I do?

On Thursday, I worked four hours without taking a break. On Friday, that girl in school that I like arrived at class 15 minutes late and she looked like she just woke up. I'll see her during the finals once and who knows if I'll ever see her again. Today, I got my schedule for next week. I'm working 21 hours and I did not get Sunday off like I wanted. I told this checker that I'll would be working 7 hour shifts. She said try doing it for 30 years. She told me told get comfortable shoes. I said I would go to Wal-Mart. A silence suddenly fell upon the room. She told me not to shop at Wal-Mart cause they are non-union. (Like I care, they have cheap prices.) Anyway, I did cart duty for an hour in the hot sun and apparently I did not do it good enough because Manager 13 out of 25 came to talk to me. I told him to put 2 people out there because they expect you do alot (collect carts, pick up trash, etc). After the first of Jan., I'll probably be let go because of my schedule changing. I want to leave but I have to get another job (according to the parents.) I missed RVD and Rey Mysterio. They were in town signing autographs and there was huge line out to see them. No one will end up watching the PPV tomorrow. Later.

I like Shawn Michaels and when I came into wrestling, he was defending his first world championship and I hated him. I was happy Sid won. After he turned heel and broke his back, I knew I would not see him for what I thought would be forever. I was happy that he came back but HHH vs. HBK is the only thing company (HHH) ever wanted to do with him. I like the Wrestlemania matches he had (vs. Jericho and the Yriple Threat). I think Shawn can have good matches but most of his promos suck. I think he works better as a heel.

I want to play roller hockey again. Is anybody keeping up with G4 TechTV's simulation of the 04-05 season?

Raw is not going to a Turner owned network because: a) They did not want WCW or WWF Nitro b) Vince does not really like Ted Turner.

I like hockey and I played it for awhile and I live in California. Baseball is the most boring sport in the world. It's a good sport to watch if you like doing the wave over and over again. I don't like football, period. I'd go to a Laker's game if I did not have to take out a student loan to get decent tickets. Major League Soccer is actually more exciting in real life than on TV. I wanted to play in the NHL since I've been 18.

Two PPV's in California in one year, when has that happened last time.

In July, I built my own computer and put Windows XP Home on it and I activated it. Yesterday, my computer was having memory problems and it restarted but then it became stable. Today, the firewall crashed and I restarted the machine and now it's asking me to activate Windows. I went through MS DOS prompt to find there are still WPA files on my computer. What is going on here? I'm on my mom's computer and I don't think it's a virus cause my Norton is up to date. Can some one please help? Do I have to reformate it and put Windows 98 (because this activation thing is upseting me) on it? I bought Windows XP from newegg.com with the other computer components by the way. Thanks.
