Is it the same dude who said Chris Masters died?
-
Yeah well... ...shit.
-
Harris leaving the company was TNA's fault, they didn't capaltlise on his overness. He had one fued with Christian then dropped to a shit fued with Black Reign, then turned heel for no reason then left. The KotM match should have been huge for him, if TNA don't make the same mistakes, the KoTM should be huge for Roode too.

Isn't Curry Man supposed to be from Japan?...

I can't see how your making Roode in the main event to be a small thing. As I said, the guy has been trying to get over for 5 years now and has had some fairly decent fueds and now it's time to move him up into the main event slot. But they're giving it a slow burn by not thrusting him into a 1 on 1 match with like they did with Joe. This is Roode's chance to shine, to prove that he can hang with the big boys. Does he have a chance of winning? Of course not. Neither did Harris and he was the stand out star in last years KoTM.

The World Ends With You This game did interest me. Official Nintendo Magazine loved it and it looks pretty sweet. And I haven't played a decent RPG in what seems like forever.

That's the problem, where I live with my folks I have to turn the PC off and I can't leave it on for long periods of time.

Apperantly so, they filled out the tent pretty well last year. As for Doherty, I don't really care. The guys a douche and his music sucks. I hope he doesn't show. BYOP should be great, I've been listening to Get Awkward a lot recently. They've just confirmned Mindless Self Indulgence.

Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

Scrooby - I can see what your saying dude and that's fine. But for me, the storyline was the weak link in an otherwise fine chain. The tarzan bit and the monkey's were'nt needed (the former more than the latter) but I liked the film. Until the ending, which was awful. -
Which one? I counted at least two. The end angle. It's practically the same end as last week. As for Angelina/Roxxi - you've got to remember that Roxxi already holds two clean wins over her. If Velvet just keeps getting involved, they'll do some sort of cage match I'd imagine so Roxxi can have her all to herself. Sounds good to me. And the glass ceiling comment was a bit off, they put Robert bleedin' Roode in the main event. The guy has been trying to get over for what 5 years now? It would have made more sense to put Storm in, but I guess Roode will be ok.

Yep, those spoilers sound mostly lame.

Probably for the best, I'm not good at the seeding side of things. That's what kept getting me banned.

Apperantly, there's a sking game coming out for use with the balance board. It calls for a Time Crisis port though.

Saw it last night. Loved it up until the end. An ark that melts faces, I can buy. Drinking from the cup of Christ for eternal life, I'll but at a push Someone needs to proof read George Lucas' stories sometimes. -
True, but I've always seen the Million Dollar Man character as someone who never really needed a title. Also - Mike DiBiase II does have a dev contract. I'm hoping that he is brought in as Ted Jr's partner, because they've got the makings of a pretty good team from what I've seen. It's a pity IRS doesnt have a son. Or does he?

I'm just glad they're doing something with Angel Williams and Talia Madison. They are TOO pretty to be kept of TV.

You go to Reading ever year? It's a 45 minute walk from my front door. I think the law states I have to go. Ha. That'd be awesome to be able to go every year. Who's there this year? It's being headlined by Rage Against The Machine (yay), The Killers (lame) and Metallica (meh). Other acts (that I'll be checking out) include, Slipknot, Tenacious D, Flogging Molly, Hadouken!, MGMT, Pendulum, Ting Tings, Blood Red Shoes, The Racontuers and a few others. It's actually the best line up in a LONG time.

Finally saw Impact. You're all right, that beatdown at the end was pretty awesome. But I did chuckle to myself when Tenay said, "I've never seen anything as brutal and violent as this" - he must have forgotten when Christian Coalition beatdown Abyss... Apart from that it was a pretty average Impact. The matches we're pretty good and the vignette promos for matches/wrestlers were well done. And that Awesome Bomb was excellent. I could watch that over and over. Was it CandianDestroyer who used to do the gifs of TNA? He needs to do one of that Awesome Bomb.

A kid who was going to be an extra in the new Harry Potter film was stabbed to death outside a night club on Friday night: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/7419185.stm What a fucking country we live in.

It didn't go over my head. I saw it for what it was.

Kevin Sullivan suplexed Taz and he Taz had an orgasm. End of story. You should check out the Raven/Honky Tonk Man Shoot (it should be in the Shoot interview MP3 thread in General), it's a really good listen.

I pretty much hated Shoot Em Up too. That films was beyond pointless. I don't know how anyone can hate Shoot Em Up. That shit was hilarious. It was just 7 action sequences tied together with a paper thin plot that was thrown in as an after thought. It was characterless (Clive is understanable, but Giamatti?!) and the dialouge was awful. Don't get me wrong, some of the action was OK, but for the most part it was an awful music video film.
