The Sting DVD would be worth it just to see the awesome build up for the Sting/Hogan fued only to have an awful ending.

Russo doesnt believe in faces and heels, he's been quoted to say that he writes wreslters as what the character would do rather than what a face or a heel would do. Which should work in thoery...

IMO: Senshi vs Chris Sabin at BFG 06 LAX vs XXX at BFG 07 I know the latter is a tag match, but it still counts. Those are the only two memorable matches he had in his second run of the company. Going as so far to say he was the most unmemorable wrestler in TNA history is a bit far. Did he leave a mark? No, but at least he had some good matches. TNA has hired (and thank christ fired) least memorable wrestlers than Senshi. A1 and Trytan come to mind instantly.

I would love a Sting career DVD, that would be awesome. Although, the action figure thing is wrong as the wrestlers sign deals with JAKKS for the likeness of figures rather than the WWE. He could have done a legends figure at any time and still can.

I was actually reffering to the reports that loads of wrestlers asked for their releases a while back. I can't remember the number or the cirumstances but they were all told they had to stay, but when the chips are down they know it's not a wise choice.

That was my orginal thought. Two notes from the WO coverage: I certainly hope that my over optimistic "it'll come off better on TV" approach works wonders for this week. On the plus side, WO said that the main event was "solid".

I'm not saying that, and Joe was right in most of what he said. But the guy is all talk. He's been pissing and moaning about how he hates the company, "tripping over bad booking" and his "shoot" last night but when he's offered a way out he sits on his hand and collects his paycheck. If you dislike it so much, why would you stay? Isn't that what happened with a lot of the kept down talent in WCW?

IIRC, part of the contract on Spike said that AJ had to be X champ, AMW had to be tag champs and JJ had to be the heavyweight champ. Hence why they jobbed Raven out (which still annoys me to this day) in Canada. I'm also pretty sure that Jackie was meant to be revealed as Raven's girlfriend which was hinted at from Rhino's promo at BFG 05.

Well the PPV sounds shit, which is a shame because I've been enjoying TNA over the past couple of months for all of its flaws. This will be the first PPV in months were I'll openly choose to watch the matches on Dailymotion rather than download it.

I can't remember the context of the promo, but it was Monty Brown talking to a Bob the Builder doll as if it was Christian. In fact, most of Monty's promos sucked.
