For those that were wondering about the criteria and how long Cena has been #1:

Lesnar vs Angle vs Kintaro Part 1 Lesnar vs Angle vs Kintaro Part 2

No you should not sir. Both So Cal Val and Alyson Hannigan are beautiful creatures. And yes, I have a thing for redheads. Both are fine. And there is nothing wrong with a redhead, I'm engaged to one, and what they say about redheads is so very true, nice out of bed, but wild in the sack.

Examples of a Wrestler TRULY Being Put Over
cd213 replied to zappafrank's topic in General Wrestling
Wasn't it him that was talking and Austin replied with the famous "What" that ended up having a life of it's own, still going today? -
I agree. The only thing he has done well in is L&O.

Redman was pretty decent in Seed of Chucky, although he was playing himself, albeit a characture or himself. I know I'm gonna get flammed for this, seeing as he had a shitty rap career, but Mark Wahlberg has had a pretty good acting career. He just seems to get better and better. Talking ab out Luda, I'm not a fan of him musically (since I'm a rock/metal fan), but whenever he is in Law & Order: SVU I try not to miss it. He has been really good in that. If he decided to go into acting and not do music, I wouldn't mind. LL is passable, Cube isn't the worst thing in the world. He did really well in Boyz 'n the Hood. Mos Def is great. He's got some great talent music and acting wise.

I think it came off during a match one time, and he threw it. It was just something that he kept doing after that, pretty annoying.

One of the reasons that WCW was entertaining at the end was because they knew it was all or nothing. They had to go balls out since the sale was very close. It got very entertaining with a lot of the younger guys finally getting a shot. On a side note, does anyone know what happened to Mike Sanders? He was great on the mic and getting better in the ring at that time.

The match itself was pretty good, but the commentary was horrible.

I just walked in the door of my apartment after seeing Hatchet in Manhattan. I have been waiting almost 2 years (that's when I first saw in Kane Hodder's imdB profile this film listed), and I must say, it was worth the wait. It was everything that a horror movie should be. It was gory, scary and funny (but in the right places). The kills were inventive, which is hard now-a-days. I also loved the ending. Green didn't wuss out on it, and I loved that it didn't have the "Hollywood ending." I am going to see it again next week with a couple of friends. I hope it goes wide though, as getting to Manhattan is a pain in the ass at times.

It's from the movie Hatchet starring Kane Hodder.

One of the main reasons it didn't last was the guy that won was a firefighter in NY that died in the towers on Sept. 11. Kind of ironic that the losers on the show"died" and the winner really died. That shows was the SHIT. I loved it. It was the only reality show at that time that was entertaining.

I've been waiting to see this film for over a year now. I's only playing at one theater in my area in Manhattan. I will be going to catch it tomorrow morning.

An article I read a few months ago in the NY Daily news will probably answer why the performances were only 30 secs-1 minute long. In the article it said TRL was talked about being canceled since the ratings were so low. The reason given was the article said That's kind of sad. Also, I love Bowling for Soup's song 1985. MTV actually stopped playing the video since it had the line I guess they didn't want their audience to know that videos used to be a main part of their past. I love the fact that MTV was created to play 24 hours of music TV. They went on to playing mostly crappy shows, so they came out with MTV2 to play nothing but 24 hours of music TV, now THEY play those shitty shows!!!

I've noticed that when reading the spoilers the past couple of months, they have read worse then when they were finally on tv. The shows come off better. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks as they are building some interesting feuds right now. I also like that they are starting to lay the foundation for a women's division. They only have a few female wrestlers but I read that they are in talks with SHIMMER, which would be all kinds of awesomeness. That would give them a great division.

This show was an utter piece of shit. The only thing that made it entertaining was Sarah Silverman. It seems no one there understood her comedy. The funniest part was the whole "we won't air this again after the first time" bullshit. After it aired I was able to watch THE REPLAY! Everyone knows MTV airs shit ad nausium. They just need to go back to what made this show great and get rid of those shitty new categories. And WHAT THE FUCK WAS WITH MISS SC?!?!?!?! Holy shit was that horrible! And gotta love the "fight" between Kid Cock and Tommy Lee. The fact that MTV put it on their website shows how desperate they are for people to visit their site, or just tune in for that matter.

I'd add Once Upon a Time in America to the list, too. As would I, there are just so many to add to the list. I guess you can tell my point is that the movie doesn't deserve all the hype and that some other movies deserve it more.
-
The movie is a horrible remake. Pacino is so over the top he makes the character unwatchable. I still don't understand the hype behind it. There are such better gangster movies out there, see The Godfather trilogy and Goodfellas. The reason hip-hop stars tend to idolize the character is because he made it to the top lying, stealing, and killing. They try to pass it off as their life.

Do any of the main stage performers NOT lip-synch?!
-
I love that MTV calls artists new just because they just started playing their music. You can't be a new artist if you have albums out already! They do this every f'n year!
-
I'm watching the replay right now, holy fuck, Britney just stops lip-synching, how lazy can one person be!
-
Not a horrible PPV overall. Was it TNA's best, no, but it was pretty entertaining. For one of their "throw-away PPVs" is was good. It also laid the seeds for BFG, which is what a PPV like this is supposed to do.
-
Great match there with a clean win for Lethal. It was a roll-up, but hell it's better then having him win due to outside interference.
-
I ordered the PPV after the first match. Rhino/Storm and Kaz/Roode was pretty good. The fans weren't into the Roode/Kaz match at first, but Kaz got them into it. Not so bad so far.
