I think people who get DUI's are retarded don't get me wrong but I also think there are "circumstances". You can be considered drunk when you aren't the level is so insanely low. I can drink 2 beers and be over the limit when I have to drink 8 to feel a buzz. If you are getting well over the limit and you are majorly fucked up you should get a harsher sentence that guy who had a beer.

How exactly? NASCAR programming is going to smoke ATH/PTI in the ratings. That stuff really gets better ratings than PTI? I doubt it... Because ESPN doesn't preempt one of the few shows people still want to watch on their channel, in order to give time to Indy. Besides, isn't this what ESPN2 is for. I actually know a guy who has 3 DUI's.........he has court dates and such and doesn't know if he's going to prison or not. Yes a DUI is stupid and he should have his liscense taken away for a long time but I'm not sure he should get some long prison term......he could just get house arrest which seems more in line for what he should get.

Vast overreaction. There's a tremendous difference between a DUI--a misdemeanor that results in no harm being done to another party--and, say, vehicular manslaughter resulting from a DUI, a felony in which a victim dies. Drunk driving is retarded and people should be punished for it, but there are obvious degrees that you have to take into account as with any crime. I don't know what this guy's particular case is, but that's a dangerous generalization to make. On the main topic, U.S. prisons are overcrowded, poorly managed warzones. I don't know what we do about that. They've overcrowded because peoples idea of getting elected is to make suburbanites feel they are tough on crime and they do that by sending minor non violent offenders to prison for longer sentences.

However if you're a woman who doesn't want to be treated as a whore to the boys in the back or someone on creative who expresses a sembalance of logic and history of the industry and can't stand having your ideas gutted and amended to an unrecognizable point then it's not the place for you. The women thing is just a pro wrestling thing in general........that's not exclusive to WWE.

Unfortunatly I don't think the clip is up on Youtube anymore but there was one where I believe against Portland no one touched Wade and he slipped and fell down.....and they called a foul. And you can just hear the Portland announcers and how ridiculous they found it..... The league is trying to make Wade into it's next superstar face and you know what it isn't working. The calling in the Finals did nothing but piss me off, he got foul calls for people breathing on him..... When 1 guy has 20 FT's in 1 game and it happens on a consistent basis that is bullshit, I'd have been going balistic if I owned the other team. I really doubt that after 6 months to a year has gone by it'd be harder for RVD to get bookings. Espically when guys who've been off WWE tv for years still get a lot of bookings. He didn't say he wouldn't get bookings just that he wouldn't get them at the 2,500 rate.......
