To be fair, you don't need to cut costs as much when you get to keep about 1/6 of your monthly salary payouts due to suspensions. -
Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

It's possible he wasn't interested in handing money to an "illegitimate child of his" without proof. I don't know the mother's sexual history or anything, but isn't it possible she'd just rather say "Yeah, you're Chris Benoit's daughter" rather than take the test and risk having to tell her "Sorry, I've no clue who your father is" if it comes back negative? Before this incident we all would have considered Benoit a great father figure. -
DLC ahoy! http://rated-m.blogspot.com/2007/09/biosho...n-ini-file.html

With some careful spending you can probably get both for $100. You won't be top-of-the-line and it depends a lot on your motherboard (DDR vs DDR2, AGP vs PCI-E are the two main splits) but I was able to get a decent Radeon and 1GB DDR2 for about that much.

With the talk of unprotected chair shots in the Benoit thread, how nuts is Umaga for ruining that chair with his skull? And on the "fun WWE vote facts" list, Steven Richards maintains his shocking lead in the "Who's Vince's son?" voting, and only 15% of the people that have voted think Cena should not be punished at all for taking out Regal. About 37% think he should be taken off air via suspension or firing, and the rest think he should drop the belt. Why do I get the strange feeling that the abundance of polls seems very Cyber Sunday-esque?

Fox, once again ramming Philadelphia down everyone's throat. Carolina/St. Louis is the more interesting game, by far, but bah gawd Donovan McNabb! Knees! Momma! Opinions! TO? Andy Reid? Kevin Kolb? Paul Pasqualoni? Tim Couch? Sternum? NFC Championship? IF IT'S REMOTELY RELATED IT'S A REASON TO AIR THE GAME.

Change that "page=4" to "page=1" if you want to start at the beginning of the interview.

Guess his contract finally expired. -
Plus he has to know that, regardless of what they do with him, he's going to be one of the most over performers on any show. At a point where the WWE is drastically low on star power, the name "Ric Flair" can still generate interest and thus provide him leverage in this situation. Considering the spelling change on the last name, can he even USE "Ric Flair" outside of WWE? I know he could keep Ric, but the change of spelling could constitute a stage name that WWE would not mind throwing some money at.

Snitsky's his last name. They didn't spend all this time building him as a monster to turn him into Gene McMahon. I'd say HBK, just so everyone can go nuts (read: JR) when Vince finds out he's directly related to all of DX.

For all you know the very next night would be Undertaker and Paul Bearer Apology night, so don't jump to such quick conclusions. -

If C&M can change a match finish on the fly, CT should be able to change post-match shenanigans on the fly. Considering that CT was already having "attitude problems", wouldn't it look really fucking bad if they got counted out when that wasn't the finish and then proceeded to just stand there and look like dumbfounded "Durr, wut happnd? Y we not teh winz?" retards? Like I said, it's a Samoan drop. Shad could've easily carried him around for a few seconds to "showboat" while he just told him "Samoan drop on 3, don't worry about J", but we don't know how it happened either way. I'm a fan of both teams, so as long as CT was safe about it I'd say that C&M started Improv Night at the Apollo House Show, CT just followed suit and shouldn't take as much heat as they did. -
Those clowns in Congress have done it again. What a bunch of clowns. Doink the Congressman?

Dude, Cryme Tyme's finisher was basically a Samoan drop, it's not like it was a super spike piledriver. -
The illegitimate child, ladies and gents: Because, clearly, Vince & Linda weren't married when Shane appeared, so he's a bastard son! And this is just revenge so the rest of the McMahons can show Vince how it feels to be tricked! Oh, and things are looking up because Shane jumps off of stuff.

I'd guess they weren't as gentle with the ref as they could have been when they stole his belt and sold it; not that I blame them, considering that the report indicates the ref botched the finish and not them. -
ECW/Smackdown Spoilers for the 9/4 and 9/7 airings

We're all missing the true highlight of the night: Smart move: Dykstra goes to the back "in search of Palumbo" while the bike is fixed; when it is, he hauls out to the ring in it and Dykstra has to comically dash from the locker room to the ring to make the match and avoid a countout. WWE decision: Dykstra wins by forfeit, and then just have a completely separate match between the two for no apparent reason. -

So...what are they going to do with all the guys that aren't on TV because "creative has nothing for them"? Their only options are to throw them out there with no logic behind it at all and completely waste the TV time, or have creative come up with something on the fly and shit on everyone they've let go or kept off-screen for however long due to lack of creative. -
App State for I-A promotion! Even though "Appalachian" isn't a state..... On a related note, Colorado fans are relieved; no longer is Montana State the most well-known FCS team. That said, when does Michigan win their first game? Oregon's not a pushover, and then they've got ND (who may be a pushover soon) and Penn State...they don't have a really winnable game until Sept. 29 when they go to Northwestern. 6-6 is a real possibility.

And just like that, everyone without the Big Ten network wishes they had it. I can't wait for the newest commercial.

I hate teasers like this. Why don't they just come out and fucking say who they have been told it is and see if its true? Why be so mysterious about it? If it's wrong it's wrong and they can just say "well it appears this wasn't the case". Only reason I can think of is to get people to renew their subscriptions and all but that is just annoying. It's possible they haven't even been told who the specific person is, just that there was one. I thought about that since they say "only hinted at us" but I just doubt that. If they have someone on the inside willing to spill the beans on something like this to begin with, it makes little sense for the person giving them the information to not at least "hint" that is Randy orton for example. Like I said, if its wrong its wrong so I don't see why they couldn't say something like "It's been hinted at that Randy Orton will not be suspended because.......but its far from unconfirmed so take it for what its worth" Leaves yourself and your source an out if wrong but at the same time its better than a tease. Then again, the other reports were saying even the creative staff was being kept somewhat in the dark over who was gone and who was available; perhaps their sources are in creative and just haven't gotten the official word yet? (Or even more likely, creative is still going through the "Who do we absolutely need, and what BS excuse can we give to get them off the 30-day suspension list?" motions.)

Bah, I missed it? Video anywhere?
-
If it is Orton, this just screams "Guess who wins the title at Unforgiven".
-
Just have Coach say (with some resentment) that Regal gave himself a month of paid vacation and that he's stuck with the dirty work, starting with Umaga suspended from Raw because too many wrestlers refuse to step in the ring with him. The other wrestlers refused to step in the ring with Umaga and are suspended as well for being pansies. Dude, Charlie f'n Haas. What the fuck, man. I know you probably promised Russ you'd make it, but jesus man, you're headed for the same end result.

Extreme rules would be stupid; Morrison wins by breaking the rules, so to "punish" him or "even the odds" you just get rid of the rules? Plus, doesn't Morrison have more Extreme Rules experience by a count of 1 to 0?
