My save just corrupted. I only had one CAW, but I was just down to Austin, Neidhart and Mankind to unlock and now I have to re-start. Related note: Is there an update coming for the 360 version?

Certain entrance movements can't be done with titles. I don't know which ones have titles and which ones don't. Speaking of glitches though, I was in a Tables match against a CAW online about an hour ago. He set me up on the Spanish Announce Table and went for the Shane-O Diving Elbow finisher. I escaped by rolling off the table, so he went crashing through it...and he won anyway. He was spread-eagle out on the floor, I was standing there sucking up stamina and KO flashes on the screen. I'm thinking "Sweet, he put himself through and I won!" only to be shot down

I suck at GM mode...I've just left Season on Easy and keep running CAWs through to get the EXP since unlimited's only unlocked through GM mode, apparently. Xbox Live isn't as nice as I thought it'd be. Had one guy beat and he disconnected; a second guy got himself counted out and proceeded to call me a bollock muncher in a voice message afterwards.

What? I thought it was RVD, Big Show, Test, Sabu, Punk and one more...is it Holly or Lashley? Heyman announced Holly, but apparently before Holly's name was written on the open contract, Lashley came in and put himself in the open contract instead. Sounds like a badass segment, actually. Plays to Lashley's strengths while keeping his mouth shut.

Considering how many 360 games got much higher PS2/Xbox ratings, I'm somewhat glad that it got a comparable 8.0. That said, wtf is with the 10-20 second load times? Could be worse, but still, average 15 seconds for a menu makes me shudder to think of a six-CAW Elimination Chamber. EDIT: As for removed stuff...eh. Maybe it's just not unlocked yet? Doubtful, but the game isn't even released in the US so who's to say?

How do you explain making a guy the Champion of Champions at Cyber Sunday and then have him drop his championship 3 weeks later at Survivor Series?

I played it for about a month and got bored. There's some really interesting stuff to do, and a handful of very entertaining games to play, completely designed and programmed by members; at least one (Tringo) is set for a non-Second Life release. My biggest problem (and the reason I quit playing) was it was SO SLOW. Just like in real life, everyone wants to have some catchy artwork and some snazzy backgrounds, and everything has to look cool...but unlike real life, Second Life has to deal with loading times. I had to turn down the settings to near-bare-minimum to get a "good" speed where I wasn't seeing gray boxes everywhere, and I'm on a relatively fast DSL connection. Maybe someone with cable wouldn't find it to be too bad, but I just got tired of going to somebody's area, then leaving for 5 minutes to wait for the entire landscape to load.

They can't. WWE was entitled to 4 NBC specials under their new agreement. They're entitled to two SNME's a year on NBC. And for a Raw treated like something special, the main event was a disaster. Undertaker treats Cena like a jobber, Cena acts like a jobber, a cheap DQ finish, and all in five minutes. Could they not have just put all three champions together in a six-man against Hardy, Van Dam and Undertaker? Make it like this big Raw deserves the first time ever that the WWE, World and ECW Champion have all teamed up, but then have their ego's prove too big and cause a no-contest? At least then you wouldn't have Cena, who is meant to be treated like he's the next Steve Austin, getting treated like he's the next Mike Sharpe. How was Cena treated like a jobber? The only jobber-ish thing he did was take a mild beating from Taker, culminating in a chokeslam; within 3 minutes after being chokeslammed by Taker he'd forced the ECW champion to tap out AND laid out the World Heavyweight champion of Smackdown. I for one am sick of seeing the constant protection of DX and Cena, especially since it's resulted in the near-burial of Cade, Murdoch and Edge with Orton on the way into the grave with them.

Remember back when they built hype for a match based on who was in it, not what gimmick it was? When was the last time we wanted to see Cena/Edge because it was Cena/Edge, not Cena/Edge TLC, Cena/Edge Cage, etc.

They tried that for the past few months; look how much TV time pure wrestling ability got him. If you're looking for somebody to get over based on their wrestling ability you're watching the wrong promotion. And that Big Show shirt just reinforces my belief that the people making WWE shirts need to be fired. Who the fuck would wear that? Even Big Show wouldn't wear that atrocity.

They officially said it's a timeslot move and extension, and not just a two-hour special, right?

I'd be happy with any of the three people Roode has "interviewed" thus far, with preference lying in the exact order they were interviewed in. That being said... Hey, why wouldn't Roode announcing his selection be the big announcement? It's just enough of a "You call that a big announcement?" to be plausible. I'd love to order the show, as the Ultimate X looks spectacular, Joe's promo sold me on Joe/Jarrett, Rhino/Cage shouldn't be too bad, Raven/Abyss/Runt should be my kind of bloody brawl, and Senshi/Sabin has the possibility to be the biggest sleeper X-Division title match yet. Unfortunately I'm broke

Where, then, do you draw the line? Do you not allow people to chant against your top face? Do you have to bring proof of purchase showing $50 in John Cena merchandise to get in? Just think how shitty Rocky Maivia would've turned out if we were forced into watching his blue-chipper Rocky persona for a half decade, because people weren't allowed to voice their opinions on thinking he sucked, and the Die Rocky Die sign never got through. Long, convoluted rant short; you can't intelligently have announcers hype the guy as "controversial" and "either you like him or you don't and he don't give a damn either way" while you're secretly piling blankets to cover the pile of dissatisfied ticketholders by taking their non-obtrusive, non-vulgar signs away from them.

No one ever said it was or wasn't. I hope they keep pushing Cena as a face, and maybe something new will happen with the fans. What do you mean by something new? I'm curious to see how far they can take this with the fans that do hate him this much, and see how they keep reacting. That alone makes the company more interesting than in years. If you're uninteresting enough for long enough, I guess anything can be construed as interesting. On the sign topic, I ask just one question: If the overness of John Cena is jeopardized by one guy holding a sign implying that he "fears workrate", how good a job can creative possibly be doing?

The ECW show needs a name; people sound stupid when they say "On ECW last week..." Still not liking the submission finish of Punk; is it an arm submission or a neck submission? Nobody sells it post-match because they just sort of clutch both so they have the bases covered.

God damn it. Wasn't the plan for Cena to take the belt back in Boston at SummerSlam? All logic says that with Smackdown flagshipping on the new CW network, bringing Cena over would be a huge ratings pop; keep him off the air for a month as he "prepares to return" and then the debut of Smackdown on CW brings John Cena's return to action.
