I'm sorry and I don't mean to sound like an asshole but where did you hear that the title might go around Test? Sites have been saying that it's the current plan and the source of the news was Alvarez. Which means it's definitely a fake report because his current newsletter never said any of that stuff. In fact, in his actual words, "but anyway, I’d suspect the other four in the match will be Test, CM Punk, Sabu and Sandman, and if you put a gun to my head today, I’d say the next ECW Champion will be — pardon my shudder — Test."

Yeah, that's true. I hadn't thought about that.

I didn't like 28 Days Later. It started with a fair beginning, but when it got to the it just got really boring. This looks promising though, so I'll probably watch it.

I wouldn't book Punk winning. It's only about a month from the PPV and all he's ever been booked as so far is a guy who wrestles four minute matches and squashes his opponent every time. I think the ratings would drop even more by putting the title on a guy like that. Of course he's far more talented than just about everyone in the match, but from a business perspective he needs a lot more build-up before getting it. My money's on Sabu right now.

If Rob doesn't get the title back, I'm boycotting the show and never watching it again. Everytime I read a ECW house show report they always said Rob had the biggest pop. Who the fuck are they gonna put it on instead? Test? Sandman? Dreamer? The only one I can think of is Sabu, but his character has been jobbed beyond repair to Big Show and nobody would care about that.

I miss the notes, but the board is fine so I don't care either way.

They'll probably have Angle win, then have Joe win the title and push towards Joe vs. Angle II with Angle being build as the only man to ever beat Joe and if he can do it again. As I've explained elsewhere, I think Joe has to win and win clean. That's what Alvarez predicted on his re-cap show too. And it's probably likely.

CM Punk's matches are getting more annoying than Sandman's gimmick squashes. Put him against Knox or somebody who isn't a total joke on the show already.

Steve-O actually made this the funniest Raw I've seen in a long time.

Batista defeated WWE World champion King Booker by DQ. John Cena and Big Show were both at ringside scouting Booker. It ended up with Cena and Batista battling off Booker and Show. Teddy Long came out and said that he was going to try to sign a tag match for next week's Smackdown main event.

Aaron and Nick Carter are backstage too, so the attack of the "A-Listers" as WWE.com calls them may still continue onto Smackdown.

Main Event: HHH pinned Randy Orton after a chairshot and Pedigree. It appeared Orton injured his foot early as they were stalling. A trainer and referee came to ringside to help Orton walk back to the locker room. Jesus Christ.

Edit - I got the ones following yours from PW *Rob Conway came out and complained about not being used. Carlito came out and squashed him. *They did a backstage vignette where Edge and Lita asked Vince McMahon about getting a title rematch, but McMahon responded that Edge & Orton would face DX, presumably at Cyber Sunday. *Steve O and another cast member from MTV's Jackass came to the ring and said they were willing to take on anyone. Umaga came out and destroyed them. It appeared live that Umaga may have been stiffing them because they weren't selling enough. Maria won a Four Way Bra & Panties match against Torrie Wilson, Victoria, and Candice Michelle to advance in the WWE Women's championship tournament. *The Tournament Semi-Finals are Maria vs. Lita and Melina vs. Mickie James.

He'll probably get an IC Title reign because of this.

It wasn't a bad show, but having Big Show tap out to fatigued Cena under one minute was such an awful idea. AWFUL.
