The feeling I get read forums is that people are already turning on ROH, though it may just be ROH haters in general lapping it up.

I've been watching Monday Night Nitro again lately, and I was never really a fan of Lex Luger when I was younger. However, 2nd time round watching Nitro, I have to say I appreciate his role a lot more. I still don't see him as a Main Eventer, but his role within WCW worked well from the start till around 97ish when the NWO just became confusing. Is there anyone out there that you guys didn't like originally, but on second viewing you changed your mind? From what I remember Jeff Hardy was winning for a number of weeks, which led to a strong push by the WWE for more votes for Michaels. It wasn't until the results were shown that Michaels had clawed it back in that case. However, it is only one case I can think of where the results changed 'at the last moment' (last time they were shown) to favour WWE. You're right when you say there have been results against the grain. But it certainly helped Jeff Hardy get to where he is today. I didn't mean the WWE outright changed them. Still, the concept is starting to bore me.

Not rigged behind the scenes, more up front subliminal rigging. Where they'll visually push the option they want and fans go with it. That's my take on it.

Cyber Sunday has lost its appeal with me, the novelty has worn off and its starting to make the gimmick matches feel like - well - gimmick matches. Matches that mean nothing. The opponenant picking is good, I like it, sometimes it seems really odd and can even 'make' a star (ala Jeff Hardy a few years ago when they had to doctor the vote in HBK's favor). The results didn't matter much to me, as at this point I really don't like or buy into the concept anymore. Though, I do remembering thinking Michelle McCool looks like a crack whore now and how didn't Maria win?

I don't get why he'd leave Portsmouth, that's such an easy comfortable job for him. He's doing well, got a good team together. Tottenham is well... Tottenham. Its as cursed as Newcastle.

Got this game on Thursday, and I have to say its pretty immense. The over all feel and atmosphere the game creates is great - amazing! Akin to Resident Evil the very first time you played it on the PS1. Lighting, sounds, lack of music and then sudden musical outbursts during 'scuttle' moments (similar to Aliens) all work well. Its not a scary game, but its gripping and enthralling. Sadly, the amount of 'bigger' more hyped games out there means people might not pick this one up until later on. That's not a bad thing, as long as you DO pick it up later on. Single player only, so expect to see some traded in over the next few weeks.
